Our wedding was PERFECT!!! What an amazing wedding planner and wonderful person. Kathy took care of every detail, and my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our incredible celebration. She referred us to the most amazing vendors and actually saved us money. We could not have had our dream wedding with out A Beautiful Memory!!!

Kathy Vaughan is a true professional. She helped us through the entire planning process and guided my Mom and me, telling us what to do next and assisting with decision-making. She doesn't take over and is very aware that this is an event about you, the client, although she is there to aid you every step of the way. We loved our wedding and everything went off without a hitch. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world knowing that Kathy, whom we grew to really like and trust, was behind the scenes making sure our wedding ran smoothly and seemed effortless. It was a beautiful event and Kathy was an integral part of it's success. I would 100% recommend using Kathy--she is geat at what she does and extremely easy to work with.

Our daughter's September 2008 wedding in Boulder was a wonderful experience for all involved, and we fully acknowledge the important role that Kathy Vaughn played as our wedding planner. She has broad knowledge of the local market and introduced and exposed us to a variety of venues, caterers, florists, musicians and photographers. She is a good listener and tries hard to understand and respond to the clients' needs, desires, and budgets.
Kathy is very organized and she kept us on schedule, employing a pleasant and professional style. During the evening of the wedding Kathy took care of every detail, thereby enabling us all to relax and truly enjoy this special occasion. Kathy did everything she promised to do, and also threw in many extra services that were particularly helpful to our daughter in Boulder and to us in California.

Kathy Vaughan
As owner of A Beautiful Memory®, Kathy Vaughan has helped couples and their families create exquisite weddings since 1994. She has planned hundreds of weddings across a wide range of religious and cultural backgrounds, tailoring each wedding to the couple’s unique circumstances and desires.
Kathy has earned the designation of Master Bridal Consultant™, the highest level of proficiency of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC). She is a graduate of the renowned Protocol School of Washington and brings this knowledge of etiquette and protocol to her wedding advice. Kathy was also selected by The Modern Bride Group to be a Modern Bride Ambassador (MBA).
Kathy’s advice and comments have often appeared in Modern Bride Colorado, The Wall Street Journal, Confetti Magazine, The Boulder Daily Camera, and other wedding publications.
