We hired Dawn to be our "day of" coordinator for our event. In actuality, her work began about two weeks prior when she called all vendors to confirm, adjust timelines, and coordinate their arrival day of. This part alone was worth our money and peace of mind! I cannot say enough how helpful she was during this stressful period, managing the little details so we could relax before our day. She met with us and the event coordinator at the El Cortez to do a walk though about 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Dawn had every detail accounted for, and was well prepared for the wedding day.
The wedding day was absolutely fabulous, and she was ready for any little "hiccup" we could send her way. When I got a migraine during photos at Balboa Park before the wedding, Dawn drove back to the hotel to get my medicine! She literally saved my day! Also, when a bridesmaid's heal broke, she was ready with gorilla glue to get her down the aisle. Hubby and I were so impressed with her ability to handle any last minute emergency.
As for the timeline, everything went perfectly. The timeline she devised allowed us to finish with the major "events" early in the evening, leaving the hubby and I time to dance the night away. We are so grateful we were able to have this time with our families. If there were any problems, I never heard about them, as Dawn did such a fabulous job making it all come together.

A Billsful Event is a just that- an absolute bliss to work with! I am a photographer in LA/SD area, and have had the pleasure to work with Dawn and her team several times. She stays calm, cool and collected no matter what is going on around her. She has the best vibe, one you would want around you all day! I highly recommend her!
Dawn was wonderful! When the button popped off my husband tux right before the ceremony she pulled out her emergency kit and had it repaired right away. When there were problems with the catering staff she handled them quietly and quickly so that none of the guests had a clue. Thanks to Dawn and her staff we were able to enjoy our evening and not worry about anything but having fun with friends and family :)
A Blissful Event was the ONLY wedding planner that got back to me the same day. We live outside the state of California and very much wanted a beach wedding. If I remember the timeframe correctly, from very first email to date of wedding it was approximately 7-8 weeks. By the time Dawn and Christy were done with us, we had all the vendors booked (flowers, limo, hair/makeup lady and info on beach permits) and everything squared away.
What started out for me as a stressful time trying to plan everything long distance AND still live my normal life, turned out to be a great experience!
Like I told Dawn and Christy in the thank you note...."It's a shame I can't use their services again and again." DEFINITELY USE THEM if you plan on having a wedding. By the way, I am no Bridezilla but I am a bit picky.
