Cara and her A Day to Cherish team were PRICELESS!! They helped the day run so smoothly and on time. Cara covered all the little details that I would sure of forgotten or let slip through the cracks. Cara and her team at A Day to Cherish helped to make my wedding day absolutely perfect! Our wedding was hosted in an extremely unique backyard that would not facilitate your traditional wedding. Cara designed ceremony and reception layouts that allowed us to comfortably accommodate all of the guests that we wanted to invite. Their responsiveness to emails and phone calls was always prompt which helped to alleviate some of the stress involved. Cara provided me with contact information for reliable vendors that I would probably not have discovered on my own. My groom and I were so glad we decided to use A Day to Cherish to plan our bid day!

Cara was calm with me but forceful with vendors when she needed to be. She was very organized even as I attempted to change everything at least eight times on her. The final execution was impeccable and everything turned out just as I had imagined and I have her to thank for it.

We could not have done this without Cara! We hired Cara and her team for day of coordination and she went so far above and beyond that particular service. We continue to get compliments about how smooth the day went and I cannot take a bit of credit, it all goes to A Day to Cherish!

We worked with Cara for our wedding and she was great! She was easy to get a hold of and definitely kept me on track. My husband got me Cara as a wedding present and to this day he says it was the best gift he could have ever gotten me. It saved me so much trouble not having to deal with vendors and time frames, she even said to my family at the rehearsal to call her if they have any questions and let me relax! She isn't pushy or overwhelming in any way, she actually helps you feel bridal and enjoy the whole journey of planning your wedding. Thanks to her help I was able to add so many extra elements to my wedding that made it extra memorable!

This was the best money that I spent on my wedding. Cara at A Day to Cherish Weddings was so amazing I could not have done it without her. Our guest and wedding party continue to give praise. I don't know what I would have done without any of them. Felt so sad saying good bye, as I felt like I had made new friends. Everything was above and beyond our expectatoins.

Cara and her team were amazing! We had them for the day of the event and they were thorough, responsive, and truly effecient. We didn't have to worry about anything and everything went smoothly. They were the ones in charge of all the vendors, helped the bride with whatever she needed, and attended to every detail. It was worth every penny to have these prefessional women guide the evening.

Cara with A Day to Cherish was SIMPLY AWESOME! I found her company through a Google search and as soon as I spoke to Cara, she gave me her undivided attention on the phone and WAS NOT snobby at all (like some other wedding planners in the area). I was planning my wedding from the East Coast and had to rely on my instincts, gut and phone/email communication to make a lot of decisions. Even though I could only afford "day of services," Cara was always very responsive with questions and provided contacts to help me with planning it until it was time for her to take over. I was VERY IMPRESSED with her professionalism and overall passion do a great job and to keep me - the bride - happy! If you pick A Day to Cherish, you WILL NOT regret it. As Mother of the Bride, I have to say that Cara and her team were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. I think the best thing I did in the whole wedding process was hire A Day to Cherish. I chose their "Simplicity" package which essentially provides planning services for the month before your wedding and day of wedding coordination. I had the pleasure of working with Cara, Aleasha, Jessica, Lydia, and Stephanie. I was very impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, and organization. They are an incredibly dynamic team! They made my wedding day SO enjoyable because they took care of all of the stressful things and made sure that I didn't stress :) I had a lot of details and decor setup involved but they never once showed any bit of stress and always seemed to be one step ahead of everything. The first thing I did when I got engaged was search for wedding coordinators in the Phoenix area. I knew that I could handle the planning process of the next 12 months of my life, but I also knew that I couldn’t possibly get through the biggest day of my life without the help of someone else. Aleasha was the first and only wedding coordinator I talked to and from the moment we talked I knew I didn’t have to look any further for that person. She was there for us from day 1 to help us with big things such as finding the perfect wedding venue that had everything my husband I could have wanted, to the little things such as answering quick emails regarding some planning question. Wedding planning is an exciting yet stressful time! Aleasha provided support, suggestions, and advice during those stressful times. When I felt things were falling apart she was always there to pick up the pieces. And...the end result was more amazing than I ever could have imagined!!

I would recommend A Day To Cherish to any one of my friends. She was great. It was like she was born to plan weddings. I can’t imagine pulling off our wedding at all, much less the near perfect day we had, without the weekly (and sometimes daily!) help of Aleasha. I contacted Aleasha 4 months before the date we wanted to get married and she was not only open to, but extremely enthusiastic about designing the wedding of our dreams within in the timeline and budget we required.

During the quick four months we planned, she was always available for whatever I needed, from appointments needing to be set, to keeping the timeline and checklist going, to being there when I wished I was an orphan from wedding stress (mom and dad, I love you!). Then, as the day arrived, she and her team did whatever it took to make it a perfect day for me and my husband. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every second of the day leading up to the ceremony because she had it handled. I don’t even know everything she did that day because while she was behind the scenes, I was relaxing with my family and bridesmaid, drinking champagne and soaking up the entire experience my wedding day. Whatever she did though, she did it right because I got to the ceremony and experienced the wedding of my dreams. I reflect back on the day, replay it in my mind, and don’t think I could have made even 30 seconds any better. More than that, every guest I talk to told me that it was not only the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended, but that it flowed so well and everything was so enjoyable for them. When I first hired Aleasha, I told her that besides me not being overwhelmed or over stressed, it was critical that my guests had a fabulous time, and she pulled that off and more, because 3 months later, people are still talking about the day.
