A Day To Remember Wedding Consultants

The minute we met Candice, we liked her right away and knew we wanted her to be our Day-of Coordinator. We also booked a few coaching sessions with her and through those meetings, although my now-husband and I were lost and disorganized, she gave us sound advice and helped us on the right track to plan our wedding. Her passion for what she does is clearly evident because she is truly dedicated to her clients and goes the extra mile.
I was extremely impressed with her organizational skills leading up to the big day and then her execution on the day of. She is professional, confident, and pleasant to be around. If there were any little mishaps that day, I sure wasn't made aware of it as I know she handled everything. The day went off without a hitch and we have her to thank for it. I strongly recommend Candice and her company. She was our favourite vendor and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We hired Candice and her team to be our day of coordinator since we had a destination wedding in Vancouver. We didn't want any of our guests running around the day of the wedding trying to setup or coordinate things. One of the best decisions we ever made! Even though Candice, and her assistant Lydia, did not do full planning for us I was in contact with Candice via email during the engagement. She always responded, tried to help, and basically organized me 2 weeks before so on that day I could just hand it all over to her and her team. She was amazing! She helped run our rehersal, helped with family photos, decorated everything on that day, and basically made our guests feel at ease. My mom said she was so relaxed (as was I) the whole day because she knew we had Candice and Lydia taking care of everything. Even our photographer said it was such a joy having Candice there to help make her job easier. I would recommend Candice to everyone. She's so professional and also kind and fun to be around.
We also used A Day to Remember for our DJ and had Kevin handling the music for our wedding. AMAZING!!! The dance floor was never empty! He honored all of our requests and our guests' requests as well. All of our guests said it was the best wedding DJ they had ever experienced. I could not give him a higher recommendation. We had some odd ceremony music requests and he found those too, no problem. He and Candice are also a great team so we had no worries when it came to our music and sound for our wedding

Our day would have been a disaster without Candice's help. We had a lot of activities things happening between 2 ceremonies, 2 photo shoots, reception, out of town guests, language barriers, travels between different cities for the venues but all turned out so smoothly because of the organization, professionalism, and attention to detail that the team at ADTR provided. From the coordination of introductions, to matching corsages, to timing of music, to crowd control, the service was outstanding and we would recommend ADTR to any wedding plans even if just for the day of. Candice did all the chair covers and sashes for my daughter's wedding. Everything was immaculate, well presented and best of all - done on time. I would recommend Candice and her team for any wedding decor and also event planning. I have seen her work in both areas and she is a consumate professional.

Candice is the person every Bride and Groom needs on their big day. Professional, completely in control of everything, all with a beautiful smile! We used Candice for our day-of consultation and she was amazing! We also used her DJ for our reception, and he did a great job with the music required, as well as all the cues for the dances.
