A Dream Wedding 4-Less

I was able to have my dress altered in a relatively brief time. They also help accomodate my out of town wedding party members for their tux rentals so that I didn't have to worry about getting tuxes in multiple locations.

The staff was somewhat helpful, but it seemed as though only one person was able to help me. With that being said, if she was out, there was no one else who was able to help me. In addition, the alterations were very pricey, almost more than half the price of the gown!!!!

I went to 6 bridal stores before going to A Dream Wedding, and found the dress I loved from a different store (David's Something:)for a more reasonable price. After I had such luck, I found bridesmaid dresses I loved, and they price matched them! The staff there had very good input about which materials worked well and dress function. Overall a great experience, and an even better price.

I was really depressed about buying a wedding dress after failing in three different shops. BUT when I walked in to A Dream Wedding for Less I was so amazed by all of the beautiful dresses and helpful service. Even though I walked in 45 minutes to closing, Sarai did a wonderful job helping me and not pushing me to leave. I ended up staying about an hour after they closed, but I found the perfect dress. Sarai helped me find a veil and jewelry as well. I was so thankful to have found THE dress especially with the way my morning had gone. I can't wait to go back and have my final alterations done and work with them again.

UPDATE:
So now that I own the dress, I am so upset with this bridal shop. When my dress showed up, the zipper was broken. I went in 8 weeks later and the zipper is still not fixed. I was supposed to have an alterations appointment and they couldn't do it since the zipper wasn't fixed. AHHHH! How can I be so in love with this shop and then turn around and hate them now?!

This shop has amazing dresses. I suggest buying the dress here and taking it elsewhere for alterations since they clearly can't keep up with their customers.

I had the worst experience here! The owner of the store assured me that the alterations that needed to be done on my wedding dress would not be noticeable and promised me that everything would be ok. They insisted that I pay for the complete wedding dress even though there were considerable alterations that needed to be done. I refused and only paid a portion which was smart on my part. After speaking to the owner about this dress for months and her reassuring me that it would look perfect I couldn�t believe what they had done to my dress. Two weeks before my wedding I went in for one of my final fittings and the dress was completely ruined. The alterations looked like they were done by a 3 year old. It looked horrible and I was so disappointed. The owner was there and would not admit that they had made a huge a mistake. That same night I had to go to another bridal place to get a different dress two weeks before my wedding. I couldn�t believe it! If you are thinking of buying your wedding dress here please look elsewhere! You will regret it. The last thing a bride needs so close to her wedding is having to find a new dress.

I absolutely LOVE my wedding dress and all the the bridesmaid dresses I ordered from them. Tammy is the owner of the store and designer of the wedding gowns. My dress was a one of a kind and had amazing detail. I got so many compliments on it and I felt beautiful in it. The bridesmaid dresses took longer to arrive at the store than originally promised, but I was very happy with thme when they did finally come in.

My dress was my dream dress. It was beautiful and a great price. They had an amazing selection of dresses to try on and this was the only store that had the dresses in all sizes so you didn't have to try on a size too big and pin the back. You got the full effect of the dress and how it fits with the right size. We also got our bridesmaid dresses there which were gorgeous and a good price. The groom and grooms men's tuxes were rented from there at a great price and a looked good! Overall we were pleased with the services there and were taken very good care of and given a great deal on everything. We got all wedding attire there!

There were some great aspects of this business like the prices of the dresses and tuxes. They did make a mistake on one of my bridesmaid's dresses and the attitude was that they would never make a mistake like that. The only other major problem was with the sizes of the tuxes. They measure every one of the groomsmen except one and every one the tuxes we had problems with them not being the correct sized, except one. They have two locations. One in Phoenix and one in Peoria. I would definitely recommend going to the one in Peoria. This employees in the Phoenix location made the majority of the mistakes that happened.

This is the vendor I used for my bridesmaids. They offered a designer dress for my girls at a great price, in the exact color I wanted. Plus, they gave the girls 10% off the ticket price and gave them a jewelry for free! Which really helped out my girls, because it was one last thing they didn't have to worry about and helped me because it gave me the opportunity to uniform the jewelry worn. The only bad thing was one of the reps that assisted in the fittings was consistently rude to me and my girls. She always made it seem as if we were inconveincing her when we would ask for help or had questions. I complained to one of our other consultants and she took charge of the situations. From that point on we received the best service and our dresses arrived within a month.

Working with A Dream Wedding 4 Less was far less than wonderful. Although my wedding dress was beautiful and much less expensive than similar stores, the bridesmaids dresses were ordered 2 sizes too big for all of my bridesmaids. And even though a sales associate said my order for the dresses would be canceled I was then told that I couldn't cancel the order. This was problematic because I had already ordered the dresses somewhere else. Why would I have ordered the dresses somewhere else if I thought my order was still going through at Dream Wedding? After having multiple tear filled conversations with Dream Wedding they would not admit their mistake and I was forced to order my dresses from there. Not a great experience. Luckily I was able to cancel the other order from a great company and only pay for one dress order. I would proceed with caution at Dream Wedding. Their prices are great but their customer service is terrible.

I had tried on my dress at a different store and fell in love with it, but not the pice. Dream Wedding did not have the dress for me to try on at their store but they could order it and they were willing to sell it to me for $150 less. My dress came in quickly and I had no problems.

Upon my first visit I couldn't find anything I liked within my budget. Even though the staff looked very young (like highschoolers). They were very nice and knowledgable. One staff offered to look in the back for me for the style I wanted. She brought back two dresses. One was the dress I choose and purchased. The dress was a beautiful sheath design with long bell sleeves, gorgous beadery and a short enough train. It was a sample copy so the price was right. What I also liked about the dress is that is wasn't heavy like many wedding dresses are. They gave me 10% off of my accessories. They refer you to outside people for your alternations. If you purchase a dress from them, utilize Gloria Belliveau. She is excellent!

My dress was ready within 3 months, 4 months before anticipated. I did not have an issue with my dress, but with my veil, they ordered the wrong one, but quickly resolved the issue.
