If it wasn't for Marggie I don't know what I would have done. I had to do most of the preparation for my daughters wedding because she doesn't live in Miami. Marggie guided me through the entire process. I received compliments on the food from everyone. It was a wonderful night.

My searching experience for the best vendors prior finding A Fancy Fiesta was quite frustrating and difficult. The excitement of planning a wedding was diminishing, and seeming less like the dream every little girl has while growing up. Once I met with Marrgie, she started explaining her different plans available, and all the beautiful illusions and details made me retrieve all the frustrations with joy and excitement to undergo the journey of planning our wedding. Her vendors are great professionals. They were always willing to help and give advise. Marrgie and her crew were always very accessible. Quite frankly, I think my wedding would have not been as beautiful as it was if it weren't for the A Fancy Fiesta Crew. Everyone who attended the wedding was highly impressed and enjoyed every aspect of the wedding. The music was exactly what we wanted, the lighting was fantastic, and Ralph's catering was great!!! I will forever remember my wedding with a smile across my face. My flowers for the wedding were unforgettable!!!!

I was shopping around for a catering company, and arrived at fancy fiesta. I really liked the fact that they offered a complete package that included everything I needed for my wedding. The price was very reasonable and the people at fancy fiesta really get the job done . I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. I enjoyed everything about my wedding. It was beautiful. Once you have selected what you want they take care of the rest. It was a great idea.

I have no complaints about A fancy Fiesta and Marggie. This lady is so hard working and is 100 percent there for the bride as the wedding day approaches and the day of the wedding itself. She was on top of every detail I gave her to follow and was at the reception till the last guest left. She works to please the groom and the bride and she certainly delivers her promise.

Marggie the Head person in charge is very understanding and the quality of services provided was exquisite. Pricing was very affordable for a middle class person like myself. I would recommend their service to everyone. Marggie and her staff made my wedding stress free. A Fancy Fiesta Production is far most the best catering company out there. The food is made by her husband and he is an extraordinary cook. The exact same way the food was presented to my family and I during the food tasting was the exact way it looked for our entire wedding party and we had 275. The vendors they use for the linen and flowers are just as pleasant as they are. I truly recommend their services. If you are looking for top of the line work, platinum wedding at a reasonable price, jaw dropping one in a life time experience you would choice this catering company.

Margie was fabulous. Whatever I requested she made happen. Whatever question I had she had an answer for me. The day of my wedding, everything was setup just as how I had asked. She listened to everything I had to say, gave me her professional opinions, and truly me what I had asked for. She is young, energetic and has an excellent knowledge base of the wedding industry, and most important she helped me stay within budget. I would recommend Margie to anyone. My wedding came out beautiful and I know that is thanks to Margie and her staff.

Marggie was wonderful. The food was awesome, we had chicken wrapped in bacon and a Churrasco Steak both of them were really good. The cake was awesome. The event was plan out, they new what to do for the end to the beginning. Everything went out time to the end. It was perfect!!

Marggie at a Fancy Fiesta was phenomenol. She was helpful in every which way imaginable. She was ALWAYS available to speak to us whenever. She made time to fit OUR schedule (being that we worked crazy hours). It was very easy to work with her. The food at the reception was PHENOMENOL. Everyone commented on how DELICIOUS everything was. Fancy Fiesta is simply the best catering company in Miami. They will work around you and are very flexible with custom menu.Their presentation was very classy. They had so many different kinds of Main Entrees to choose from.My favorite plate though was the Grilled Salmon.Everyone was pleased with the set up and we heard many compliments about the food.Recommend their catering services for any occasion.

Marggie and A Fancy Fiesta was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. We never felt pressured to do anything and everything was explained to us clearly. What was most notable is that leading up to the wedding and even during the wedding, we never had to worry about anything, it was virtually stress-free because we knew Marggie was handling it for us. Aside from the professional service and excellent deal we received, Marggie is just an all around great person to deal with. When faced with a situation she already has a solution for you. For the wedding my family made the cake, the center pieces, and all the decorations. Normally this would be extremely stressful, but with her help it went seamlessly. I don't know what I would have done without her. It was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for the wedding.

Margie is an Angel! Everything came out AMAZING!!! Considering what my sister went through for her wedding, I would say that my wedding went smooth. Not one thing went wrong, the food was great, the DJ in her package was amazing, the flowers were to DIE FOR and Margie went above and beyond to help us. The only small complaints I have was that sometimes it was difficult to get in contact with her (though she always got back to you on the same day) and one complaint that my mother mother had. Our wedding planner wore a WHITE DRESS on my wedding day!!!!!! I of course didn't notice it because I was in my own little world on my wedding day, but my mother and sister were furious seeing her in a WHITE cocktail dress the day of the party. Overall, I didn't notice, so for me it was an amazing day, and Margie helped me create that. I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking for a stylized, beautiful and AFFORDABLE wedding planning service. They are TOP NOTCH!

Worked with Marggie - she's a Superwoman! #1 multi-tasker! I gave her my vision and she helped put it all together! I chose A Fancy Fiesta to provide the bulk of the services for my wedding and all the vendors did an awesome job - had a little issue with the limo but it was quickly resolved and I received a prompt apology. I would highly recommend A Fancy Fiesta to anyone planning a wedding in Miami!

There was no shortage of food at our reception.A Fancy Fiesta was hard working and attended to everything that needed to be done.They made me a Ribeye with Garlic which was the best I had tasted in a while.Overall I think the food and the service could not have been any better.

Marggie with Fancy Fiesta was great! She was so easy going, patient, very busy but able to provide the quality of service to make my wedding the best day of my life. My package included all the decor elements I was hoping to have - gold charger, gold chiavarri etc as well as hour doureves, choice of two entrees and even a chocolate fountain that our guests truly enjoyed. During our reception walk thru a few days before the wedding, Marggie was able to see our reception site for the first time and drew the setup and knew exactly where everything would have to go within minutes. I would highly recommend that brides use Marggie for event planning services as well. It will make your day that much better to know that you have someone who truly has the experience and knowledge to run the show on the day of and all you have to do is show up! On wedding day, Marggie and the staff of Fancy Fiesta ran the show with such a high level of competence, all we had to do was enjoy the day. The entire production went off without a hitch. Everything I asked for was executed perfectly. My wedding day exceeded my expectations and I have Fancy Fiesta to thank for it.

Marggie at Fancy Fiesta helped to make our wedding day so special. We went with the all inclusive package, which included her catering service and her vendors (florist, DJ, tables/linen, transportation & accessories). We opted not to use her cake vendor, due to taste and customer service. Marggie knows her business and goes above and beyond on the wedding day. The only area that was lacking was communication, but at the end of the day she delivers!

A Fancy Fiesta was wonderful. My event coordinator was a great! She listened to all of my ideas and concerns and made my dream come true. The food was delicious and one of the best deals out there. They where very flexible and supportive as I planned my Florida wedding from Boston. My only concern was one of the bartender's they hired that said a few negative remarks to some of my guest, but A Fancy Fiesta was very responsive as soon as I made them aware of the situation. Overall it was a wonderful experience, I would recommend this vendor in a heart beat.

A Fancy Fiesta Production has great packages and you can get all your wedding needs in one location. Margie is very helpful and by me just letting her know what I in visioned , she hit the nail on the head. The package I chose included the cake, invitations , favors for bride , food , transportation , linens and flowers. This made it easier on me and having Margie included into the package was a plus. Margie is very easy to talk to and has everything under control. I received rave reviews on my wedding and people all wanting to plan their next event with A fancy fiesta production.

She was absolutely amazing! I wish there would have been better communication, especially closer to the date but she made everything perfect. I loved working with her!

Will never recommend this company to anyone. I have never written a review before but after my wedding, and a bad experience with this company, I have to tell other brides to be careful and pick someone else. They are better off with someone who actually cares about helping them

The coordinator is rude, she is never available and unreachable. Poor customer service, lack of attention, not at all involved in my wedding.
So many things.

Just not worth it.
