Deborah was extremely pleasant and amazing to work with. I knew from the moment we stepped foot in her studio that she was going to be great. She truly understood my vision and made it come to life! Everything was just beautiful – the flowers were better than I could have imagined. She is extremely creative, professional and motivated to make your day as special as it could be. It was so nice to have her "take over" the day of - i felt so comfortable she would do an amazing job. I received so many compliments from my guests which means the flowers and the design she created really stood out. I would highly recommend A Gala Affair!

We came to Deborah 4 weeks before our wedding after realizing out other florist would not be able to carry out our vision. Deborah was completely happy to take us on and after a short conversation immediately understood my vision. More so she gave lots of ideas and came up with beautiful possibilities that we loved. The flowers and decor she provided pulled all of the other small details together that I had worked on for months. The event was everything I had ever imagined it to be and deborah and her team were a big reason why. I would recommend her to anyone I know and hope to have an opportunity to work with her again!! We were on a very tight budget and Deborah was VERY flexible and offered creative and beautiful alternatives. We were from out of state were only able to meet briefly with her to plan the flowers/decorations. I instantly felt very comfortable with her and confident in her abilities to take care of all our decorating needs from a distance. Due to the location of our venue (Mystic Aquarium) Deborah and her team had only an hour to set everything up from the time the aquarium closed until the time I walked down the aisle. She worked wonders! Everything was in place and perfect!!

Great service. Was able to adapt to a freak snowstorm and move a lot inside. Very helpful in coming up with ideas and building a vision that was beautiful and fun.

Deborah is fabulous! People are still raving about the decor of the wedding. Not only did she do a wonderful job with all of the decor, Deborah also served as a much needed "pre-wedding counselor" by being a voice of reason among a lot of wedding preparation craziness- and she didn't bill for that!
