Jennifer is the ABSOLUTE best! Her photography stlye is fabulous and just what I wanted. She is so awesome to work with and is flexible to your needs. She is also incredibly quick with getting finsihed photos to you, it's amazing how fast she works! She photogrpahed my boudoir, bridal, and wedding photos. Every single one is awesome : ) Couldn't be happier, and photos ARE the most important part of your big day!

Every bride wants to look amazing on her wedding day, and she wants a collection of photographs to match. Jen, the "girl" behind "A Girl and A Camera Photography", captured my wedding day perfectly, and my husband and I are thrilled with our beautiful photos, filled with atypical artistic flair you don't normally find in wedding pictures.We got married during an evening ceremony on the beach. Jen did a great job capturing the highlights of the ceremony without getting in the way. She also took some "group shots" of family (our only guests) immediately following the ceremony, but she didn't go overboard. I, personally, hate those traditional, posed pictures. Jen did a fantastic job of making them fun, not stiff-looking. My very favorite pictures are of my husband and I on the beach following the ceremony. Jen encouraged us to just act normal and have fun. As the sun was setting, she got some gorgeous shots, taking advantage of the natural light. Jen embodies everything you would want in a wedding photographer. She listens and works with you to create the experience and photos you want. In addition she is reliable, punctual, patient, creative and delivers the most incredible images. She did an awesome job capturing the joy we felt on our wedding day! (We are looking forward to our family photo shoot with our new baby in a couple weeks.)That said, I highly recommend "A Girl and A Camera Photography".

Jennifer has an amazing ability to capture the emotion of an event, or people in a picture. She has a unique artistic eye that make each of her pictures tell a story. This photographer obviously loves her work! My wedding couple really liked her and as I watched her do the photo shoot at the end of the ceremony I could see her very professional style! I would highly recommend her for all of your photography needs!

Jennifer originally “paid her dues” working for a local, yet somewhat established photography studio. While she considers her time spent there to be valuable in learning the ins and outs of the business, her passion lies in taking a more creative and personalized approach than she found the studio environment offered. By starting her own business focusing on location-based sessions, Jennifer has been able to connect with clients looking for something more than just a scripted run-of-the-mill experience.
A Girl and A Camera Photography is entering its second year as an independent business and is dedicated to providing artful portraiture in everything from high school senior photos to maternity and "just because" sessions. Wedding packages are in-demand and are offered at a considerable discount when combined with engagement sessions.
