I called Pat because I work in the hospitality industry and often refer guests to her so having already communicated so frequently with Pat felt like she would be the right choice.
I was thrilled with the resource guide she provided to help me get an idea of how I wanted my ceremony to go and picked pieces out of different ceremonies that I liked and had Pat help make the wording flow.
The ceremony was just perfect and was everything I could have hoped for. Their rates are very reasonable compared to what many other companies are charging and you get so much personal attention and follow up and I will continue to recommend A Heavenly Ceremony to all my guests and friends/family for future events!

They were such a big help! It was a last minute ceremony and she helped me find a little park and sent me everything that I needed! Then when it was done she printed up our ceremony on lovely little parchment! She helped take pictures with my entire family so nobody could hide behind the camera! Thanks So Much!

We were looking for a minister who was competent, outgoing, and willing to perform a private ceremony on a trail on the Olympic Peninsula. Pat went above and beyond. From the beginning she was excited about our ceremony and offered assistance and great suggestions. The ceremony was fantastic and extremely personalized. Having not previously met, she quickly put our minds at ease and even made finding witnesses in a nearby town a fun experience. We are grateful Pat is professional, fun, and down-to-earth - the ceremony was very comfortable as she has a great personality. We highly recommend Heavenly Ceremony!

We met with Pat and Kent in February and really liked how they worked together, so we booked their services. Pat emailed me 5 different readings to choose from and was always there when I had a question regarding the ceremony itself. We ended up relocating a month before the wedding and had to change our rehearsal venue which was unfortunate but they worked on getting the new site on Kent's schedule. We had our rehearsal with a few missing people but felt confident that all would go off without any major issues. The day of our wedding went by like a blur but the one thing that stood out in both our minds is Kent's voice was soothing and reassuring and that helped us focus on each other. When we decide to renew our wedding vows we will definitely be using Pat and Kent.

I couldn't have found a better Officiant team! Pat and Kent were so open, helpful, and kind! They helped us to create a unique ceremony that fit my Husband and I perfectly. It was truly a beautiful ceremony and Kent made it all come together!

Pat and Kent did an amazing job with our ceremony. Pat helped us with the writing, and Kent officiated our ceremony. They are a great team, and they take the time to get to know you. My husband and I were a little worried about choosing an officiant that we had never met, but we were very grateful to have found Pat and Kent. They provided us with many sample ceremonies to look at, and helped us create a ceremony that was truly personal. My husband and I had a difficult time finding an officiant for our wedding. We tried to do the Catholic priest thing, but with an outdoor ceremony that's almost impossible. We were so lucky to find Kent and Pat! I had an initial meeting with them with my husband on the phone (he lived on the east coast at the time). They were kind, thoughtful, caring, and sincere. They provided a ton of support and resources, but at the same time were so open to what we wanted for our ceremony. During the rehearsal Kent ran things SO WELL! Two of my friends had weddings in the next two weeks and both were trying to run or tell their officiants how to run the rehearsal based on Kent's example :) Things were so smooth and our vision of the ceremony totally came to fruition. Pat was a wonderful to work with. She helped us write a beautiful ceremony that was perfectly us. She orchestrated our rehersal, which was an amazing help, and really helped all of our wedding party feel comfortable with what they were doing. We LOVED working with Pat for our wedding! She was amazing in all aspects. From our first meeting, we could tell that she was organized and professional, as well as fun and personable. We were able to work with her to create a very personal and special ceremony that everyone loved. In addition to helping us create a memorable day, Pat was amazing during our rehearsal. She was so organized and was able to get everyone into their positions so there was no confusion at the actual wedding. Pat is a very spirtual person who is very open to preforming any type of ceremony that you would like. She spent a lot of time talking to us and getting to know us before she made any sugestions. She also has a number of pre made ceremonies the we looked through to get ideas. My husband ended up combineding parts from alot of different ceremonies so we could get exactly what we wanted and then Pat organized it and made eveything floow smoothly together. What we ended up with was a ceremony that had all meaning and no fluff.

We wish we'd found them sooner. Our ceremony was so personal and so perfect. We could never have done it without Kent and Pat. They have insight on so many details of how to run a ceremony; we had no idea how much we didn't know. They saved us time and sanity and produced a beautiful ceremony. We were at ease after our consultation with them, knowing we were in good hands. Our only regret was not finding them sooner. They will find a way to give you exactly what you want; they asked us a ton of questions and by the time they were done with us, they had it all figured out. BRAVO!

Fabulous service! They are wonderful. It is a husband and wife owned business and we had Pat, the wife for our wedding. She was amazing and very fun to work with. She was very helpful and did a lot for you. They are definitely on the pricy side for an officiant, but very much worth it because of all the work they do. I definitely do not regret it @ all. We met with Kent and also corresponded w/ Patricia for our wedding ceremony. They were so nice and did such a great job consulting with us and keeping in touch. Out of all of the officiants that we contacted, they were the ones that were the most informative and responsive. They offer a wide variety of packages, and they were very kind and understanding as well...

I am still in awe over how amazing Pat was as our officiant. We truly felt the sincerity in her words and loved having her be a part of our day. My husband and I were torn between more “traditional” wedding ceremony (i.e. like all the catholic weddings we grew up with) and a ceremony which reflected our current values and celebrated the strength in our relationship. We were able to do this with Pat. She was gracious and caring and had great ideas of how to do the ceremony. We ended up w/ a ceremony that was joyful, respectful, inclusive and true to ourselves. You can’t ask for anything better.

Pat Stimac was a pleasure to work with. Along with her, we put together the wording for our ceremony that was so beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. When our sound system had technical difficulties, she dealt with it calmly, and professionally. She's a happy, warm person and we're glad we chose her to marry us.

She will also run your rehearsal for you if you like, but she has specific ideas regarding matters of procession/choreography that we didn't realize until she was instructing people about them, so if you want to have a say in that, maybe you should have a wedding coordinator run the rehearsal. If you don't really care, then Pat will run it for you and make it very nice.

We also hired her for some premarital counseling, which we felt was worthwhile. She's very easy to talk to, and is an excellent counselor.

Pat and Kent are so nice and work together to get to know each couple and create their ceremonies. They did a great job writing a ceremony that was personal and reflected what we wanted. When Kent performed our ceremony, though, I was a little disappointed because it was pretty flat and monotone. All in all, things ran smoothly but I probably wouldn’t recommend him as an officiant.
