Food was one of the most important things for us as we had a ton of "foodies" at our wedding. Everything was delicious, from our Kobe Beef Sliders to our Coconut Mojitos. When we ran out of Vodka, Frank's wife Sandra ran to the store and bought us more to keep the guests happy :) Their waitstaff was very attentive and everyone went home stuffed!
We wanted our guests to have a restaurant experience for our wedding with exceptional service and food. We were not dissapointed. Menu was fantastic. We did a high end dinner, but wanted to do something fun for cocktail hour. We did some passed appetizers and stations which included kobe beef sliders and truffled french fries, a ceviche bar, and more.
Perfection. My husband and I are in the service industry, so this was a big one for us. We imediately felt comfortable with Chef Frank and Sandra at the tasting. We decided on more of an upscale cocktail party rather then a sit down dinner. The food was great and we loved that we could purchase our own wine and beer and they could serve it. We saved big here because we get a large discount on alcohol from Total Wine. The servers and bartenders were fantastic.
They are a husband and wife team - Frank and Sandra....and AMAZING would not begin to describe their food, level of service and professionalism. Sandra is like a wedding planner - she helped me SO MUCH towards the end of my wedding. The staff that works with them...THE BEST! EVERYONE at my wedding knew who Sandra was...she walked around to different people and asked if there was anything they needed - who does that? She had a personal waiter assigned to me and my husband the entire night....again - who does that? The food - EVERYONE was talking about it the next day. Yes they are expensive - but can I tell you how good it feels to hear people talking about your wedding and saying how amazing our caterer was?!?! Frank and Sandra are THE BEST...seriously. When you hire them - people will remember their food and service. Can you put a price tag on peace of mind?? When there are SOOO many details to tend to and worry about....it pays off to not have to worry about your caterers or one less thing. They honestly go over and above...they are an amazing couple! I can't thank them enough :-)

Frank and Sandra are a great team. They are nice PEOPLE to work with, not a huge factory type operation, and they are easy to work with: they really care about doing a good job. The fact that they are easygoing shows in the way their staff is smiling and friendly and not robotic like with caterers that are doing 5 events a day. The food is delicious and well presented. I have been to several weddings they have done and the couple is always glad they worked with Jeanetti's. They are not the cheapest, but they give good value for the money... and at the event, they will knock themselves out to make it as perfect as possible. I have seen some real bridezillas pleased by Frank and Sandra.
I have used Jeannetti's Catering for many of my events including my own Deering Estate wedding. I look forward to working many more weddings in collaboration with them in the upcoming season! Frank and Sandra are just wonderful. Their staff amazing, they go far beyond the duty of caterers and service staff. The food is always innovative, delicious, and beautifully presented. Planning an event can be a daunting task.....and sometimes very emotional. Hiring a full service caterer and an event planner is your key to keeping within a budget, finding unique and out-of-this-world ideas while being involved in the planning stages and stll enjoying it.
When you first tackle the task of organizing the company party, family reunion, wedding, or any other event, the task can be very mind boggling. You’re probably very anxious to run out and find a location immediately. Before you do, we’ve included some tips to help you choose your perfect place for your special event. 1. Identify some preferred dates and times. 2. Determine the total of expected guests. This is an extremely important question because you don’t want to end up with a venue that is too large or, worse yet, too small. You can prepare a preliminary guest list and discuss this with others who are also involved in organizing your event in order not to forget anyone. 3. Identify the type of occasion this will be: · Do you prefer formal, casual or contemporary styles? · Does the event have a theme? · Will it be indoors or outdoors (or both)? 4. Determine the flow of the event. For example, do you want cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by dinner? Will there be dancing or even a presentation? 5. Identify the type of catering needed: · Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, Dinner, Cocktails · Passed or stationed hors d’oeuvres · Plated or Buffet-style Dinner 6. Budget – how much have you allocated for: · The use of the venue · Food · Beverages (all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) · Service – servers, bartenders, greeters · Rentals – (chairs, tables, plates, glasses, utensils, linen, chafing dishes, dance floors) · Other entertainment such as a DJ or even a belly dancer · Parking – valet service or self-serve parking 7. Now you have enough information to select a venue.
