A Maine Wedding

A Maine Wedding is a wonderful way to go if you want a no stress wedding experience. Ms. Sally provided everything needed to make my wedding day a day I will cherish forever! The only thing I had to do was get the marriage license and be on time.

Sally Bullard was an invaluable resource to our daughter and her then-fiance as they planned their unique wedding that was held on an island off Boothbay Harbor last August. Originally hired as their Justice of the Peace, Sally became a very special friend to them. She saw them as individuals, understanding who they were and what was important to them, allowing their ceremony to be tailored to them. Her attention to details the day of the wedding, her ability to organize people and events, in combination with her delightful sense of humor and warmth, made a very special day ever-so-flawless. Sally will always hold a special place in our hearts.

She did a consult with us when we were first engaged, took over coordination with our venue a month before the wedding, provided day of coordination and served as our officiant. She is incredibly professional, responsive and pleasant to deal with. She had excellent recommendations for potential venues, caterers and wedding cakes (we didn't ask for assistance with other vendors). She is truly there for as little or as much help as you would like. She is also very fair and transparent in her billing, which we appreciated.

Our elopement was very small - just the two of us - and we had a wonderful day. Sally was able to coordinate a wonderful photographer, arranged for beautiful flowers, and the ceremony she read was a perfect fit.

We were making arrangements from out of state, and it was great having the peace of mind that our day would be just what we wanted even though we couldn't handle any of the planning in person.

Sally Bullard has worked at venues all over the Boothbay Harbor and Midcoast Regions and through that experience has made connections with all sorts of vendors a couple would need, everything from florists and photographers to boat rides and bagpipers. Her years of experience have made her an incredible resource that is especially valuable for couples planning their weddings "from away."
