Brides: You are INSANE if you don't hire this woman to be your wedding planner! I can't say enough about Sarah--she helped make our wedding absolutely perfect. From helping us find the best team of vendors to flawlessly executing our ceremony and reception, she was a huge reason I didn't experience any mental breakdowns during the planning process. She and her team are beyond wonderful to work with.

Sarah was amazing! She and my daughter clicked right away, and we were able to work with her beautifully throughout the whole engagement to ceremony. She is so efficient that I didn't know she was doing everything without having to be asked, and one time I panicked ~ alas she had it covered all the way! After that I was able to relax and understand that she had taken care of everything, and if she had questions, she called and was easily accessible.
Her personality is wonderful. She treats you as though you are only bride getting married, and her warmth and concern make her truly delightful and fun!
She has a true artistic eye and was able to transform our vision into exactly what our daughter wanted.
Her rates and packages are very reasonable and flexible and she is the reason that everyone at our wedding had a ball. You can tell by the pictures; it was a fantastic wedding weekend, thanks to Sarah!

Sarah was without a doubt one of the best parts of our wedding! I tend to be a serious worrier, but never worried once during the wedding day! I also didn't have to worry about dealing with our many vendors needing last minute details. Sarah took care of all of it. I think my now husband was the most grateful for Sarah, since he didn't have to deal with a stressed out bride :) She brought several assistants for our wedding day and took care of EVERYTHING, including last minute decorations and centerpieces. Worth every penny and more. She's also a genuinely kind person and someone I trusted to make decisions. Can't say enough about her! She (and her lovely assistants) were awesome!!

My wife works in the business, and we had a lot of DIY projects planned for the wedding. Sarah, and the Music City Event staff took extra care in making sure that the day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Ensuring that all of our vendors (we had more than normal due to winning a contest) arrived on time and followed through on our expectations gave my wife and I great reassurance.
From handling scheduling, overseeing big and small details, attending fittings and tastings, giving advice on budget management, and being a contact for family and friends, we couldn't have asked for more from Sarah and her staff. They are professional, organized, have a keen eye for design elements, flexible with budgets and curveballs, and are an absolute pleasure to work with.
The last thing you should be worried about on the day of your wedding is whether the gift table has the right table cloth on it. You need a planner, you may not think so yet, but you do. You'd be hard pressed to find a better one in the middle Tennessee area.

It was WONDERFUL to work with Sarah! Since neither the bride nor the groom lived in Nashville, she helped tremendously with all the last minute details leading up to the wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and I was able to relax and just enjoy being the bride on the wedding day. Hiring Sarah was the best investment in our wedding. We didn't have a wedding planner when our oldest daughter was married, but learned that we definitely should have had one. Our oldest daughter had a beautiful wedding and folks told us that they had a lot of fun, but my husband and I were so busy with the details of the day that we had a hard time enjoying the wedding day festivities ourselves.
We met Sarah at a Bridal Fair soon after our second daughter became engaged and liked her immediately. We found her to be very knowledgeable and always professional. She had wonderful ideas about a number of things that we wished we had known about before. Our second daughter's wedding was about as perfect as one could hope for and my husband and I were able to enjoy herwedding day too! As soon as our youngest daughter became engaged, we called Sarah immediately and booked her. Once again, we were very pleased with the outcome.

Choosing Sarah Willard as our wedding planner was absolutely the best decision we made during our wedding planning! I was so thankful to have Sarah at my wedding! Not only did she help in the planning process with timelines, she was at my side every step of the way. Having a wedding planner was a choice we made because my mother lives 200 miles away. Sarah worked with me to help me plan the wedding of my dreams. She was able to recommend vendors, secure the vendors and then monitor their work. Even the day of the wedding, she was able to help us make changes and take care of last minute requests we had. I was disappointed with the services I received by Sarah. We hired her for our reception only and maybe if you have her for the entire process the service is better. She was really hard to find during our reception, when usually a planner is always within eye contact. When me or my mom would find her she would get right on top of what we wanted, which was good. The point is you shouldn't have "to look" for your planner. One time, mom found her and her assistant eating in a room away from the reception! I would recommend looking at other planners for reception only.

I am sad to hear that Amy was not pleased with the service provided on her wedding day - I wish I had heard another way! My staff and I were available and watching over the room as always. While we did have a minor issue with the band leader announcing things without my cue (yikes!), overall the reception was extremely smooth - down to the surprise menu items at the end of the night and handing out the pompoms for the grand get away.
We cannot say enough great things about Sarah of Music City Events. She and her staff are pros at making sure that everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. We have seen firsthand at how Sarah can put out fires with ease. She is someone you definitely want in your corner for your wedding planning and wedding day and we are lucky to get to work with her when we do.
Sarah is awesome and Music City Event operates in a classy, caring manner. I like the fact that they care for clients and vendors and really work to create a spectacular event!

Q: Where are you located? What are your hours?
Music City Events is located just outside Nashville, but we realize our clients have very busy schedules and may not be able to travel to us for appointments or come in during normal business hours. We make arrangements to meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you.
