As I began planning our wedding I was faced with the overwhelming task of comparing many wedding coordinators as I searched the web for “all inclusive awesome wedding packages” and sat reading reviews and looking for good deals. I had 30 days to get everything planned and as the clock was ticking, Bobbi, a true blessing, came up on my search engine. She was so quick to write back and gave me more information than I could have ever needed – I knew right away she was the coordinator I needed. Someone who would be there to answer questions as I was sitting at home wondering how this was all going to come together. She made sure to reassure me that everything would work out just perfectly, which it did, when I began to worry. Bobbi scheduled a phone conversation two days after our first email with my (now) husband and myself and for an hour we discussed all the important details and after we got off the phone I knew that we were in good hands, I knew that Bobbi was going to take good care of us. I didn’t have to stress anymore! Bobbi suggested hair and makeup artists, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and even told us the best area of which town we should choose for our location. The cake was amazing, the hotel was SPECTACULAR, the restaurant was the best place we’ve ever eaten, the makeup artist was such a sweetheart… It was all just truly picture perfect. I knew any time I had a question Bobbi would email me back immediately, and even though the wedding has come and gone she still emails me back right away! I can honestly say that Bobbi provides a truly exceptional service, gets to know the bride-and-groom-to-be and you will be glad that she is a part of your wedding. My husband and I were from Illinois when we started our destination wedding search. Looking online for a company to help us on our special day was long and tiresome. We found Bobbi's company and noticed all the other couples loved her, and she definitely does not disappoint! Bobbi is very organized and helpful, especially being a thousand miles away! I booked my wedding over a year out and she still notified me of Facebook contest that they were having or even if she was going to be out of town, as an out of state bride it is very comforting that she lets you know that she is going to be out of pocket and if she would be able to respond to emails or not. She was very helpful in every aspect of helping us plan the wedding.

Her staff is very helpful also, the day of the wedding they had already set up the chairs and everything for the ceremony and at the last minute we asked them to move them due to my elderly uncle not being able to walk on the sand very well and they did not mind moving them at all. I know that it was only 4 chairs and a table but we were very appreciative that they would do this for us.

The photographer that was sent to shoot the wedding was great too. I wish I could remember her name but her assistant was her husband and they kept us both laughing and the picture taking processes not so painful for my new husband.....lol.

I have never written a bad review about anything in my life. It doesn't feel good, but I would feel much worse if another bride and groom had this experience on their special day. We paid over $2,000 to Perfect Florida Beach Wedding (Bobbi, to be exact). The package included chairs, aisle decor, an arch, a sound system, and two hours of photography. I am still at a loss as to what we paid for. There was another wedding on the beach on the same day as ours. My bridesmaids walked to the wrong aisle. I'm still confused as to how this could possibly happen when you've paid for a wedding planner. Neither Bobbi nor the photographer even noticed it had happened. It was a guest who realized, and stood up and yelled for them. I told Bobbi that the most important part of the wedding for us was the music. We were charged almost $300 for the "sound system." It was especially awkward because we wanted our bridesmaids and groomsmen to dance down the aisle, but they never heard the music as they approached the seats. One of the most popular questions my guests and wedding party asked me after the ceremony was "why didn't you guys have any music?" If a sound came out of those speakers, no one heard it. Our officiant's microphone was not hooked up properly, so no one heard a word he said until half way through our vows when it suddenly kicked on. I e-mailed Bobbi a list of about 20 poses I wanted the photographer to take of my husband and me. She forgot to give them to the photographer. So we walked back and fourth, up and down the beach, and he snapped shots of that. This was very disappointing. Again, I wondered what I paid for. Our ceremony started at 4 p.m. Photography was supposed to last until 6p.m. The sun set at 5:40 p.m. that day and we were excited for the pictures we hoped to get right after it set when the sky is beautiful. Unfortunately, our photographer was rushing to move on before the sun fully set. We tried to keep suggesting that he take more pictures, but it was clear he was overbooked and in a rush to move on. So, we didn’t get to do the poses we had carefully put together during the year or the pretty pictures after sunset. We had to pay $500 for a disc containing 100 photos. This price did not include prints. It took over two weeks to receive the disc after my account was debited. At the reception, everyone asked where my wedding planner was and what she was doing when my bridesmaids walked to the wrong wedding. To be honest, our experience was embarrassing and disappointing. I honestly feel like we deserve our money back. I worked hard all year to scrape up $2,000, and for what? On the limo ride to the reception, my husband and I toasted to renewing our vows in 10 years and doing it right next time. It was all we could do.

Bobbi and her staff were awesome!! Every detail we discussed was taken care of. She provided information on obtaining permits, getting a beach wheelchair for my mother and a bakery to use for our wedding cake (which turned out beautiful and delicious!). The most helpful tip Bobbi gave me was to put my hair up. It was very windy that day and I am so glad my hair was not blowing around during the ceremony and pictures! The photographer that was provided in our package was excellent. I am very pleased with the services that Bobbi provided in our package! It was a "Perfect Florida Beach Wedding"!!

Sometimes it was a little daunting planning a destination wedding, but her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Right up to the day of the wedding she kept things extremely organzied and really allowed us to celebrate our wedding day with minimal stress.

If you do not live near the beach where you are planning your wedding, Bobbi Perry and A Perfect Florida Beach wedding is truly great choice. Bobbi took care of everything and had plenty of contacts and information about the area for dinners, makeup, reception locations and hotels for our guests. I was a little nervous with the whole ceremony being unrehearsed, but my nerves were completely uncalled for. The whole ceremony was simple and easy, but special. The decorations and set up were exactly what I wanted and there was not a single issue the whole time. Everything truly was perfect! The pictures that we took also all turned out wonderful, however there is an extra charge for copies so it's a good idea to make sure that is figured into your budget. We had a hard time deciding what company to use for our wedding, but agreed that the most important thing for us was good pictures. We then searched the web for a good photographer in the Tampa area, and found some recommendations for a man called Booray Perry. I contacted this man, and he told me that his wife provided the service we wanted and with him as a photographer, and we are very satisfied with choosing Perfect Florida Beach Wedding. His wife is the sweetest thing, and even though when we called and told her we would be 30 minutes to late for our own wedding (it got a bit hectic and we plotted the wrong address on our GPS...) she was calm and sweet on the phone, and managed to calm us down too. Her husband and assistant was easy to work with, creative, funny and took a lot of good pictures. We actually had a hard time getting down to 50 pictures, so we decided on 100 instead!

WOW! Where do I even begin!?
After our Engagement, we decided to have a small romantic beach wedding! We wanted to make it fun and be ourselves and get great pictues, just us and our 5 year old son. We looked at a few other companies for a Beach Wedding but they all seemed pretty mediocre. However, once we saw the sample photos and discovered all the extra little things that "A Perfect Florida Beach Wedding" provided we were sold!!
Bobbi, Booray and Adriana were SIMPLY AMAZING! We did the sand ceremony with our son and if you have children you need to do it as well! He loved it! They made things so much fun and most of all they worked great with our son and he had a blast!
