I use Astars limo for my wedding it was the best limo service in Chicago. The same limo i asked it came, limo driver came on time, the limo was nice and clean, drinks were more than inof . I will give theire name all over Chicago. They are the best trust them, Thank you Astars i will use you soon again for my family and friends.

I have booked this limo company for my wedding and I must admit that this was the best company thus far.. Everything went perfectly and smoothly, from the first phone call, back in June 2011 through my wedding date. This is a family operated business and you can see that everything they do is 200% We had a very pleasant driver, he was punctual, very professional and escorted all the female guests into and out of the limousine. We had the Excursion and was that limo phenomenal, very comfortable and exceptionally clean.. It looked like it was brand new. We had a few stops on the way to the reception, which we made more than originally intended. The driver was very kind and obliged and overall we couldn't ask for a better limo company! I had the opportunity to rent two limos from A Stars Limo and let me tell you I have never had such excellent service as I did with them! The owners are extremely helpful and would bend over backwards for there customers. I had special requests for both limos ( colors of the flowers and special drinks) everything was sheer PERFECTION! I came by to see the limos, left the music I wanted them to play... unbelievable service! Mr. Benny, the owner, was terrific in explaining the various options available. The prices are very reasonable, I called other limo companies and NO ONE came close to their rates. The day of our wedding was perfect .. the beautifully decorated limos arrived before time, the drivers were impeccably dressed, the limos spotless from top to bottom. My name is Jim. Me and my wife Samantha got married last year on January, 14-th of 2012 and wanted to rent a limousine to celebrate. After lots of hours on searching for the best limousine services online we came across Astars limousines and decided to give them a call and see what limousines they had. From the very first phone call that we made to them we were very happy with the person who we spoke with. Anyways we made the deal and decided to order a Hummer Axel, it wasn't that expensive comparing it with other companies. To make this story short we were very happy with their service, The lady on the phone was great and gave us a great deal, then the driver Don was amazing, he came to pick us up 20 minutes before the time, he was very nice and polite and very professional with us at all times. He opened and closed the doors of the limousine with joy and smiled at all times. The car was very clean inside and outside. Astars limousines made our wedding very special because we had just came back from a mission in europe. I would recommend Astars to everyone.

As soon as I got into the limo, the limo driver told me he could not drive until he got paid. I had the check with me, so I knew I would have to pay him but it was the way he said it...it was so unprofessional! My bridesmaids just couldn't believe the way he talked to me. The driver never helped the ladies get in or out of the limo....even when my mom struggled to get out (which was difficult with our dresses and heels on) the driver just stood there looking at her. The privacy window that seperated the driver from us was broke. This made the sun shoot directly into the limo making it impossible to see. All of these things were bad enough but then the worst thing happened....the limo would not start after the ceremony! The driver was asking our family members if they had jumper cables! Our parents are running around asking their friends if they had jumper cables since they didn't have any with them. I should also mention how he parked the limo in front of a "no parking" sign which blocked the door to the limo! If the limo would have started he could have moved it up so we could get in....but the limo wouldn't move. The driver ended up getting the limo started...not sure how but this whole situation was totally ridiculous!

Loved the limo, our driver was great and couldn't have picked a better company. The only negative is that the driver allowed our guests to "play" around in our limo at the church. It didn't make me too happy but other then that, it was perfect.

Great company to work with! I called over 10 limo companies, and Astars limo offered me the greatest deal for a Hummer Limo with lamburgini doors! Our driver was very cordial and punctual. He was not hesitant to take us where ever we chose to go last minute for pictures. I would definately use their service in the future!Thank you so much Astars limo, godbles you.

We used A Stars Limo for our wedding, and we were expecting great quality for the amount we paid after reading the reviews. We were dissapointed. On the day of the wedding, they almost did not come pick up our wedding party because they claimed we were out of the service area, even though they had the address to the places we were going weeks before the wedding. Thankfully, that issue was resolved. While we were trying to take our wedding pictures, the limo driver was get very impatient and kept bugging my husband to get his credit card in order to pay for the limo. We told him we would be done taking pictures in a half hour, and we would get the payment to him before we left for the next location. That was irritating as we were already on a time crunch. The company also never told us that there would be a 3% charge for using a credit card until the day of the wedding. They told us that they would waive this fee since they hadnt told us about it earlier than that day, and they did on the day of the wedding. However, when we got our credit card statement, the extra 3% was tacked on. My husband called immediately to get this issue resolved, and the woman on the phone told him he was rude for bringing this issue up, since they had discounted our limo by $300 already, even though we had a receipt that said one amount and she charged us another amount. We used them for our honeymoon transportation and they informed us we would be getting a limosine. The morning we were leaving a small SUV came to pick us up, with torn leather seats -- a far cry from a limosine. We were happy that they were on time, and had no problems finding the places we needed to go, but it was a hassle to work with them. The drivers were great, but the administration was a pain to deal with.

I would like to thank everyone at A Stars Limos for making my wedding day go so smooth. It was a dream come true for me and my husband. Exactly what we were hoping for. We got pick-up at the Hotel in Chicago downtown and transported to the Church in the suburb in a double axle Hummer.The driver was on time, he was very clean, professional and polite and asked us at all times if we needed anything. The car was very clean great and beautiful. Hummer's interior was the greatest i have ever seen and the music was great too. Our driver's name was Benni, he was amazing. He did not stop helping from the minute he came to pickup until the minute he left. He even held my dress while i was going in and out the car. I truly think that their prices are very cheap for the service they provided to us . I would definitely recommend A Stars Limos to any of my friends or family getting married.

My name is Anthony, I rented a Limo Bus from AStarsLimo for my wedding the bus was excatly on time even a couple minutes before.The bus was very clean it came with a package of beer, pop, water, and shampaine we got at every place on time and we were so happy. The driver named Benny was very kind he drove us to places and he wasn't lazy like another service we used this service was the best we had.My wife and I hope we can use this service again. We were very happy with A-Stars Limo. We ordered a Hummer H2 Limo but were concerned something else would be sent because we had heard stories from friends that happened to (not THIS company, but others..) My husband had his heart set on the Hummer!! I called a couple times to make sure it would still be the Hummer and they assured me it would be.
They came right on time-- actually a little early-- with that bright and shiny Hummer! The driver (who I believe is also the owner) also wanted to find out why we were concerned, I explained that we had just heard from other companies this happening. He was so relieved to find out it wasn't their company, he was appalled that other limo companies would do that. He was the nicest guy and did a great job. The limo was immaculate, and came with champagne and beer and glassware which was awesome.

We told him the destination address and just how long we wanted to drive around for (since the reception was actually quite close, but we wanted to just drive for fun!) and he had us there at exactly the right time!

I am the father of the groom for a wedding in May 2010 and I was very disappointed in the service that we recieved from your company. It was a pick-up at the Hotel and transport to the Church in a double axle Hummer.

Everything was fine initially, the limo arrived on time, waited at the church, and transported the wedding party back to the reception. The traffic was very slow back to the hotel and added approximately 45 minutes to the travel time. The wedding party arrived at 6:20pm, 50 minutes later than the contract allowed.

At this point the driver told a bridesmaid that he required $250 more due to overtime charges. I was summoned from the reception, came out and attempted to question the driver about the excess charges. He became very rude and surly, saying if you don't pay right now the charge will increase, he would summon the groom from his wedding reception to demand the money, and other "stong arm" demands.

He would not write the excess charge on the contract, nor did he provide any type of receipt other than the receipt from the credit card and continued in his belligerent attitude throughout the exchange.

I realize that it was a valuable asset, (the Limo) that was tied up for longer than anticipated due to no fault of the wedding party and I have no problem offsetting some of the revenue that may have been lost. I do have an issue with a rude driver who attempted to spoil what was a very happy occasion for our family.

In these days of instant internet comments/reviews you must know that a service company such as yours lives and dies by it's customer service. Your limos may be top notch, as ours was, but I do not believe the driver yesterday serves you well.
