We're glad that the other brides had a good experience with Suzanne but we are sad to say that we were extremely disappointed with her performance especially on the wedding day where we expected her to shine. Suzanne is sweet and we like her personality, but professionally, she was a big let down for us. After our initial meeting and first official wedding details meeting, she seemed like she had everything in place - organized, detailed, basically...had it all together. We had high hopes in her and believed everything she promised but when it came down to the wedding day, she was all talk and no action. We should have seen the red flag when she was two hours late to our venue meeting (we are pretty easy going so we didn't get mad since she got lost and our venue manager was very accommodating and luckily, we had time) and when she actually said that she is learning so much from me (the bride) when it came to details and how I organized and packaged all my details for her to place for our wedding day.
There were a few times during our wedding where we had to hunt her down where as she should have been easily accessible. She appeared frazzled, disorganized and completely unfocused which was the hardest part for us because she should have been there for us and sadly she wasn't. Some of our guests even noticed and mentioned it to us which was even more disappointing. It's one thing if we noticed, it's even worse when our guests notices.
We had originally hesitated in hiring a day of coordinator since I had all the details in place and all she had to do was execute them to our specifications. We were really disappointed that they were not executed properly especially since we took the time out to not only tell her but show her exactly what we wanted so there weren't any confusions.
There was also a huge hiccup after the wedding as she was in charge of returning rental pieces. I got a call the day after my wedding asking me to pay for all the missing crystals and vases because they weren't returned. This is definitely not something I/we want to be doing the day/s after our wedding...making multiple phone calls to chase down missing rental pieces. Luckily, we made an amendment on our contract before signing with Suzanne that if anything was broken or missing from the rentals, she would be financially responsible for them. That was indeed one of the best amendment (prepare for the unexpected) or else we would have had to pay for her mistake. Luckily, most of them were found and she did pay for the lost items. While we appreciate her taking responsibility for her mistake, we would have appreciated a more apologetic response for the stress and annoyance she caused us the days after our wedding.
Overall, as a coordinator, her preparation had potential but the lack of focus on the personalized details resulted in poor execution. In hopes of future events/experiences, she will reach her potential.

Suzanne from Timeless Event was a fantastic wedding coordinator. Very flexible and easy to work with. I didn't think I needed a coordinator, but after 3 months of planning on my own I needed help. We clicked immediately and she took the initiative to pick up where I left off. She helped me put together a Disney themed wedding on January 2nd for over 100 guests. She contacted all my vendors. Helped me find the remaining vendors. She helped me with shopping for low price center pieces. She was the only person that made it to my final fitting. She lead my rehearsal and kept me on schedule for the last 2 months leading up to the wedding day. She even put together all my wedding favors the week before the wedding. My wedding day went off without a hitch. She some how managed to make it to the ceremony AND still pull everything together at the reception. I only wish I had hired her from the beginning. Excellent vendor. 5 Stars all around.
Words cannot describe how Fabulous Suzanne was to work with. We booked her for dayof coordinating but she started helping me 6 weeks out with research on lsat minute details, gave me ideas to help make certain aspects more unique and made it so my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. Our day went more smoothly than we could have asked for and that had everything to do with Suzanne and her keeping track of the day and making sure things were done properly so we could really spend time with our guests. Not booking Suzanne would be a huge mistake because she is truly dedicated to making sure each day is perfect for the couple and the money I spent on her way WELL worth it.

Hire her for your event - once you do that, everything else will be easy.
Suzanne is a great communicator and that is key for a wedding. Weather was going to be impacting some of the schedule and she kept things fluid and flexible given the impending bad weather. She was always upbeat, pleasant and very easy to work with.
Suzanne was wonderful as our day of coordinator. She had great/creative ideas to make our day go smoothly. She handled all of the last minute details so I wasn't stressed out on our big day! If you are looking for someone who is able to take charge, handle every little detail that you will not have time for - Suaanne is your girl!
I cannot say enough how wonderful our wedding day was because things went so smoothly thanks to her coordination, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Suzanne was amazing. I would highly recommend her. She was so professional and helpful and made the day flow so smoothly. We were so happy to have her that my parents immediately booked her the minute my sister got engaged.
