Had a few nervous moments when I found out the specific limo I had booked had major maintenance problems and would be out of commission during my wedding! A Unique Occasion pulled through and found me the exact same limo I had booked only with a different company... Exceptional service by the limo driver who ended up picking us up! Had the stretch Escalade and it was absolutely beautiful! Didn't want the ride to the venue to end!

We used A Unique Occasion Limousine for our wedding in March 2010, and they were excellent. We ordered two limos, and they both showed up well ahead of time, and they utilized alternate routes extremely well to get us to the chapel ahead of time also, always managing to miss the traffic, even though it was a event weekend. The cars were very nice and in good condition inside and out. The drivers were helpful, polite and friendly and helped to ensure that we had an excellent day we had Gary and Rod as drivers. Our travel was totally stress free, and they were fine with taking 22 people home at the end of the night and making 6 different stops. Very friendly people, and their communication and organization were excellent over the phone as well. The price was fair. All round, absolutely excellent."

A cheap limo can only mean 3 things. Either it is an older, less maintained vehicles or an inexperienced driver. A breakdown or a driver getting lost could cause you to miss your plane, concert or play and that could cost you a LOT more than you saved! And a grumpy, underpaid driver can quickly turn your planned "fun event" into a not so fun experience! So please think before you leap at that cheap rate!
Tip # 1: Fridays and Saturdays are peak times because this is when most people are likely to hire for their birthdays, and night outs. You can get a better rate if you event is during the afternoon or early evening because the vehicle can still be rented by the club goers.
Tip # 2: If your event is on a Sunday or midweek the price difference could be considerable, this is because demand for limousines is a lot less on these days.
Tip # 3: Just beware of very cheap prices for limousines particularly for Lincoln Town Car limos that sound almost too good to be true. There are many old models around and if quoted a cheap price you may just be getting one.
Tip # 4: Finally, to get cheap limousine prices you have to book well in advance. Limousine companies will never know how busy a particular date is likely to be, they can only guess so, they are far more likely to offer a favorable price than if you leave it last minute when demand is at its greatest. Prices can in some cases be up to half the price if you book well in advance. By booking early, you can get the limousine you want and avoid disappointment.
