A Wedding Connection

I didn't like that they switched our photographer. They gave us a chance to cancel after but it was so close to our date that it wouldn't be possible to find someone else. Our photographer, Chad, was kinda slow and didn't follow the list of photos I would like. There are some really nice pictures but some of them the lighting isn't very good as the person is in the sun and the flash is too heavy which in my mind are things the photographer should be able to correct on the spot. Overall the pictures look great though and we couldn't have gotten a better deal. I would recommend them but maybe not Chad.

Dennis was an absolute professional. He is so creative and took amazing photos plus made the day long photo taking experience truly enjoyable. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed working with him. He was quick in organizing group shots which meant a lot to us as we didn't waste any time celebrating by having to pose too long for photos.

Quite pricey, but well worth the money. Our photographer, Dennis, was awesome! He was fun without being cheesy and took the most amazing pictures. They put together the most beautiful wedding book that we will cherish throughout the years!

I would not recommend this vendor. Although a lot of photos turned out well, there were some definite problems.

First, working with the owners was horrible. The woman is not friendly and the man is very arrogant. They constantly overpromised and underdelivered. They were the worst people I've ever had to work with.

Second, I did not get all the pictures via proof or on disc that the photographer took. They even deleted the photos taken with the bride, groom and bride's parents! That made me sick to my stomach--especially since the bride's parents paid for this!

We were able to pick our photographer. We met him for engagement pictures and he was super nice, but for a man of his age and experience-level, he missed some shots.

I feel like he did not pose us correctly and he did not direct everyone as he should have. I feel like the company tells their photographers to do this so that they can make extra money taking out double-chins, opening people's eyes that were shut, taking out parking lot lines when there was grass behind them they could have stood on.

The album I ordered included 30 pages with 120 images. When you pick up the proofs, they present you with their recommendations, which was 36 pages--and also $50 extra per page after 30 pages. That is truly shameful!

Then, you go and work super hard to pick out the backgrounds and pictures for each page, and then they don't even do what you said you wanted! And getting changes done with them is nearly impossible. They don't even understand when you draw them pictures and write it all out and make them copies of everything.

And getting anything done with them takes FOREVER! It took forever to get the pictures online for friends and family to view. It took forever to get the proofs. It took forever to get the album! Six and a half months after my wedding, I finally got my album!

And then, when you get your album, they give it to you in a torn, tattered box. They don't care about impressing their clients at all. All they want is your money. They are horrible people!

Option to buy rights to photos, great pictures, lots of album choices, but won't guarantee the photographer you will get on your wedding day.
