They had so many items from which to choose. Their Web site helped me plan and create a budget. They had options that fit my small and informal wedding design.

We did not have a good experience with this company! When we went in to order what we needed, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, however looking back I now feel like we didn't get a very thorough consultation. The day of my wedding, the rental company came and started to set everything up and had a really hard time. Our wedding was outside and we had ordered them to set up pipe and drape and apparently pipe and drape is not meant to be outside. We were never told this at our initial consultation. After struggling for awhile they came over to us and told us that they had it kind of stable and wished us good luck and hoped that it would stay. We were pretty upset about this, so we called them back after they left because it kept falling down and asked them to fix it or give us an alternative. They argued with us a little until we really complained and they came back to help fix it. It wasn't 100%, but atleast it stayed up during the ceremony, that's all I cared about at that point. I still think this company is really good and that the situation wasn't handled the best by their employees, but I would just recommend to make sure you ask very thorough questions. It's not fun to stress about something like this the day of when it could have been prevented way before hand.
