Then, two days later, when I went back to the reception hall to pick up some leftover decorations the front desk clerk wanted to know who the DJ was. They like to be able to give recommendations. *Bust A Move* is the best wedding dj service in the United States! Our wedding dj was Frank and it does not get any better than him. Frank is passionate with his business and makes sure that you know that. He made our wedding experience not only highly enjoyable, but stress free as well. Frank makes sure that you are aware he will take care of you and your wedding. The package that we picked also comes with a videographer which is an awesome deal and saves time and money searching for a videographer for the wedding.

The meetings we had with Frank were great because not only do we talk about the wedding, but he makes us comfortable and we get to know more about him as well. It is like making a brand new friend. Frank also gives great advice before, during, and even after the wedding on having a positive and long lasting marriage. The music that Frank plays gets the party started! Hiring Bust A Move was the best decision I made in regards to my wedding! All my emails were answered quickly and they called me several times beforehand to see if I had any questions or changes. They were wonderful at reading the crowd, keeping the event moving and getting everyone on the dance floor. I gave them free reign as to what music to play and they did an outstanding job. The two DJ’s made sure that we always had drinks and checked in several times throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. I have been to several wedding, and I have to say that Bust a Move DJ Services are the BEST!! I am not just saying that because it was my wedding, but I had at least 10 people at our wedding say he was the best DJ they had ever heard. He went above and beyond to make our day very special. I can only speak for the DJ who ran my reception, Corey. He was so courteous! He had the perfect balance between consulting my husband and I during the reception for any changes but not being too clingy. He was great at reading the crowd and following the info sheet we submitted to him.

The BAM DJ staff was awesome! The dance floor was packed and the DJ had everyone rocking! They were great and were doing everything to make it our big day.

Frank at Bust A Move DJ service was recommended to us so we chose to hire him for my daughter's wedding on Sept 10th, 2011. I am SOOOOO happy we went with BAM!! My husband at first wanted to do an ipod!!(hes frugal LOL) BUT!! He was very glad we ending up going with BAM DJ Service. Hiring Bust-a-move DJ services was without a doubt the best decision my husband and I made in terms of planning our wedding this summer. We did the planning from Colorado, and Frank was very responsive and helpful during the planning portion. He kept promising that he'd have our guests up and dancing from the beginning of the reception, and he completely delivered on that promise! We had guests from a variety of different ages and backgrounds, and everyone was up dancing, laughing, and having a great time from the get-go. In the weeks since the wedding, we've had multiple guests email us saying they have never been to such a "fun" reception, and I completely attribute that to Frank. Their prices are very reasonable, their services are very professional, and you will absolutely have a blast at your reception with them as your host!

Bust a move DJ service did an OUTSTANDING job of providing audio for our wedding ceremony and music/entertainment for our reception. Bust a move was well prepared with all of the proper equipment, set up well ahead of time, and was right on time with songs during our ceremony. We went with BAM after hearing about Frank from a friend (who was also getting married). The prices were a little out of our price range but after seeing what he did out our friends' wedding we couldn't NOT use him! We had him do our ceremony as well as our reception and it couldn't have gone any better! Last minute my venue changed up my ceremony location and Frank had no problems with moving his equipment it was awesome! The games he played during our reception were a lot of fun and kept my guests laughing. He wasn't too cheesy or too shy either. Everyone at my reception was dancing and having the best time! Frankee performed the DJ services for our wedding this month. I had heard that Frankee was an awesome DJ, so I called to talk with him. My fiance and I decided to meet with him before we booked our date, and were so impressed with him as a person and felt so comfortable booking the "Ultimate Package" with him. He exceeded my expectations at our wedding! He was MC at the reception, keeping things moving along, and eliminating the need for a day-of wedding coordinator. He wasn't cheesy and played the music I requested and also requests from guests. I want to make one thing really clear: Frankee is not just a guy who spins records! He is an entertainer! He rocked the party! He read the crowd and reacted to keep the guests dancing as much as possible. He even stopped by our head table and refilled our drinks for us! He was there to serve! My husband and I were married May 21st, 2011 in Portland, OR at The West End Theatre. We had a lot of decisions to make when planning our BIG DAY, however there was one decision that came easy…We knew we wanted to hire the best DJ in Portland because we wanted a PARTY!!! We had a lot of fun at our wedding, in part to Frank. He did a fabulous job as our DJ but also included some fun games and really got the crowd invloved. We have worked with Must A Move DJ's now a few times now—they really know how to get the party started! Steve was on the dance floor teaching some awesome dance steps, and Frankee (the owner) loves to rock and roll with his cowboy hat and drumsticks to "Sweet Home Alabama" The energy flows onto the dance floor. They also know when to allow the moods to shift, going to slow dancing. The ceremony music was great too, not too loud, and no feedback issues.

Frank did a friends weding last Saturday and he was phenominal!! You couldn't ask for a better DJ! He was engaging, entertaining and played everything that was requested of him. Their logo is spot on; "Anyone can play music, we entertain" It's amazing how having a good DJ completly makes or breaks a wedding. There where three of us all planing weddings in the near future and Frank will be at all of them!!

We were stressed when our original choice cancelled just a few weeks before the event (especially in August for a Saturday night!), but now we are glad that he did. We were able to quickly book Bust a move. Despite the tight time line we were able to talk and email several times. Our DJ Justin set exactly the right tone for the evening. He did music for the ceremony and reception. The music was perfect. He checked in with us throughout the event, took good care of the bride, made sure the photographer had water, and hunted down anyone we needed up front. He helped our reluctant guests get out and have fun on the dance floor. Bust a move was the perfect choice for our wedding.

Our wedding was on August 13 2010. Frankee & Bust-A-Move helped make it one of the most memorable days of our lives. Frankee was the dj at our wedding. He was fabulous! I needed someone kinda last minute & he took on the job of my ceremony & reception with only 2 weeks notice. He was super fun & very entertaining. I cannot thank Frank and Aaron enough for making my wedding absolutely perfect. I was ableto be stress-free and just dance and have a good time, while they were sure to keep us on track by announcing and preparing toasts, first-dances, garter toss, etc. There wasn't a single moment that the dance floor wasn't full with our guests and Bridal Party. My dad doesn't dance, but he was out there all night! This company's talent and follow-through are unpassable and my reception would not have been the same without them. This is definitely one vendor that I will tell all my friends about and continue to praise their work. My best friend got married one month after my wedding and she had already booked her DJ, after my reception was tried cancelling her DJ just so she could use BAM, but they were already booked. The question of which DJ to use is easy, BUST A MOVE!

Frank and Justin were our DJs for our wedding. There are no words for how wonderful they are and what a fantastic job they did. Simply, they rocked it!! Bust A Move DJ'd my sisters wedding. She had a hard time choosing a dj service and was really glad she chose Bust A Move. The DJ played great music and our family danced all night long. The DJ did a really great game called the "shoe game", which reminded me of the newly wed game. He was very friendly and outgoing, and when I do get married I deffinately want to hire them to DJ my wedding.

I had debated on which company to go with for this service. I had met with several companies and was just about to book with a different company that was featured in the Oregon Bride magazine UNTIL I met Bust-A-Move DJ Service. Bust-A-Move was so exciting and alive and offered superior services compared to other vendors in the area, including a BAM-CAM to film my event. I wanted my wedding reception to have depth and excitement and I knew that Bust-A-Move would be the perfect company to help me do this.

I had such a great time working with Bust-A-Move. When booking, I decided to go with the Ultimate Package to get the works and I am so glad that I did. The cost of the package was a little pricy but certainly worth every penny. The music was amazing. My DJ, Keith, was so very helpful. He helped me make a Surprise First Wedding dance remix so that my wedding party and I could Rock the Reception and it was incredible. My guests were so surprised and loved every moment of the 5 minute dance off. Keith was so willing to make the changes that I needed and he did them very quickly and efficiently. I felt bad that I needed to make changes the night before the wedding (at 10:00PM) but he was totally up for it and made the changes without hesitation or making me feel guilty (thank you so very much for that).

My DJ and his associate, who filmed the wedding with the BAM-CAM, were so great. They looked very sharp, were on time, prepared and did exactly what I needed. I am so thankful that I made the decision to go with Bust-A-Move because they totally ROCKED MY RECEPTION!!!

They say you only get married once so that means you only get one reception. Our DJ Danny was awesome and so was the service he provided. He kept on having to tell us for him to do what we were paying him to do (announcements, etc.). For the price we paid, the service was a steal!

I have been to other weddings where DJs have just done the bare minimum to entertain, but Frank and Bust a Move went above and byond entertaining all parts of the crowd from music requests, helping out with a last minute slideshow and even getting grandma out on the dance floor! We LOVED BAM! We chose the package with Frank (the owner) and he literally made our wedding. He was fun, energetic, and most of all an entertainer. All of our guests said at the wedding how much they enjoyed him and wanted to use him or see him at future weddings.

Our DJ Randall was fantastic. He was there early, did a great job communicating with my husband and I, and kept our reception moving smoothly. We recieved a TON of compliments from guests in a variety of ages (he even had my father-in-law dancing, for better or for worse) about how great he was and how much fun they were having because of him, he was very careful to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, and he even downloaded a song he didn't have while at the reception because the best man requested it (not many wedding DJs have Black Label Society on their itunes). We were so pleased with Randall, Frank, and Bust-a-Move and absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a good DJ.

DJ Frankee was the best ever, we lucked out and actually were able to get him for our wedding, but I hear the rest of his crew are just as great as he is! My biggest worry was getting some cheesy cornball for a DJ and this was something that Frankee was NOT! We used him for both our ceremony and reception and he was on point for everything. He was a lot of help with the reception and the timeline and getting things going, he did a better job than my day of coordinator! He was great with the crowd, got people involved and dancing, even did some unexpected games that were fun for everyone. He was quite the character and we got a lot of comments on how great he was and how great the music was. I would definitely recommend him to others!

My Event Went Fantastic with the help of Pat the DJ. For starters we had to make some changes to "the Plan" because of the weather and because we were late as a result. Pat is a super fun guy. He was very interactive with my guest even to the point that he was on the dance floor at times. He brought a ton of fun and personality, and even though our budget only allowed for the minimum package he still gave me a great deal and far exceded our expectations. Other then my dress this was our best use of money. I would reccomend this company over any other. I got a quate at 2 of my girlfrineds weddings for more then double what I paid and I for sure got way more bang for my buck.

Bust a Move did an awesome job DJing my wedding. The music was great, they played all the songs I wanted and timed everything just right. Not to mention Frank who was a blast and very fun. We loved him!

Bust a Move did a fantastic job at my daughters wedding. Jason was attentive to every need, and even made sure the bride and groom had water to drink (it was very hot). He was very respectful of the guests, but blended right in. The music was done very well with a nice mix for the crowd attending, and was very volume appropriate. Great job, highly recommend their services.

We loved our DJ and the services that were provided. We played 2 video clips during our wedding and the DJ made sure they went off seamlessly. The music was awesome and we danced the night away. Many people came up to us to tell us how much fun they had at our wedding. I would highly recommend BAM if you are looking for a great time!

Bust-A-Move did a great job for our wedding, although it wasn't quite our style. I felt like there were a few too many planned dances, and i would've liked a bit less announcing and more music. Frank was very nice though and very willing to work with us in our musical tastes, and he has a TON of music to choose from. He went above and beyond and gave us a bit of extra time for our money, which was very nice. Very good value.

We had Keith from BustaMove DJ Services and he is absolutely great! He is young and vibrant and easily molds to whatever the bride and groom request. He is patient, flexible and fun to talk to. He meets with you privately before the wedding at many times as necessary and makes sure to have all the music with backups. He was willing to move his setup for me when he was put in the wrong place by my planner and didn't act negative at all. Music was great and he kept everyone dancing! He was not obnoxious and didn't talk too much, just let the music speak for himself! Thank you Keith!

We hired Bust a Move because I knew Frank the owner from a place I used to work. Frank gave us an amazing deal and was great about getting us signed up, etc. We are not the kind of people that wanted a lot of "talking" and planned things, so Frank thought it would be best to go with one of his other DJ's. We met Keith a few times and really had high hopes for our wedding day - our hopes were very misled. Keith messed up my entrance to the ceremony, our grand entrance to our reception, our first dance as well as the mother/son dance. He also had no flow of songs at all. All of our guests said they same thing - it was quite terrible and embarrassing, especially considering we had a huge dancing crowd at our wedding. He barely played any songs we requested, but again, our biggest compliant would have to be he just didn't know how to flow music. I come form the east coast and my husband is from LA and neither one of us have ever seen a dj that was so amature (ish). I can only assume he was having a VERY off day, because he came highly recommended by Frank and I have the utmost trust that Frank believed he was giving us the perfect DJ. Keith just fell very short. I feel awful writing this review, espeically considering every other review I have written so far has been amazing - our wedding was truly perfect and dream like - except for our DJ, which is a pretty huge part of the wedding. Keith knew I was very displeased and unhappy right from the start of our reception because I made it a point to let him know how unhappy I was. The mistakes he made early on with our specific songs were just ridiculous, especially considering how much time I spent going over things. It wasn't difficult. I would highly recommend Bust a Move, but if you go with Keith, I hope you get him on his "on" day.

Frank with Bust a Move was amazing at one of the wedding that I photographed. Frank is a true entertainer, he got the crowd involved and he is really fun to watch with his air guitar and spinning his drumstick. He is the total package and your wedding reception won't be boring. He is so much fun!
