AAA party rentals

I can't say enough about this staff. They go above and beyond to provide whatever item and or service that your event requires with and without notice.

The equipment was decent although it came pretty dirty and the guys had to take alot of time to clean them -- we could never have the guests sit on them the way they came (Supposedly Clean).

Chairs where cheapest in area

I actually used the Landover, MD location and not Waldorf. I am also aware that there is a location at Rockville, MD. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The were not professional nor were they friendly. They offered no flexibility under extreme circumstances. In addition, one of the staff had not communicated or filed our information properly and we received a call on the way to our honeymoon that the chairs had not been returned and we'd be charged when in fact we had.

I marked low on flexibilty because I wanted to change some items and was not able to, value for money was average.

I was able to find all of my party rental needs for our reception at AAA Party Rentals. They could work on their customer service a little and providing assistance with selection, but other than that, they got the job done.

Due to my experience with AAA Party Rental I recommended numerous clients to AAA Party Rental and they were never disappointed. Their prices are great and they are helpful in helping you with all your needs.
