Exceptional customer service! Roy Wellwood was extremely nice and gave me the best deal for what I wanted. All I needed was a pick up in Ann Arbor, MI and drop off in Hartland, MI...a half hour drive...for 5-6 people. I didn't want anything fancy or extravagant. I didn't need the "Just Married" sign as it was just to drive me and my girls to the wedding location and I didn't really care if there was champagne or not. Once I told him all this he said that he charges a flat one-way fee of $150.00 and that he would be using his own 13 passenger stretch Excursion.
