The team was Amazing and so Professional. Everything turned out gorgeous!

This is the second time I've used About Face Design Team for Wedding Day Beauty. The first time was in July 2011 for my daughter; this March was for my daughter in law...both times the team arrived promptly and well equipped. The bridesmaids, flower girls, and especially the brides were very happy and impressed with the quality, creativeness and understanding the team had when a particular hairstyle or makeup was described. On both occasions we created a party atmosphere with food, champagne and lots of love and laughter. About Face made it possible for the brides to have their "fairy tale wedding".

We just loved them. All the make up artists and hair stylists were just wonderful. They took so much time with the entire wedding party. They just did a fantastic job. They were so professional, and at the same time were also very warm and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them!

What girl doesn't like to feel glamourous? The team transformed 7 of us and the make-up and hair lasted the entire day. We even had to deal with a neighborhood power outage and the team just adjusted and continued to try to keep us on schedule.

I loved my experience with About Face Design Team. My trial went amazingly and my hairdresser even met me at a later date to help me pick out my extensions. The day of my wedding, the team arrived promptly and made sure we stuck to the schedule. Everything went according to plan. My bridal party loved their airbrush foundation – one of the girls even went for a run to test it out and it still looked great! I loved that the team wasn’t drinking or goofing off while we were getting ready; I’ve been a part of so many weddings in which the hairdressers get drunk on the champagne and got off task and we wound up looking like clowns. My team was amazing and my girls looked hot! I felt beautiful and confident and they did exactly what I asked. My makeup artist and stylist however forgot to bring the pictures with her of what I wanted, so make sure you make copies of what you plan to have done the day of your wedding.

About Face did such a wonderful job! They made my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law and I (the bride) look fabulous! The About Face team listened to what each of us wanted for hair and make up and did such a great job! Tracie worked on my hair and make up and I loved it! We got so many compliments! They are very professional and made us feel very relaxed! I would definitely recommend About Face!

About Face did a fantastic job for our entire bridal party including bridesmaids, mothers and grandmothers. They have a keen eye for styling for all ages. I had a horrific trial with a different salon and was elated after I found About Face.

On our wedding day they arrived early, professionally dressed and prepared. I personally worked with Jodi, she did an incredible job with both my hair and make up. Jodi was also EXTREMELY efficient, professional and personable.

Since the wedding I have gone back to about face for styling for other events. I can't say enough good things about their services.

The About Face ladies were all absolutely wonderful! All of my bridesmaids, mom, grandmother, and flower girl looked beautiful. They were even able to give our “minister” (one of my best friends from college married us) a quick touch up. Jeshel Worthington did my makeup and hair - I specifically mention her because she is branching out on her own and want to get the word out there. She is awesome, bubbly, and does wonderful work!

The ladies of About Face Design Team are not just experts in making a bride look her most beautiful and radiant on her wedding day, but they are some of the most beautiful people that you will ever meet. Every single person was committed to making myself and my bridesmaids, plus mother, look the best we had ever looked, while having such a wonderful kind and caring spirit. We had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I tried and failed quite a few times to find a vendor for my wedding day who wouldn't cake my face with layers and layers of make-up like a clown. Not much in terms of color works well with the tone of my skin and it didn't help that people were not paying much attention to my request for LIGHT applications and NATURAL looking styles. But after some internet research I found About Face Design Team and gave them a try. Their prices were far better than any of the other places that I tried, and Jeshel who was my make-up artist, actually heeded my requests and worked with me to find the best look for my big day. We went over the weather, my dress and jewelry, and how other factors relate to and affect my make-up. And for the first time, when she spun my chair around to the mirror, my make-up turned out amazing!!! I've never used eye shadow or anything but earth tones, or let anyone even come close to my eyelashes. But after my astounding trial run with AFDT, I completely trusted Jeshel with all of that for my wedding day and she worked pure magic. All of the women (and even a few guys) at my wedding kept asking me who did my make-up. And with their great prices and professional studio and website, I was proud to say About Face Design Team!!! My only regret is I live 3 hours away. Even so, I'll be back. Totally worth it!!!

Oh wow, what can I say about these people… just totally awesome! I go in there and really had no idea what I wanted, was thinking Old Hollywood Glam.. something like that, but open to ideas… she immediately envisioned the look and went to work.. Everyone complimented me and have for months since. Getting professional makeup for this day was important to me since I had hired an expensive professional photographer… I was thinking.. if I’m hiring a photographer.. I’m hiring a makeup artist. We decided on air brush makeup, I thought it would feel stiff, but it didn’t and it lasted the entire day and would have longer! (Even in direct sun) This company came highly recommended by a well known wedding planner friend of mine and I am very pleased I went to them. I was pretty nervous that morning and just kind of not thinking clearly, they made us feel right at home, laughed with us, we truly had a good time with them. The photographs came out looking like a magazine. I tell everyone to go there... I’m excited about generations from now looking at these photos and thinking.. “wow! Great Grandma and Grandpa were gorgeous!” yeah.. that’s what I look forward to… haha

Hello , My name is Cindi Cassidy and my daughter and I had the good fortune of choosing your company for my wedding hair and make up. After having a very bad experience with the trial make up from another company I decided to give About Face a call, After speaking with Jane for a while I was beginning to feel very confident about the company, She was professional yet real and very friendly and patient, she answered all my questions and spent a long time and a few phone calls letting me know exactly what i wanted to know . It was because of her that I felt I could trust About Face with my big day make up and hair...I was so right ! On the day of the wedding Kalie arrived on time and was very very nice, cheerful and so sweet that I immediately felt comfortable with her. . She did my daughters makeup first and although Jessica is very particular she loved it , she did have to change her hair slightly a few times but Kalie's attitude was wonderful about it, she was willing to change it and do what ever my daughter wanted for as long as it would take until she was happy, and she did that with a smile ..Jessi looked stunning . I don't even know where to begin to say how happy I was with my make up , and I knew right away that she made me look and feel exactly the way I wanted to on that day..I am not so young so I never expected a miracle LOL, but I felt more beautiful than I could have ever expected to, I showed Kalie a pix of a hairstyle I had in mind and she did my hair exactly the way I wanted it, but what was so wonderful is that she was willing to re do it if I wasn't happy with it. I loved it !!! I decided to get my make up professionally done kind of last minute.

About Face was of course very busy on the fast approaching wedding date, but Gina (one of the owners) was willing to squeeze me in and do my makeup herself.

Gina did a ridiculously fabulous job. I have never looked so polished and pretty. When she asked me what kind of look I was going for, I said just this "Kinda natural, like smoke-eye, but with browns and stuff". I'm not sure what anyone else would have gleaned from this crazy statement, but she NAILED IT. I never had to say "oh, can you take that down a notch, or hey, I don't like that color". She seriously knew what she was doing. She did individual lashes for me, and they looked great. I highly recommend the airbrush makeup; I never had to re-apply anything all night!

The ladies at About Face were amazing from start to finish. They began my day (at 4:30AM) perfectly with their prompt and understanding service. My bridesmaids and I looked flawless. I would recommend About Face to anyone who wants to look their best! A perfect beginning to my perfect day!

I am an English bride who travelled to Orlando to get married at Disney Boardwalk hotel , I was planning the wedding up to a year in advance and after scouring Disneys recommended hair and make up artists I choose about face , purely on their website at first as it looked so on trend and funky , but soon as I contacted them I was so pleased with the customer service I got . Everything was explained to me , what would happen on the day and all the bits and pieces beauty wise you don't think of but need to know they also consulted me on type of makeup and hairstyles I wanted giving me advice and suggesting I take magazine cuttings and assured me their stylists would deliver a similar look and boy I wasn't disappointed my stylist was friendly upbeat and fun from the moment I met her also very calm and collected the airbrush makeup I chose was such a natural look which I wanted and yet they can make it a fullerb look which they did for my maid of honour , and my hair WOW my dress was quite simple but I've had literally dozens of comments from girlfriends after the photos came out complimenting my look saying I looked stunning and I really do put that down to the stylist not only that I will be forever grateful to her for making this girl a princess for her husband as I walked up the aisle I felt like one and the grooms face said it all !

I first saw About Face at the Bridal Show last September (2010) in Orlando. I was able to have my hair and airbrush makeup done in a timely manner. I booked with About Face that next week for my wedding day! I felt like a knock out! Jane was always very accommodating and patient when I spoke/emailed with her (as we had a few party changes at the last minute). When we arrived on the day of the wedding, there was no rush, we were all relaxed, and we all walked out looking more beautiful than when we came in! I've never been a make up person, and I always thought that I would "feel" the makeup on me, but I didn't notice anything all day! Kari did a phenomenal job with my mom and then with myself! My husband's mom looked great, as did my 3 bridesmaids! Couldn't have asked for anything else! Completely satisfied with their work :D

I made an appointment to go into the studio( they charge extra to have them come to you) to have my make-up done by The Design Team. They called me a week or so before my wedding date to tell me they had something else going on in the studio, apologized, and offered to come to my house at no charge to me which was extremely helpful.
I can't believe I'm saying this... But I forgot the name of the lady that made me up. ( she looked like Celine Dion)She was so friendly and patient. I don't usually wear make-up, she made me feel so pretty. I felt bad because my bridesmaid kept asking what she was doing and taking pictures. I started to panic, I didn't want the lady to be aggravated.. she answered the questions and just kept smiling. :).

She even filled out a sheet of good luck which i had all my guest fill out for my husband and I. I wish she. could do my make-up every day.

Fantastic, as a british bride organising a wedding in Orlando I can say it was a tad stressful. But Jane made this aspect stressless, excellent communication right up until the day of the wedding. Then the girls arrived on time, very professional throughout the morning. They honestly made me feel like it was all about me. They listened to exactly what each of us wanted and everyone looked stunning, even though little sleep was had by some!
I felt like a princess and everyone who has seen the pictures has commented "Wow, your hair and make-up were amazing".
I only wish I could have brought the girls back for our reception back in the UK.

I had a great experience with About Face and Connie! I was able to have my trial run the same day that I wanted and everything for my wedding was perfect from my makeup, to my bridesmaids, flower girls and mom!

About Face Design Team did my hair for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with them! My stylist knew exactly what I wanted. I received so many compliments on my hair during my wedding day. I would highly recommend using their services!

Kari and her crew were simply amazing. After arriving at my suite at 7:30 sharp, they never looked back. They did hair for 12 people and makeup for 10. Everything was on time and my bridesmaids took my breath away! My mother looked more glowing and youthful than I have ever seen. My daughter had another makeup artist retained and a month or so before her wedding she moved out of state. My daugher called around and the vendors were already booked. Her DJ recommended About Face and I am glad he did. They were able to accomodate her just a month prior to her wedding. After her trial at the salon in Winter Park she loved Lisa and the great job she did with her makeup. Lisa came to the venue right on schedule, did a great job on all the girl's makeup, including mine, and finished right on schedule. Lisa was very professional and friendly. My daughter's makeup was beautiful from the beginning to way past the reception.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!! I cant say enough about them, they were awesome! Kalie did my hair and makeup and I loved it! She is amazingly talented and so fun to be around. All of my bridesmaids (7) and my mom were so pleased with their hair, and my mom and bridesmaid who got their make-up done also loved it! No complaints what so ever. Definitely recommend them, you will be impressed!

For this price roughly, we achieved hair and make-up for me (the bride) and 7 bridesmaids, as well as my mother and mother-in-law (that's 10 women!).
Overall, I just want to note that Gina and the team from About Face are extremely professional and deliver exactly what is promised. Also, the women who made up my bridal party are of various ethnic backgrounds and I am of Indian descent. They are capable of any palate from what we could tell. The make-up was light, looked natural and beautiful and lasted for 10 hours with little to no touch-ups needed. Also, I didn't have time for a run-through prior to the event, and STILL, Gina was able to get the make-up and hair exactly right. These women are insightful and look great themselves, which is encouraging!

About Face is wonderful! Other members of my extended family used them for their own wedding day hair and makeup and looked so beautiful that when I began planning my own wedding, they were a natural choice. Gina came to the location of the wedding the day of and it was so relaxing to just sit, talk, and be pampered. She was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, truly. The hair and makeup lasted through the night and looked flawless.

My maid of honor and i got our hair and makeup done by Kaley from the About Face team and have nothing but great comments to make! She arrived right on time and finished both of us right on time according to schedule, which helps SO much on your wedding day! We both got a gazillion compliments from family and friends and we both looked great in just about every photo taken! We partied until the sun came up and our hair and makeup still looked great!....even after all the tears!!

The women are absolutely wonderful and were very calming. Laurie came to our house and set up the day of. She used photo perfect makeup for pictures and made sure my hair was PERFECT. Even did a run through beforehand. I also had my hair done for the rehearsal dinner and it was very inexpensive. Wonderful group!!

About Face is just phenomenal! We all looked very beautiful and flawless after they did their work on our hair and make-up, and it stayed true all the way throughout the night. They travel to you, which was very important to me. Plus, their prices for what I was looking for was the best from what I looked around at! I did my hair and makeup trial with them first, and right afterwards I knew that they were going to be perfect!

I recently used About face Design Team for my personal photoshoot. I have to say, it was on very short notice and just two days after Christmas. I called and Jane promptly answered with a smile I could see over the phone... I explained my need and she immediately paired me with Buffy who was waiting for me at the Photographers studio on the day-of. She was professional and did an amazing job of the natural look I needed for the shoot. 'About Face' is a perfect name for these makeup professionals – they truly make a difference on one of the most important days of a brides life. I see the results of their work all time with my brides I’m fortunate to marry. And as an officiant one of ‘my’ concerns is that the ceremony is not delayed in starting (makeup and hair is the #1 reason for delays in ceremonies starting). With ‘About Face’ they are always prepared for the size of the wedding party and finish on time. They have extremely high standards and expectations regarding their work which bodes well for all the brides. Kari, Gina and the entire team at About Face are amazing! Their style is perfect for weddings, because it looks natural and not over done. Plus, all their girls always have a relaxed, calm and professional demeanor, which on wedding day, is exactly what you want.

You've spent money on the perfect dress, a good portion of the budget on the right photographer, found the perfect accessories, but what about your finished look?

Although we do offer hair and makeup at our resort in the spa, sometimes our brides and grooms prefer to work with an outside company (which is fine with us!). When they ask who to contact, our tried and true is always the About Face Design Team. They are so creative and truly masters in their craft. The team of stylists that they have are second to none!

My wife were just at a studio to get our photos taken. About Face was there. Let me tell you, Gina and Kari are to two nices ladies you could ever meet. It was raining when got to the studio. So you can imagine what we looked like, running from the car (umbrellas didn't help). Gina and Kari wisked away into the make room. I just needed some spot touch ups. Amy needed a little more attention due to hair getting frizzie and her make up not work out. Gina said no worries and no time, my wife was STUNNING!! Gina, Kari you ladies rock!!!
