Kathy was great! We dilly dallied in lining up a day of coordinator, and were sooooo lucky that she was available! She was very responsive to all of my questions when we first chatted, and provided me with timeline templates and photographer suggestions when ours cancelled (and then un-cancelled). Day of, she was incredibly helpful in making sure things flowed as they should have, it was great to have someone fielding questions and vendors so that my family could just enjoy. I provide “Day-of” Coordination. What does that mean? It means that I will be there to do everything that is needed for a beautiful and stress free wedding day.
I will go Above and Beyond to ensure that your special day is the day of your dreams!
Here is just a sampling of how I will make your "Day of" amazing:

FAQ for Above and Beyond Day-Of Coordination
Payment Policy:
Hourly rate is set at $75 an hour for rehearsals and weddings. There is a two hour minimum for weddings. Per day rate (up to 8 hours) is set at $550. If more than 8 hours is required, additional hours will be charged at $90 an hour. If additional hours are needed on the event day in addition to the agreed upon hours in the contract, Kathy reserves the right to be paid immediately at the rate of $90 an hour. Any face to face meetings to discuss wedding details will be set at $25 an hour. If you would like to walk through the venue and go over details the same amount of $25 an hour is charged. Phone calls/texts/e-mails are no charge up to 5 hours to plan for the wedding events. After five hours, there is a charge of $25 an hour.
