Showed up on time but limo didn't have air conditioning. Bridal party was sweating on the way to the ceremony. (Driver refused to talk about it and said there was nothing he could do. No one answered the phone when we tried to call the office. The message we left regarding the service was not returned.) Driver went to get another limo after the ceremony but the air still didn't work. He also parked on the side of the building instead of pulling up front so bridal party had to walk through the rain to get into the venue.

Just wanted to say thank you so much on Nov 7 2009 your limo with tony as the driver came and picked up my now daughterlaw with her attendants at the marriot. The limo was beautiful. The bride was very nervious so Tony sang her a song that calmed her down. He was perfect. The experience was everything i wanted it to be. Thank you again. Luanne Kilgore
