Absolute Titanium

It took them 12 weeks for an order that we were told would come in 4-6. Although the ring was very nice, dealing with them was painful. If you would like to use, give them a date no more than 8 weeks away from order. They did a lot of "you'll get it in time for your wedding" which was not too cool.

My husband ordered his wedding band off of Absolute Titanium’s website at the end of June. Our wedding date was September 29th. They set our expectations at around a month for turn around time. About 5 or 6 weeks after we placed the ordered, he received an email stating there had been a problem in the manufacturing of his ring and they had to remake it and they would get it done as soon as possible. We didn’t hear anything else, until we inquired again toward the end of August or beginning of September.

To make a long, irritating story short, the communication, or the lack of, from Absolute Titanium, regarding our expensive purchase, was highly frustrating. They kept giving us what sounded like the run around, and would never give us any clear details. I had to threaten legal action before I got anyone to take us half way seriously. We did not receive our ring until TWO DAYS before the wedding. That was more than three months after we ordered it!

Luckily, the ring fit and my husband loves it. So, I guess that is what matters in the end. However, I strongly suggest you do NOT buy from Absolute Titanium. I read multiple reviews (after we ordered) that they have done this to other people. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else!!
