Absolutely Delicious Catering

Absolutely Delicious is wonderful!!! The rehersal dinner at the Chrystal Room was out of this world, the service, the food, the set up was all perfect. They also catered our daughter's wedding and it couldn't have been any better. The food was perfect the service exceptional. Nidia went above and beyond to help us in everyway she could to make sure that everything was perfect and that our event was a success. We are very greatful to her and all her staff who made my daughter's dreams come true.

WOW!! the staff, food, and The Crystal Room were just out of this world for our wedding and I could not have been more happy even if I tried. We got sooooo many compliments on the food for the evening and I can't even describe how beautiful The Crystal Room is here. Rene and Nidia truly went over and beyond to make my dream wedding come true and it showed throughout the night. These 2 are a blessing to work with and you are in great hands.....Rene truly made every little detail so exquisite and executed wonderful. The staff for the night was incredible and my guests loved the venue, food, and layout of the place so much!!

Absolutely Delicious Catering did such an excellent job with our wedding! The food was so...Delicious!! :) Our guests enjoyed everything from the appetizers at cocktail hour to the awesome steak and chicken! Ivette and Gabino helped me before the wedding by meeting with us at the venue and sitting with us through a tasting. Gabino made sure all our details were flawless, and he was constantly making sure the guests had everything they needed and that they were enjoying themselves. He also made sure me and my husband had food upstairs before we were introduced (it sure was a nice energy boost before we greeted our guests)! I give Absolutely Delicious a stellar recommendation and I hope you decide to use them on your special day. You won't regret it!

Our experience was far different than last review. We had a seated dinner for 130 guests and the food was better than at the tasting! Quick service and everything we needed was provided. Pricing was great and included linen and tableware. Would highly recommend based on our experience.

I was pretty happy with the turn out of our food. Little unhappy with some communication issues but nothing that I couldnt see past. The food was amazing and our guests talked about it for weeks after.

Absolutely Horrible... Couldn't even orchistrate a tasting I wouldn't dare trust them on my wedding day. Luckily I saw the warning signs before I made the mistake of hiring them for the job. I called for pricing and menu options and spoke to Nidia she gave me prices and then a week later told me that those where the wrong prices and it was going to be more expensive. No appology, No I'll give you the price because that is what I quoted you over the phone.... So I still scheduled a tasting to try their food, go over the details and get a quote in writing! I called the a few days before to confirm my tasting and got a different lady not the owner and she said she didn't see my appt. that Nidia must have written it in her personal calendar. WHAT isn't this a business??? She said she would contact Nidia and call me back, I never recieved a call back. The day before the catering I called to cancel and wanted to speak to the owner, a male answered the phone (name??) and said she was in a meeting, I explained to him that I wanted to talk to her about why I wanted to cancel my tasting and why she is losing business. He took my number and said he would giver her the message.... His attitude was very nonchalant it was obvious he could care less and for all I know the owner probably never even got the msg..... I never received a call back and its been almost a month! Don't do it unless you want to ruin your wedding day. I am getting quotes from other places between $8,000 and $10,000 and if they don't mind losing that amount from one customer due to incompetence they wont be in business very long and for all of us brides it seems like that is a good thing.

They charged us for a clean up service even though we had already paid another vendor to do so and they stole our left over food (a lot of food). When the manager was told that her staff had stolen our food she was very rude and refused to apologize or even admit they had done it (even though many people at the wedding witnessed them taking the food). STAY AWAY!
