Our DJ, Lane, did a wonderful job on my daughters wedding. The most impressing highlights of the wedding was the montage, how he helped choose the perfect daddy/daughter dance song, and how beautiful the uplighting was. It was so convenient to have all our information, paperwork, and playlist online and available to edit at any time! The suggested songs for certain times during the reception (such as the cake cutting or bridal party entrance) were also very helpful. And Lane O'Neill kept the party going all night, even with our lack of dance enthusiasts!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Acclimated Sounds. Lane went above and beyond to make my wedding reception special. The up lighting was spectacular and the music selection made people dance. Lane is absolutely wonderful! He sent us a planner to help organize our music, bridal/groomsmen parties, as well as important roles of family. He inviited us to his home to discuss the various aspects of wedding planning, listen to music options, scan photos for a dvd to be played at the reception, and tested uplighting colors. He made it possible for my grandparents, who are unable to travel, to view our reception in Arizona. We were able to gather in front of the camera and share "wish you were here," and "miss you". He created a video of pictures that were placed on a cd to share with our guests, displaying both our childhood memories, and shared the story of us as a couple. This was set to music of our choosing, and was truly a joy to watch. He was able to adapt to any type of timing issue and made sure that we had a wonderful wedding! I cannot thank Lane enough for creating such a beautiful atmosphere with uplighting and making sure my grandparents were part of our special day :)

Lane has been doing this for so long he thinks of everything and has an online planner to guide you in the process. It really helps to streamline your needs. He has a great personality and a knack for reading the crowd. I would recommend him a million times over :)

Lane is an exceptional DJ. He delivered on every promise and then some. I had no doubt when I hired him that I made the right decision in a DJ service and he definitely didn't let me down. My husband and I were married by Lane and used his DJ Entertainment Services on 11/11/11. Lane is amazing! He was excited about our wedding from the beginning and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. He played everything we asked for, and the slideshow on the big screens was hit! Our wedding was a blast! All of our guests had so many positive things to say! Lane was very professional and easy to work with. He is the best!

Lane did a fantastic job as DJ and emcee for our wedding! He met with us beforehand to talk about the type of music we wanted. He also provided lighting. The music was played at an appropriate volume and everyone danced

My brother and his Fiance are using Acclimated sounds in their upcoming wedding in May 2014!! We also had another friend book Acclimated Sounds for their retirement party from our wedding! Throughout our entire reception, my husband, my parents and I all had many people come up to us and say how much they were enjoying the music and how he played such an nice mix of music. The older crowd as well as the younger crowd was very pleased. Lane was so willing to do anything and everything we wanted at our wedding. He was so personable, yet very professional. Anytime I needed anything in the planning process, he called me back either in the same day or the next day. And the money we spent, we were sooo pleased with the services we received for the price!! I would HIGHLY recommend Acclimated Sounds for any event you have planned, especially a wedding!!

Let me just say out of all the things at my wedding Acclimated Sounds service was by far the most disappointing. Lane sure talked a big game about how great his services are and how some magazine did an article on him. Here are some of the things that went wrong 1) He forgot the rehearsal appointment and needed to be called to come in. (He talked such a good game that we hired him to do our ceremony. We had to plan our wedding from out of state sense I am active duty military and we were getting married in my wife’s home town.) Then got there and make the lamest excuse I've ever heard in my life about how he was in his Florida room watching the birds and squirrels frolic and lost track of time. 2. My wife requests 1 song, that song was not played. 3. Lane forgot to mention my best friend that was deployed over sea's in a war zone in my place so I could get married. 4. Lane claimed to be able to take care of our needs as far as wedding planning went. In regards to license and everything. Well at least he eventually mailed in the license after being bothered by us even though he assured me he would take it to the court house first thing that following Monday morning. 5. When asked why the speeches where not videoed the response was “I only record "highlights" from the reception and unfortunately, you never mentioned the toasts as being something important to being video'd” “I did not shoot video of your toasts, I am sorry that you didn't mention that being something important to you during our planning conversations via email or in person. At this point, I am not able to go back in time and record the toasts.” Lane accused me that the whole wedding would be taped when 3 days before my wedding when I sat in his living room. Yes I can understand the first dance and father daughter dance and some dancing being a highlight but, not only dancing which leads me to my next point. 6. The one thing Acclimated Sounds was supposed to be good at. The reason people hire Acclimated Sounds DJing. Lane assured me he would read the crowd. He would get them dancing. Instead he played elevator music forever in the beginning until he bored most of the people in there into leaving. Then when multiple people requested stuff he just told them to let him do his job. 7. How many cigarette breaks did Lane take? More than I can count. He was being paid to be in the hall. I can understand 1 maybe 2 but he was out there all the whole time. 8. We requested a dollar dance be done, this never happened either. 9. Last point while I was emailing Lane about the video and his response was “The video is an "add on" to my DJ Service” Why offer something that you cannot fulfill. “You received my package at more than half off my regular rate.” Well I expected him to do his job. He offered the deal. Nowhere or at any time did he say we would get half the service. If that was the case I would have gladly paid someone else. And if that was his full service I would have paid him more like a $150 bucks to borrow his equipment and he could have stayed at home.

Loved Acclimated sound and all the extras that were provided!! Really made our reception a blast!! Highly recommended!!!

The service was incredible!! Lane thinks of everything to make your day special! I just had to have Acclimated Sounds do my wedding after I saw what he did for my sisters wedding! Not only did he make my day very special I booked him after that to do my mom's 50th birthday party. He is professional, his system is top of the line, he aims to please and hits the mark every time! I will be booking him for my daughters and my sons barmitzvahs and batmitzvah!!

Lane married my husband and I on Lake Huron, harrisville state park..on the beach and also was our DJ. He is awesome, dependable and affordable. I would say look no farther because Lane has everything you need for your occasion.
