Ace provided the chairs and a few tables for our wedding. We also rented linens from them. Everything looked very nice and the delivery and pick-up were easy and fast! The chairs looked great and the bar was easy to set up and tear down. Would definitely work with them again!

5 out of 5! As a professional in the field of 'events' Ace is amazing to work with. From your initial call/visit you will work with knowledgeable and friendly professional who will guide you to the correct items for your occasion. Don't know what you need? They will assist you. Ace if very flexible and goes to great lengths to accommodate any client. So - do I really need to address the VALUE in an overall experience that is top notch? Thanks Ace for helping make Dishes By Diane Catering shine event after event!

I only rented linens from Ace but they were always very friendly and nice on the phone/email. Very helpful in figuring out what size my tables were so I knew which size linens to use. I ordered Navy and they accidently gave me one black one but it worked out fine...accidents happen! Would work with them again in the future.

Dustyn and Dave couldn't have been nicer or more proactive! They visited our backyard wedding site several times before Our Big Day, to make sure we had the exact right kind of tents rented, that fit within our "DIY" budget! They also made sure to set aside things we might need - like pedastal fans for an August wedding! kudos to them!

I didn't need much and I ordered last minute, a week before wedding date, but they were very helpful and knowing how to organize my thoughts in what I was looking for.

We needed 250 chairs for our wedding and we could get everything we needed from one place. It was very reasonably costs. We got the chairs booked in less than a month before the wedding, and they still had everything we needed.

About Ace the Party Place

Ace the Party Place has been providing quality wedding and event rentals and service for over 40 years. We provide clients with quality service, using our years of experience and knowledge in the event and wedding industry to enhance each clients event. We stock a large variety and quantity of items, striving to meet each clients event and rental needs!

Our experienced design staff can assist you with design and decor ideas, and our experienced setup technicians ensure easy installation of tents and other labor intensive items. We offer free tent site inspections, free tent diagramming services, and will meet you at your location or ours to discuss the myriad of rental options we have to offer. Because we have been in business for many years, we have garnered a group of wedding professionals we will gladly recommend to you, including florists, venues, caterers, and everything in between.

And finally, we love to have fun! Over the last 40 years, we have been blessed with the opportunity to help hundreds of couples celebrate their most important day in style and with a worry-free attitude. Remember, at Ace the Party Place, "party" is our middle name!

FAQ for Ace the Party Place

What items are available for rental?

Altar / Arch Arrangements, Barware, Chair Covers, Chairs, China, Dance Floor, Decor, Flatware, Glassware, Lights, Linens, Tables, Tent Accessories, Tents

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Breakdown, Delivery, Setup

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?

We do not offer a traditional chuppah or mandap, but can create a custom item for you; please phone for details!

Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?

We have a showroom that shows our linen samples, some great tabletops, our large selection of china, glassware, and flatware, and many other items. It is best to phone if you are looking for a specific item to view to ensure we can have it ready for you.

How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?

For weddings in the summer, we always recommend reserving in January or February. We advise you to reserve your maximum number of items at that time, knowing that you may decrease those counts closer to your wedding date.

Can the order be modified close to the event date?

Yes, we gladly allow you to modify your order until a week prior to the event date.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time. Some items require a non-refundable deposit fee, including tents. These items that require a deposit can be canceled knowing that Ace the Party Place will retain the deposit fee.

What are your hours of delivery?

Our standard hours for delivery are Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm, and Saturdays 8 am - 12 noon. We also offer before/after hours delivery services with fees additional to our standard delivery and pickup charges.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

We will deliver any number of items you choose!

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

Ask about our 10% damage waiver, which if chosen, will cover almost any accidental breakage or damage during normal rental use. Our linen policy can be explained to you in detail upon request!
