I had a destination wedding and booked this caterer without a tasting. Since we were already over budget my priority was getting as much food as possible for as little as possible. They were very attentive to my needs and did not request a large deposit. Based on consumer reviews I was not that worried about quality. However, I must say the food was delicious; it was everything I hoped for and far more than I expected. Not only that but guests actually commented on how efficiently the buffet was run.

Our wedding reception was for our people who are from Puerto rico, the menus was Savory Spinach Empanadillas, Chicken and Seafood Paella, Rustic Bakery Breads with Flavorful Infused Oils, Orange Kiss Me Wedding Cake with White Divinity Frosting.
