I will say this is one of the best and most flexible companies I have ever worked with and I might say the most fun to work with!

Adeline Leigh was wonderful to work with from begining to end!The food was so good that everyone was commenting on it all night and wanted to know who our caterer was. Our daughter and husband chose the Turkey Feast and it tasted like a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner!! We are all very happy that we chose Adeline Leigh and we will absolutly call them again if we need a caterer.

We hired Adeline Leigh Catering for our Couples Wedding Shower Brunch and overall, it was decent. They were flexible, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. My main disappointment was that the food was rather bland and only luke warm and not what I was hoping for, considering all of the great reviews about how wonderful the food tasted. It was okay but not of the quality/taste I expect from a professional caterer. If you're not a "foodie" and prefer very simple food, then you'll be happy.

We picked Adeline Leigh initiallly based on 3 factors: They set up/priced/served the buffet in the way we were looking for, they were an approved caterer for our venue, and the food was AMAZING. As planning progressed I was very happy with the level of service and the prompt and accurate answers to all my questions. On the big day everything went very smoothly and was delicious. Many guests commented on how great the food was. The one caterer actually complimented us on saying we were the politest group they had ever served! I highly recommend this vendor!

Over all the service was great. The only thing that I did not care for was that a $250 charge was passed on to me because of a fee that has to be paid to the Masonic Temple, by the caterer.

Adeline Leigh was fantastic! Not only were they very affordable, but the food was perfect. They exceeded our expectations. They were great to work with, our on site manager and his crew were very attentive and professional. All of our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend them. Adeline Leigh was such a pleasure to work with!! I had so many guests commenting all night how good the food was!! The keilbasa, the POT ROAST (FAVORITE!!) and the carmel apple salad were HUGE hits!! They did an AMAZING job of coordinating their service with the theme of my wedding!!!Everyone loved they could have 2nd and 3rd trips to the buffet! Only complaint was too much food! (but how can that be a complaint, guests were begging to take home leftovers!!) Great food & Great service! THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful! Everyone here was so friendly, helpful, and quite accommodating. They were glad to make substitutions and customize everything to my and my groom's desire! We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our event, everything was set up beautifully and ready to go as soon as we arrived with our guests. And talk about affordable! My goodness, they, by far, provided the most amount of food for a most reasonable price AND we got to keep the leftovers that they stored /refrigerated for us until we could come pick them up 2 days later!!!! All of our guests complimented the food and are still talking about it! Highly recommended!!!!!

You can't beat Adeline Leigh Catering's value in the Grand Rapids area. You get so much food and such a variety for so little cost. And the food is great! We had so many comments on how good the food was. Try the artichoke stuffed portabellas, they rock! Also the cheese and fruit display makes the best appetizer. The service was awesome, the value was awesome, and they left my husband and I a honeymoon care package! How nice is that! :)

Food was amazing!!!!!!We had two dinner stations (Taco and Italian). All the guests RAVED about the food!!! We got soo many compliments. There was more than enough food and we even had tons of left overs boxed and ready to take home (one suggestion about the boxed food... it would be nice if when they boxed the food they wrote what was in the boxes; my mom went through and wrote what was inside because there was so much!). Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Adeline Leigh did a fabulous job catering our wedding reception! They offered exactly what we wanted: a casual yet delicious BBQ. The food was great for the price. Definitely try their strawberry mango punch. I was super!

Adeline Leigh was an absolute joy to work with. They are flexible with the menu choices (we had severe food allergies to contend with). They are pleasant, cooperative, and responsive to the needs of the bride and groom. If we didn't live out of state, we would use them for other events in the future. The food was incredible! And we got to take home the leftovers, which was even better!! Their strawberry lemonade was the best we'd ever had, very fresh and flavorful! Everything was well made, tasty, and there was definitely enough food for all our guests.

Everything was so great. The food was set up so beautiful. The servers were so nice and willing to work with my family. They were a head of time and were able to use the camper to store some of the food to keep it fresh. They allowed a friend of mine to drive the truck so that my grandpa was at ease with his land:) They were quick. I really just can't say enough on how pleased I was. My mind was at ease and I didn't even have to worry about the food which was great on my special day. Thank you thank you thank you. the staff there was wonderful, they worked with me and what I wanted, the day of the wedding I worried about nothing.....the young man that set up and carved the pig and then cleaned up was so very professional....he was just wonderful. Adeline Leigh and company did an amazing job with our wedding. From the first contact, through meetings and questions about what we wanted, to accomodating special requests. They were a pleasure to work with. In my line of work, I see high end executive catering on a regular basis. This was as good, if not better, than any others I've seen.

I really loved working with the event coordinator at Adeline Leigh. When I had a question, it was answered quickly. We got exactly what we asked for. However, some things happened at our reception that really upset us...First, I want to say the food was delicious. We got to take leftovers home, which was great. Everyone seemed to love it and I'm extremely happy with that portion of the service.However, we had discussed several times, and made it perfectly clear that we were saving the top layer of our cake (I feel like everyone does this? Maybe I'm wrong). The staff served it. I'm still really upset about this, we planned the flavors of cake based on what we wanted to eat on our first anniversary. It's something I always looked forward to.Also, they left all of the coffee equipment on the tables after they left. They also left cake and plates out on a table. Extra cake is great, but plates? We had no direction of what we were supposed to do with any of it. We knew to take back the linens, but were never told we were going to be responsible for taking back other supplies. We noticed ALL of the staff present seemed pretty young. I know catering companies do multiple weddings a night, especially during summer weekends. It's possible we were stuck with less experienced staff. I was very pleased with the food, it was great for the price and it's awesome that we got to take leftovers home with us. However, I'm not sure I would recommend the service. Food - yes, service - no.

The entire process of working with Adeline Leigh was very smooth. They were extremely helpful, on time, had great suggestions, and were even flexible the day of the event. All of the guests enjoyed the appetizers, dinner and desserts. The crew at the wedding even packed up leftovers for us to enjoy the following day. The presentation of the food was lovely, especially the cupcake tower and other desserts. I would highly recommend Adeline Leigh for any event.

I would recommend going to the location before you order your food and linens etc so that you have some idea of how you want it set-up. I would also go and do a taste testing because all of their food is excellent. It is hard to pick off of the internet.

Adeline's was a fantastic catering company! the food was outstanding and they were very accomodating to our special requests. The only thing was we had to pick up and drop off our own linen. being from the area it wasn't too bad, just one more thing to remember. I highly recommend adeline leigh catering!

I had a wonderful experience with Aldeline Leigh. The amount and quality of food we got for the cost was amazing. No other cater was as willing to work with me as much as they were. I changed my menu 3 or 4 times and it was never an issue. During the wedding we got complimented over and over again about how delicous the food. I would definitely use them again in the future!

The value for the cost is fantastic and their food is really good. The vegetable display for an appetizer was amazing they are really creative!

Those that work in the office all deserve 5 stars they are beyond amazing. Everything was served on time. My few thoughts are: the food was way too salty, and I wish there had been a few more servers so that everyone had gotten their food closer to the same time. Other than those minor details everything was great!

I do not have one bad thing to say about my caterer. They rocked it! The food was outstanding! We had so many compliments on our shishkabobs. Adeline Leigh is a fabulous catering service. I had initially chosen them for their professionalism online and speed in returning e-mails, but following the wedding, I have so many other reasons to be grateful that my husband and I chose their service. They were friendly, welcoming to guests, and took care of problems that arose, so that I only found out about them following the event. Without a doubt, I will recommend their services to couples my husband and I know!

Responded quickly to all my questions and were willing to work with me. The food was tasty, attractively presented, servers were efficent, did their work without being obvious. They kept the food stations supplied at our Hors D'oeuvre wedding reception, picked up plates so it always lookied neat and tidy. Working with Annie and Donna was a pleasure. They were so responsive and helpful during the months leading up to the event. Adaline Leigh did great for my wedding! I did most of the planning by myself, so i had tons of things on my mind. the people at adaline leigh were extremely patient with me! When I finally called about the food that i wanted for the menu they helped me make sure that everything would fit in perfectly! Also my parents were worried that we were going to run out of food especially bread, because our family is HUGE bread eaters. the caterers were very understanding and they brought us plenty of bread, we even had left overs! That was something else that my parents loved, after dinner was served there were left overs and Adaline Leigh placed them in containers for us to take home. Also as my guest were finishing up eating people were still coming up for the fruit salad that we had, so the waiters left several plates out for people to continue munching on. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Most of the food was decent, but the vegetables were mushy. They might as well have been mashed potatoes. It was embarrassing on our part and unacceptable on Adeline Leigh's. When we returned the linens following our event we told the person at the counter that the event went well and the staff was good but the veggies were really over cooked. The person at the counter responded "That's catering for you." I found that response also to be unacceptable. Catering does not imply overcooked, overheated, mushy food. A catering company should know how to cook the food accordingly and take into consideration the amount of time it will have to sit in warmers, which may mean slightly under-cooking something like vegeatables. At the very least, they could have responded with an apology. We were just trying to help them and future customers out.

Adeline Leigh catered my daughter’s wedding at the Blue Dress Barn on 6/26/10. The food was delicious and absolutely everything went as planned. The staff on site was great as was the staff I dealt with prior to the day of the wedding. We loved being able to attend a Taste Fest to sample their delicious food and really appreciated how accommodating they were with our menu selections. It was a true pleasure working with them. I highly recommend Adeline Leigh.

Adeline Leigh Catering amazed me in every way possible. Their prices were very reasonable, and the cost of their buffet included, plates, water goblets, silverware, napkins and a wait staff!!! I would definitely encourage anyone to go to one of their monthly tasting…..not only was it a delicious experience, but my husband and I also included items into our meal that we otherwise wouldn't have.

They were very accommodating for special circumstances that came up throughout the reception. The servers were professional and very polite towards guests. The food was great! Overall a very positive experience and I plan to use them for future catering needs!!

We used Adeline Leigh Catering for our small backyard wedding. Whenever I had a question or something needed done, Adeline Leigh responded quickly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. After a cancellation by my original caterer (he didn't like it that I requested a menu change), six-weeks before the wedding, I contacted Adeline Leigh and found they were able to cater for our wedding date. I was greatly relieved! Now let me sing their praises.....Food--beautifully presented...I mean BEAUTIFULLY. I LOVED the Signature Salad display and serving it as an appetizer course while waiting for the bridal party to arrive was a brilliant suggestion (thanks ANNE!). The 3 flavors of punch served in the spigot jars, along with every other food and beverage table that you prepared just made the whole room look finished and BEAUTIFUL. Everything flowed with our tropical beach theme. Our guests commented on everything, and the food was complimented frequently.Your staff was courteous and did a great job, taking a huge weight off my mind. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding reception! Anne....a real blessing to work with, along with the others who handled each phone call and question. The staff never seemed bothered by any request and that was NOT the case with my original choice for a caterer. I am so glad that I found you!Value....I can make a direct comparison. Our original choice had no linens, dishware, etc., to offer. Adeline Leigh saved us a bundle, in that regard with their discounted linens and dinnerware, flatware, water goblets included in the price of the meal category that we selected. This turned out to be a substantial savings for us, when all was said and done. I did the math and it was about a $500 savings for those types of items that I would have had to rent. More value....Our original caterer offered a 3 item menu for the same price that Adeline Leigh gave us on a 3 entree, 2 veggie, 2 starch (plus rolls) menu! The offerings were amazing and allowed us to assemble a menu that was exactly what I was looking for....a combo of more traditional foods with tropical/beach foods. We also added the Signature Salads and they were fantastic. I tried one of each (Garden with Ranch and a Tropical Fruit salad with Caribbean Mango Dressing). AMAZING! DELICIOUS! AND BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED! Our original caterer only offered one entree---BBQ CHICKEN--and would allow no substitutions. (As in "no soup for you." Ha, ha.) Instead, with A.L., we had Grilled Shrimp Kebabs, Beef Wellington with Mushroom Gravy, and Teriyaki Chicken Breasts! I love to cook and have hosted many parties over the years. You and your staff provided the kind of food that I would have done, if I could have; and I felt that I was able to treat my guests to a very special dinner that was customized and unlike any other catered meal that I've tasted. I know that people joke about catered food and "rubber chicken" but let me tell you, there was no "rubber chicken". I didn't try it the night of the reception but friends told me that it was moist! We reheated the boxed leftovers, two days later, and the chicken was STILL moist! How do you DO that? Incidentally, the fact that you box and sends us home with the leftovers is just too wonderful. We were able to invite the groom's family, our MC's and some of our children over for dinner two days later with no cooking involved. Everything was delicious! The guys were begging for more of the mushroom gravy because we had run out! :DTHANK YOU SO MUCH! For anyone who saw my previous post I'd like to tell you that Adeline Leigh contacted me right away and made everything right.For those who didn't see my previous post I would like to say that the staff at Adeline Leigh is amazing and that my food was superb. I would especially reccommend the cheese and dips display as people raved about how it looked like a wedding cake. Adeline's also makes very tasty pies and the signature salads were a huge hit.This company was also very budget friendly and backed up their services even after the event!I hope you will give Adeline Leigh a try. Donna and Anne are amazing and will help you design a budget friendly wedding dinner of your dreams!

The food was amazing, and it was at a great price! All the guests loved it, and the people working did a wonderful job, I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for everything.

The planners were wonderful, and worked with our requests for a menu that was a bit more customized. The staff arrived on time, and the food was great! The upsetting thing was that there was supposed to be a catering site manager to direct and oversee everything, and that was not the case. None of the catering staff seemed to step up and take charge, nor did any of them inform us when the food was ready (some of the food was prepared on site), they didn't set up all the ordered stations, and packed up and left without notifying anyone they were leaving. The most frustrating part of this for me was that before our cake was even cut and served the catering staff had removed the coffee decanters and cups. This is when we discovered they had already left. We ended up making coffee in the kitchen ourselves and using disposable cups after paying for the service with china cups.

Adeline Leigh was perfect, and was willing to help us with anything that we needed along our entire wedding planning process. They are absolutely amazing!

Adeline Leigh Catering is the only choice for a wedding!!! Anne was extremely easy to work with and basically walked us through every step of the process. We chose the House Specialty Buffet because there is no way to beat this deal! All of our guests are still commenting on the courteousness of the servers, how tasty the food was, and how amazing the reception looked/turned out. Also, everything was boxed up for us to take home after the reception! Honestly, we've been to weddings that spent FAR more on food and got so much less. Adeline Leigh was absolutely great to work with. Their staff was professional but still very friendly. They were flexible with my various requests. I would/will highly recommend them to my friends!

The food was excellent, I received many compliments from my guests the weeks following the wedding. They were also willing cook corn that I had provided for a small additional fee and serve along with the meal, so very accommodating. The staff was so friendly and helpful and did such a great job! We also got to keep all of the leftovers! Highly satisfied with the services and food provided from start to finish!!! Thanks Adeline Leigh!

This company is based near Grand Rapids, but they delivered to Grand Ledge with no extra charge. The price was unbeatable by anyone else in the area. The food was amazing!! So many people told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We had a buffet and they brought PLENTY of food! At the end of the night they packed up all the leftovers and gave them to us. We have about 100 lbs of food in our freezer right now! Anne is the event coordinator and she is great to work with; very professional and easy to get a hold of.

I have never heard of another company that provides more "bang for your buck." The cost per person is so incredibly reasonable, and they provide a variety of food and beverage options. Anne, who coordinated everything, was incredibly helpful and very flexible. I have over 24 email correspondences between her and myself since we booked them. I have Adeline Leigh booked for our May wedding. I have been to other wedding that they have catered and they are very nice. Their employees dress for the occasion and the food is very nice. They have tastings throughout the year so you can try the food prior to the wedding. The person to talk to is Anne and she is very friendly and helpful. They have great prices and the house buffet is a great deal.
