One of our bridal party used this company and they came with high recommendations. We reviewed their video and was very impressed with the quality and content.

Their website was clear and concise, our email inquiry was responded to the same day. Their packages were very inclusive and reasonable compared with other companies. In our consultation, we were given a lot of ideas and suggestions that helped us in our planning and preparation. The week prior, they contacted our coordinator and other vendors to coordinate schedules. On the day, they arrived early, did an excellent job, worked well with everyone. Our bridal party afterwards commented on the fun they had when the photographer had some equipment problems, the videographer stepped in and had them do some fun activities that looked great on the finished video which was delivered 2 weeks after our wedding. They also included our ceremony on a website that we were able to forward to family that couldn't make it at no charge. The finished dvd looked very polished and well done, the chapters and music were all based on our requests. Definitely recommended!

First of all, when I would ask if he could meet us @ the venue, just to make sure that we were on the right page, he didn't even respond back through our calls or emails. So on the day before the wedding, he called and said he couldn't make it because he broke his leg. So he is sending one of his best co-videographer. Since it was unexpected, I said it was "fine" and that I hope he gets better soon. When we first met with him, he told us that our wedding video will be done after 2 weeks of the wedding. When two weeks was over, my husband and I patiently waited for another week for the video (without contacting him). When the week was over, we called and emailed. Our emails and calls went unanswered until after another 2 weeks passed. He finally responded and sent us our "raw video." The raw video he sent was like a home video! It didn't have any professionalism at all. It didn't even look like he put any effort into it! He told us that if we didn't like anything, we had to put into writing, which we felt like we did the whole video ourselves! After we wrote what we needed to be edited, it took another 2 weeks for us to get it back. In addition, we had to keep calling and emailing him for our wedding video. Another guy had to respond back saying Greg had some family emergency going on. Greg, the owner of Advanced Visual Arts was not very professional. He was so fast into cashing in your checks, but not with his work. My husband and I were very disappointed with his service and will not recommend him to any future couples.

Greg was very professional and responsive to all of our inquiries. We thought his prices were very reasonable. We haven't received the final product yet, but one week after the wedding was over, he provided us a link to preview the video for the ceremony, and even with only one camera coverage, it was very well done and didn't miss anything. I can't wait to see the reception! I would definitely recommend him.

Rated one star for doing his job. First, the bell captain indicated this videographer was rude to eat first before the wedding guests at the reception. The videographer said the hotel staff told him to eat first, however, no one remembers telling him to eat before all the guests. Second, the wedding video showed an incorrect date. The videographer had the nerve to say that he did not notice the date was incorrect. All the guests noticed the video showed an incorrect month. The videographer was rude to the hotel staff and wedding coordinator. When confronted on the problems, he did not apologize for the mistakes.

Advanced Visual Arts provided great videography service of our entire day from getting dressed to the end of the dancing! Their staff was very easy to work with making both of us feel very comfortable and at ease behind the lens. The moments captured on video are watched over and over again by the both of us as it helps us relive that special day.
