Affinity Studios, LLC

Affinity Studios was easy and fun to work with. They were helpful and very knowledgeable about their profession. The photograph albums are beautiful and of superior quality. The pictures were plentiful and a lot of wonderful moments were captured. I received a lot of compliments on our photographer choice and I would happily recommend Affinity Studios to anyone.

Our experience with Affinity was good. The photographer, Casey, was very personable and patient with my husband who tends to blink - A LOT! We had a engagement session on the lake and the pictures turned out beautifully. Our wedding pictures were also very nice - Casey was friendly, professional and not pushy. I would have liked some more "artsy" photos, however, so make sure he knows what you are looking for.

My MOH also went with Affinity for her wedding and both of us have had some issues getting responses/photos back after the wedding was over. I received CDs and proofs fairly quickly (3 months), but have not received my album as of yet. It has been almost a year and a half - they will not even answer the phone or return my messages any more.

My second anniversary has just passed and I have not received my album yet. I had to contact them for information all this time. They forgot about our engagement picture appointment and they were late when we went to meet with them about our album. If I didn't call them I don't think they would have ever started my album. Now I have been calling almost every week for a month and they will not even return my phone calls. I have no album or a single profession picture of my husband and I from our wedding. And on top of that, I paid them in full and they have all my money and my album. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU EVER WANT YOUR PICTURES TO SHARE, DONT USE AFFINITY STUDIOS.

The quality of my photos were awful! I only have 1 group picture of my entire wedding party and it was taken so far away that you cannot even tell who anyone is. The photographer gave NO ideas for pictures. The lack of creativity and service of the photography was not even close to being worth the $2800 my husband I paid.
It has been almost 2 years since my wedding and I still do not have my photo album or proofs in my hand. And we paid Casey and Joyce in full 6 months before our wedding (BAD IDEA)! Casey and Joyce greatly lack in the area customer service. They will not return any phone calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They keep your pictures and your money! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

When we were searching for a photographer for our wedding, we saw Affinity Studios at a Bridal Show. We got a cd and their buisness card. We saw the cd and we really liked what we saw so we booked them for our wedding. The only thing that I didn't like at the begining is that everything had to be payed prior to the wedding (half down to book and the other half due a week before the wedding).
The day of the wedding our photographer was very friendly. I wish she would of gotten a picture of just me and my grandmother but they only took a picture with her in a family photo. You really need to remember who you want pics with and let them know. Overall we were satisfied from what we remember at the wedding.
It has been 4 months since our wedding and we still do not have our proofs in our hand. We have seen them posted on the website, however we are waiting for touch ups to be finished. They use to respond to e-mails promptly and the last two months I had to call them to check the status on our pictures.

This september will be my 3 year wedding anniversary and I still have no albums. They will not return my phone calls or emails. Do NOT use affinity studios!!!

My photographer was Samantha Schwartz. She is one of my good friends but still was extremely professional and great.

Joyce and Casey were great! They were very professional and gave us exactly what we needed and helped us stay in budget as well!

If you like pictures that just miss your first kiss or pictures that are so far away that when you crop are blurry that this photographer is for you. It took forever to get our photos back and the quality wasn't even par. The editing took even longer. After a year we still never got any photos developed because we hated them. We were suppose to have two photographers and only got one. I would NOT recommend them.

Affinity was very professional and personable. Casey made everyone involved in the wedding feel very comfortable and we heard many great comments about him. We would highly recommend him for friends and family.

We are fairly happy with our pictures from the wedding. However, we just had our 5 year anniversary and still do not have our White Glove Book that was part of our package. I have called Joyce numerous times, but have yet to receive a call back.

My wife and I thought we picked a good photographer. Their pictures online looked pretty good and they seemed nice when we met them at a wedding show. However, next weekend is our one year anniversary and we still don't have our wedding album. I've tried to call them several times and they never answer. Most likely because they know it's someone calling to complain). The photos they took were okay, nothing worth $2700. The photographer (Casey) seemed unimaginative - most of the pictures were from far away and just not what we expected from a professional photographer that was so expensive. I was in one of my friends weddings a couple months later and his photographer seemed to have much better ideas. At this point, I just wish we'd receive our album or get a refund. If anyone is planning to book Affinity Studios for anything, I would write a timeline into your contract and refuse to prepay. That way, they will still have an incentive to finish the work that you paid them to do.
