Affordable Elegance Limousine (Madison, AL)

I was the mother of the bride and contacted Affordable Elegance Limo service to provide transporation for the bridal party to get from the Church to the reception site. I contacted and talked with a women at the number of the service and she took all of the information and booked the limo for my daughter's wedding. I tried to contact the limo driver/owner to confirm the details a week before the wedding. Called everyday and left message but no call back until I said that if I didn't hear back from them by the end of the day I would be force to get another service company to have for transporation. About an hour later the owner called and we confirmed the date for that Saturday and what time he should arrive at the church. Well an hour after he was suppose to be there and several calls during our wait we had to find transporation for the bridal party with vehicles of our guest that were waiting with us. It was very unprofessional for the limo service not to call or contact us on the reasoning for a no show. He put a damper on my daughter's special day. I would let the next bride's parents or anyone that need a limo service to contact a more professional company this company has a black mark on being respectful and professional. A no show is not acceptable in anyone's book. Very disappointment Mother of the Bride.
