I had been to a wedding that DJ Sal Fusco had done two years ago, and I knew when I got married he was the DJ I wanted. I was very lucky that he was available for our March 30, 2013 wedding. From start to finish Sal was professional, flexible and great to work with. He has a great knack for knowing what people enjoy, knowing how to involve all age groups, and how to keep a party hopping!
Sal is honestly a professional in every aspect of the word. It was nice meeting with him as he had everything planned out from walking down the aisle, to dinner music, to intro's etc. It was amazing how many details go into the music selection of a wedding... Sal had us covered!! From start to finish we felt like we were in good hands. After Hours has a 'wedding planning' book/online form that you fill out with EVERY detail you'd like for your wedding. We went over the book at our meeting and Sal took the time to be sure each name was pronounced correctly, each version of the songs we wanted he had, etc. He made us feel like our wedding was the only wedding in the world! He made us feel like family. We were able to make changes, edits, etc and Sal was completely comfortable and flexible. We wanted an acoustic version of a song - he found it. We wanted to remix our wedding song - he helped make it happen. No matter what we dreamed up for our wedding day - Sal made it happen.
I would recommend After Hours to everyone! I have already told newly engaged friends that After Hours is the only option for a DJ at their event!

After Hours Dj Entertainment are awsome! My guests and I had only positive things to say about them. We got their name from friends who used them and also had great things to say. They go above and beyond to make your wedding reception run smoothly. They made sure that all of my husbands and I's requests were met. Awsome people to work with!

Our DJ Sal Fusco was beyond great! He worked with us to help ensure that the things that were important to us. He worked with our other vendors to create the best wedding ever. There were a couple of glitches on the day of the wedding and Sal worked behind the scenes to coordinate the day. Our reception was a blast! They also took pictures of the reception and at the end of the night gave us a disc of the photos and our special music.

Bert and Vinny made my wedding phenominal! They've obviously done tons of weddings - they know exactly what to do and when to do it. Bert's more than just a DJ - he coordinates with the photogropher, venue, and videographer, sending detailed itineraries to everyone. Without Bert our wedding would not have run smoothly at all. We had no idea what to do next but Bert or Vinny would come up to us throughout the night and push us in the right direction. They also had a ton of fun suggestions that turned my wedding into a party - i would highly suggest their "kissing list" idea.

Their response time cannot be beat. I put an info request on their site, and ten minutes later Bert called me himself! He told me all the ways he can make a wedding fun and how I can customize my wedding to be whatever I wanted it to be. I knew from that moment that Bert was definately someone I wanted to work with.

A nice little extra - Bert's assistant (I'm sorry i forgot your name ): ) goes around the whole night taking pictures that they post on their website - These pictures were literally posted at 2am the night of my wedding. We were looking at wedding pictures at breakfast.

Absolutely everyone who came is telling us what a great party it was; my dad still goes to tears trying to tell me he's absolutely never had a funner time anywhere. Everyone was on the dance floor and everyone was having an absolute blast - I owe that all to Bert and Vinny.

Prior to our wedding we had only heard positive reviews and witnessed the quality first hand at weddings. We had no doubt that we would hire After Hours and we, not surprisingly, were not let down. From the minister services during the ceremony to the party time at the reception, they kept everything flowing and everyone happily entertained. Sal is the absolute BEST!!!! Hands down he will provide you with the best music and atmosphere you want for your big day. He does ALL of my friends weddings because when they get engaged I make sure they book him immediately. He was the first vendor booked, and I would have considered changing the date if he wasn't available, that's how great he is! He has excellent speaking abilities and the way that he MC's the event is just phenomenal! He is always up to date on the latest music and can and will get ANY song you want. I got many compliments from guests about the music. One thing that really impressed me that I thought was doing the "and then some"....my husband gave Sal what I thought was a lengthy list of songs he wanted played during our cocktail hour. He managed to play almost the entire list, if not the whole thing. And he didn't play anything other than what we asked. I was quite impressed. Lastly, something I really like about After Hours DJ, is they send you a list of song choices that really help you pick out the music. They also spend time talking with you and walking through every part of the day to make sure the music is perfect. Sal sent me a detailed agenda with everything we discussed, which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

After hours did an amazing job at our wedding! They did everything to the T. And kept the guests very happy at all times! There wasn't a single song i did not enjoy and they did everything we asked of them! They are more than organized which is outstanding and there service is great!!!! It was great getting to see pictures from the wedding the very next day! I loved everything about them and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with After Hours Entertainment, they played music for all age groups that were there. When our bagpiper no showed for our ceremony they stepped right in and took over. Bert made everything very easy for us, and our dance floor was packed all night!

After Hours DJ Entertainment (specifically Bert & Peter) were absolutely wonderful to work with. In addition to being entertaining and lively professionals, they kept us laughing and created a fun vibe all night – exactly what we wanted. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, our guests were raving about the music and great playlist.

As for running the show, that’s exactly what Bert & Peter did all night. They were detail oriented and constantly aware of the schedule of events. They were able to organize my bridal party, family and of course us, so we ended up where we were supposed to be at all times. They completely exceeded my expectations. The voiceover I did for my father/daughter dance was amazing… My family is still talking about how sweet and unique it was. I also loved that they took fun photos of our guests on the dance floor and more photos throughout the whole day! My groom and I wanted to escape with our photographer for a bit during the reception to take some more pictures and it was nice knowing that I still would have photos of everyone enjoying themselves during the period that we were absent.

I honestly never could have imagined that a DJ could do so much to make our wedding so much fun. They were very responsive to requests and really knew how to get our guests out on he dance floor. Their music suggestions were great and made song selection a breeze. I did not realize how much of a benefit it was to have two people there instead of just one - one person could take requests and interact with the crowd while the other could focus on the music and making the evening flow seamlessly. Possibly our favorite surprise of the night was the video and photos that the DJ's took. They were great and available when we woke up the next morning. We were able to show them to all of our guests at breakfast the morning after our wedding. I would recommend After Hours DJ Entertainment to anyone interested in a DJ for any type of event. The one thing my guests keep raving about til this day was my DJ... I guess it is true that the DJ is what your guests remember the most. Not only was everyone out on the dance floor the entire night, but my friends who are in the wedding industry, and have been to multiple weddings and seen their fair share of DJs, told me that they were impressed by my DJs. The quality and professionalsim of after hours DJ, in particular Bert and Vinnie, was out of this world! They worked so well together, you can tell they have this down to a science! Vinnie flawlessly announced every person's name correctly in my bridal party, which is a fear all brides have. They truly made the evening a night to remember.... From making my guests laugh to making them cry they delivered...BIG TIME.

Not to mention the value of what you get. Personalized/customized EVERYTHING! Entrances, first songs, voice overs for mother/son and father/daughter dances. The voice over was something I don't think anyone in my family will every forget. My father said he has listened to that track so many times (on the CD Bert and Vinnie burned for us and gave to us the night of our wedding) that he is afraid the CD will one day combust! :) But seriously, my dad isn't an emotional guy and he was brought to tears. OH! And Bert was so flexible with letting my husband and I come in to record ON FATHER'S DAY of all days! Simply amazing!

Let's see what else... They took pictures and video at the wedding and posted them online before I even left for my honeymoon...(4 hours after my wedding), had a book for us as well as an online program to guide us to choosing all the right music, itinerary, etc for the wedding, gave us a cd of songs of the customized music from our wedding night.... I could literally go on and on and on! I honestly can't say enough good things about Bert and Vinnie. There are so many stresses when it comes to planning and finding a DJ will not be one of them if you choose AfterHours DJ.

Jim Casso was the DJ for our wedding, and I couldn't speak more highly of his services throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful with everything. He was organized for us- helping us work out the schedule for the day; he promptly responded to any question, and made helpful suggestions to make the day flow better- which was extremely helpful given that we had no experience planning a wedding. The day of the wedding he took care of all of our music needs without us having to think about anything. He completely got my husband and my style- both in terms of music, and regarding the atmosphere of our wedding and tailored their services to us. While we noted some songs that we would like to hear, he filled in the rest and got our music tastes down to a T; we loved every song and received so many compliments about the DJ throughout the night. I couldn't speak more highly of Jim, and assistant DJ, John.

We initially considered After Hours DJ because of their affordable price. And many of our friends had used them. We contacted Bert to let him know we were interested and he set up a time to meet. We met Bert at his office in East Windsor. The three other DJ’s we talked to to our surprise did not have an office. We ended up meeting with them at different locations, such as Dunkin Donuts. It was very uncomfortable since there where so many other people around us. Very unprofessional we thought.

When we met with Bert at his office, he showed us his package, let us listen to actual music and video examples. He explained to us exactly what we would be getting for what we would pay. Talked about what we wanted and gave us so many ideas that we never thought of. It was just so overwhelming and so amazing affordable. Another company that we met with quoted us double for a lot less.

Our DJ’s were Bert and his assistant Vinnie for our wedding. Together they exceeded our expectations. I got to record a message for my dad for our father daughter dance. OMG everyone was in tears. Bert printed a special CD with my dad holding me as a baby and he started crying again when I give it to him. (my dad never cries) This was so special and touching. We got so many compliments.

They even took pictures and gave a CD with over 200 pictures. And to top it off they provided us with a photo montage that we just got in the mail. What a wonderful way to relive the best day of our lives.

I'm not sure where to even begin... AMAZING. That's one word to describe them. My husband & I met with Bert Fonseca after I posted on Facebook asking for DJ recommendations. Out of the nearly 70 replies, at least 55 were AFTER HOURS DJ! If all those people loved them, surely we would too. Well, they didn't steer us wrong. Walking into the first meeting my husband said to me "Do NOT jump the gun here and just sign, think things through first!"... It wasn't me that jumped the gun - he LOVED them. Ok, I did too! They were wonderful from the get-go and continued to be throughout the process. At our first meeting we also met Sal Fusco who was so personable and fun!

Our wedding planning process was a whirlwind with the birth of our daughter in the middle of it all. They were so patient and wonderful with us. I had a million questions and they always answered everyone quickly and cheerfully. They provided us with a personalized booklet to help us plan all of our wedding music with them, as well as being packed full of great wedding planning advice. We were also given a music CD with a TON of songs to give us even more ideas. When it came down to the week before the wedding, we stopped by the office & they sat with us and helped us pick out the music. After having dealt with them for so long, we had built up quite the rapport with them, & it really felt like they truly knew us when suggesting songs.

The day of the ceremony Vinnie Nadeau acted as our officiant. Bert and Sal were there as well as Sabrina Cody to handle all our ceremony & reception music. We got SO many compliments from people about how wonderful they were. And, not surprisingly, they were recognized by so many as either being their own wedding DJ's or the DJ's at some weddings they'd been too before. My husband and I got married in June 2012, and the easiest decision in planning the wedding was choosing After Hours DJ for our entertainment. Bert Fonseca and Vinnie Nadeau dj’d & mc’d my brother’s wedding 2 years ago, and everyone had such a fun night we decided to use them for our wedding.

We began working with Bert over a year before the wedding, and his company is so well organized that everything we had to plan just fell into place. He was so helpful in choosing the right songs for the introductions all the way to the last song of the night. Bert also encouraged us to create a voice-over message in specially selected songs for our parents, which helped pass along our love and appreciation for them while bringing a few tears to our eyes. By the end of the night, Vinnie even taught our entire party how to Cha-Cha Slide and Cupid Shuffle!

Nate and I also hired the Photo Booth through After Hours DJ, who provided the staff and expertise to make this one of the biggest hits at the wedding. I would highly recommend After Hours DJ without any second thoughts to future brides looking for an easy planning experience with true professionals, while expecting a fun-filled night of their lives!

Sal was both our DJ as well as our officiant, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to marry us. During the planning, Sal was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had. He even made sure that not only that we were on the same page, but our other venders were too. That was completely unexpected and far beyond what he needed to do. During the reception, he got everyone up and dancing to the Chicken Dance/the Conga line.

Peter was excellent! We had open communication in the months leading up to the wedding, including a few phone conversations. The wedding planner guide used to plan out the reception covered everything perfectly. Peter offerred some great suggestions when I asked how we could shorten the formailities and get into the party! The day of the wedding Peter and JR met us outside to walk us through the intro's. They played all the songs I had requested, and the night was a blast! The best part was before we left the reception they handed us CD's with all our songs we used for formailities. Both Peter and JR went out of their way to give excellent service, and gave us updates throughout the night of what would come next. We didn't have to think about anything except having fun! They also took pictures throughout the night, which came to us on CD a few weeks after the wedding. They got some shots of my tables, decor, etc that the photographer never got. We were so appreciative of everything they did for us. Perfection!!

We also used the sister company Photo Booth Today for our photo booth, and we got a great discount for having After Hours as our DJ company. The photo booth was a great value, they included some great props, and the service was excellent. They created a scrapbook with the photo strips where guests could sign, and it is the best guest book I could have asked for! A few weeks after the wedding we received a CD with all the photo booth pictures in digital files!

Incredible djs. Very personable and fun. They helped create an elegant, yet fun reception atmosphere. Our guests were dancing all night long (and many usually never dance at functions). We were so impressed with their professionalism. They were willing to do anything to make our day perfect. Also, throughout the wedding they snapped informal pictures of our guests and gave them to us at the end of the night. The pictures were fabulous and so much fun! On top of getting those pictures, they also gave us a CD/DVD of our wedding music. Fabulous ending to our perfect day. Highly recommended.

Peter Devine and his assistant went above and beyond what we ever expected for our wedding. They were extremely professional and played great music - they were able to read the crowd very well and were effective in getting everyone on the dance floor for the whole night! On top of that, Peter kept my husband and I informed every step of the way. He worked with our other vendors on a timeline and made sure everything went smoothly. And, as if that wasn't enough, he took some fantastic photos of our reception and the dancing! We got copies of all the pictures, a DVD montage and a CD of the songs we had requested for our special day. Peter was simply amazing and we are forever grateful for how easy and fun he made our wedding day. You can NOT got wrong with this vendor and especially with Peter!!!

My Husband and I used After Hours DJ for our wedding last month. We had an AMAZING time. Pete and J.R. did a great job keeping us and our guests entertained the entire night! When it came time to announce us, I was a little upset because the wedding party was taking FOREVER to line up, and Pete came in and calmed me down and after the announcement (which was awesome!) he came up to us to ensure that we did not take up as much time as planned. Sal Fusco is the #1 Wedding DJ!

We are a same-sex couple who found the process of selecting a DJ to be a bit tricky. When selecting a cake caterer or an individual to print out wedding invitations, the rules are generally the same and guidelines are typically easy to follow. When we first started interviewing DJ entertainment we were quite frustrated. We spoke with DJs who told us they had performed at same-sex weddings in the past but when asked for examples as to how they introduced the married couple to the crowd or alternatives to the traditional garter toss, they stumbled and could not come up with an answer. We loved Sal from the moment we first spoke. He listened to all of our fears in terms of having a "smooth" same-sex reception that did away with the traditional roles of a "groom". He made us feel completely welcome in every step of the process. He stayed in constant contact with us via email and telephone letting us know where we were at in terms of the timeline and what steps still needed to be completed for our day to be a success. And what a success it was! My family loves Doo Wop and my wife's family loves rock. Blending those two genres of music was not an easy task but Sal made it happen! All of our guests were on the dance floor at some point throughout the night (most were there the entire night). My mother-in-law (who generally prefers a live-band over a DJ) told me how impressed she was with his performance. Everyone enjoyed themselves and he definitely put on a great party. My wife and I were able to enjoy ourselves without feeling the need to pump everyone up. In addition to the typical DJ services Sal provided us with, he also gave us a wedding CD filled with special songs we requested as well as photo CD filled with highlights of the evening. He went above and beyond what was agreed to. He also sent clips of music for us to review and was able to cut out parts of songs we didn't want played. I absolutely recommend using him at all of your upcoming special events!

AMAZING!!! Sal Fusco was awesome!! People were dancing from beginning to end! Even my 86 year old Grandfather, who complains about the noise level of everything, was impressed! At the end of the night we rec'd a disc with over 200 photos plus 2 Cd's with all the music from the ceremony, introductions, first dance, cake cutting, etc... I have been to two weddings where they were the DJ and they were so good, we didn't even look at anyone else. And they did not disappoint! My best advice I could give to another bride, is to LISTEN to the DJ's! they do this for a living and know what works and what does not! everything went off without a hitch and Sal was the reason!!!

Jim was a pleasure to work with!! Having our wedding in Sturbridge, we thought it would be easier to find a vendor closer to our venue rather than home (Boston). We found After Hours DJ Entertainment in CT, where we drove down to meet Jim for the first time. He was very welcoming and picked up on our taste in music and style right away. As it came time to meet again Jim was very flexible and opted to meet us half way at the Publick House. He worked very closely with my husband leading up to the wedding and was very quick with getting back to us when any questions arose. It was easy to see why they were voted "The Knot best of wedding" the past few years as well as Bride's Choice Award in 2010!!!

We would strongly recommend Jim and his services to any couple planning their wedding. Opt for them to take pictures at the wedding as well as your photographer, as it was great to have some pictures of our wedding within 48 hours!!!

Jim Casso and his Assistant worked wonders for my wedding this year, on August 27th, 2011! (Even through Hurricane Irene!) The service this company provides is beyond anything you could hope for. Aside from meeting our musical needs and preferences, Jim served as a complete wedding coordinator, managing the reception itinerary and all of the vendors involved. We couldn't have been happier with our day, and so much of that was thanks to Jim Casso and After Hours DJ Entertainment!! Thanks again, Jim!

Pete & JR are absolutely amazing. Pete was our JP and was amazing! I could not have asked for a better ceremony! For the reception, they really got the party started~ Everyone was dancing, and I LOVED the conga line! They also did a great job with giving away the centerpieces! A Recommendation From a Recommendation After Hours was recommended by one of my bridesmaids who used them at her wedding. At the end of the night, Sal gave us 2 CDs of our first dance song, parent songs, cake cutting songs, and finale songs. He also gave us a CD with the 100 photos they had taken.

One of my bridesmaids is getting married next year and was so impressed, she is going to use him too!!

We had Jim for our wedding. He did an incredible job making sure that everything ran smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. He did an amazing job teaming up with our other wedding vendors to keep everything running on time!

Our one goal for the wedding was for people to dance and have fun! Mission accomplished! The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a fantastic time! I would recommend Jim to anyone!

Unfortunately, we had a situation where a VERY intoxicated member of our bridal party wanted to give and impromptu speech and (after being told she could not) grabbed the microphone to give one anyway! Luckily, Jim was able to very swiftly, STEALTHY, and professionally get the microphone back before a speech happened, turned up the music and was in completely control the situation. It is one of those potentially disastrous things that you never think will happen at YOUR wedding (doesn't that only happen in movies?), and it was really great to have a DJ that was so aware of what was happening and able to insure there were no "scenes" created!

I have to echo all of the postive comments that have been said so far. After Hours goes above and beyond to make your day special. We had Pete and JR...and they were incredible. These guys probably do three weddings a weekend but you would never know with the personal attention they give you. Pete worked hard to make a special entrance song for me, and kept it a surprise from my husband. He walked us through what to expect during the day (about a week beforehand) and was patient and caring with any questions/concerns we had. Between my venue and Pete and JR, my husband and I had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding. Pete traveled a distance to do the music for our ceremony (RI) and then back to CT to set up cocktail music outside and the regular music inside for the reception. All the while they were taking pictures that captured every moment of the day. The one thing I will say is trust them with the music. I was trying to micromanage and in the end Pete and JR kept the dance floor going...it was packed all night and people still comment on the wonderful time they had. I really can't say enough about these guys. They are top notch.....don't let them get away. I recommend them without hesitation!

We hired AfterHours DJ because we were told they are the best. We were lucky and were paired with Bert and Vinnie.

The processed started communicating with Sal who was amazingly responsive to all calls and e-mails. In all the confusion of planning a wedding we even forgot to pay our second payment on time. I made a frantic call to Sal a week later thinking that they canceled my booking. Fat chance. After calming me down he assured me that it wasn't a problem and we put the check in the mail the next day.

We were planning our wedding from Nebraska and weren't able to meet in person with Bert until 2 days before the event. Bert fit himself into our busy schedule. I was planning on doing a voice over for my father for our father daughter dance. We recorded my snippet and Bert worked on it all night to make sure it was perfect. We got an e-mail from him around midnight and my husband said "I guess that's why they call themselves after hours dj."

At the actual event everything ran smoothly. We wanted a little bit of guidance from the mc and they did such a fun job of giving away the centerpieces and making all the transitions happen smoothly.

Not only was the music, music that we love but Bert made sure it was always music that was easy and fun to dance to and that all generations would enjoy.

I couldn't have been happier with their services. The night of the event were photos and videos posted online for me and my guests to see. We were given a few copies of my voice over to give to my parents and a disc of the important songs we danced to or played during the reception.

I would highly reccomend Bert and Vinnie from Afterhours dj. They went above and beyond to make our day special. They did a wonderful job with our ceremony and reception. I found After Hours DJ Entertainment at a Bridal Showcase at Saint Clements Castle in CT. All I can tell you is that Sal Fusco and Sabrina Cody are amazing people! Sal was so easy to work with. He was on point all of the time, organized and efficient. I lived in NJ, but we were getting married in CT. He made things so easy. He also served as the officiant for our wedding. He was wonderful. Everyone has been telling us that our wedding was the best that they have ever attended. He played all the right music and kept the party going. He was AMAZING! Sabrina Cody assisted him that night and she took over 200 pictures that she put on a dvd and handed it to us that same evening! Amazing and great service! You CAN NOT go wrong with this company! AWESOME people that know their stuff! :)

Peter and J.R. were awesome! The music was perfect, and the dance floor was packed the whole night. After Hours goes above and beyond great music, though. Peter initiated contact with me leading up to our wedding date and his responsiveness/communication was great. He was so helpful with planning and emailed our day-of itinerary to all of my vendors so that everyone was on the same page. The reception ran so smoothly thanks to Peter. At the end of the night, he gave us CDs with our wedding songs. The next day, there were already well over 100 pics from the reception posted. I can go on and on and on. After Hours is so much more than an amazing DJ service. They made sure that our day was perfect (and it was!). I'm so thankful that Peter DJ-ed our wedding, because I know he was a big factor in everyone having a great time.

WOW....were do I begin. We were at my cousins wedding back in August 2010, this DJ company was so fun and interacted with the crowd that my soon to be husband and I looked at each other and said " We need them for our wedding" so we checked their availability and we actually booked them that night for our wedding in May 2011.
We had Sal & Sabrina, they were awesome, couldn't have asked for better. My husband and I don't like the same music, so we put a mix of everything, so Sal & Sabrina were able to feel the crowd and they played what everyone was dancing to :)

Peter and JR did an amazing job at our wedding! After our first meeting with Peter, we felt very comfortable and didn’t give the music much more thought, which was a huge relief. Leading up to the wedding, Peter responded to my emails or calls very quickly. Aside from the major songs and a few requests for ska/punk, that he happily obliged, we left the choices up to him. The dinner music was the right tempo and volume. He slowly worked the tempo up so that after dinner was done people were ready to get on the dance floor, and once it opened up the dance floor was packed all night! Peter also has an amazing voice, without using the stereotypical, super cheesy “wedding DJ voice” that we’ve all heard way too much. He was professional, fun, and really loves what he does.

If you are planning to give away your centerpieces, trust their game! It was like a game of hot potato but with a fantastic twist that was not at all hokey. It got everyone talking, laughing, and vying to win! It also helped to break the ice at the tables where everyone didn’t know each other.

JR also took a ton of great pictures and video through out the night! It was a very nice bonus because who doesn’t want more pictures from their wedding?

OUTSTANDING DJ! Words can't express how amazing Bert and Vinnie are. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is getting married from now on. We had a movie themed wedding reception and Bert ran with it. He had amazing ideas that made the whole night so much fun! After Hours DJ Entertainment is the best! We have never received so many compliments for something that we didn't even do - all we did was hire the DJ's (Bert and Vinnie and Vinne and Peter were the DJ's the day of the wedding) and they made our dream wedding even better than we could ever imagine. We chose songs before the wedding and they took our choices and were able to know the exact music that we love. They played songs that we wanted on the song list but didn't put down. They were really incredible with their music selection. We were very unhappy with the wedding cake and told the DJ's about it, so they did the cake cutting earlier than we had anticipated. They went above and beyond accomodating our requests. The congo line with the props was the best idea because the night turned into one big party and got our guests really excited to dance the night away. I can't say enough great things about this DJ entertainment. Please don't ever consider anyone else because nobody can compare to these DJ's. I was referred to them by someone else who used them for her wedding, and she couldn't stop talking highly of them either. They are the best! My wedding was the best party I have ever been to and will ever go to thanks to these DJ's. Oh, and they took really great pictures throughout the night - they are amazing!!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We just had our wedding, and Bert and Sal with After Hours were a relief and a pleasure. They were extremely professional, outgoing without being over the top, and kept everyone hopping.

The reception was perfectly timed, I knew what was going to happen next at all times, and they always checked with me to see where "we were at". It was due to them, that I actually had fun!! The price was more than reasonable, and well worth every penny.

My husband and I are huge music geeks, and they found all of our requests. They're fabulous!!!

I just got married on Dec. 3, 2010 and used After Hours DJ Entertainment for my reception. I can honestly say that these guys (Bert and Sal) were truly magnificent. They are the nicest people I've ever met and are extremely professional. They listen to what you want and you get exactly that. We had a very diverse group of guests with ages ranging from 80yrs old to 4yrs old and they played something for everyone. They kept the dance floor full all night. I barely ate my food because I was on the dance floor most of the night. By the way, not only do they provide great music but great service as well. Through out the reception they took snapshots and the following day they were posted online for us to see. And when we ended our reception he gave us two CD's with our picture on it with our wedding introduction and wedding dance songs. It's been over 2 weeks and people are still talking about how great of a time they had. Thanks to After Hours DJ our reception was a blast!!

I worked with Sal and Sabrina on the day of my wedding and they handled both the reception and my ceremony music. Sal came out to our house to meet with us and we knew right away that he was our guy. He was remarkably patient with us, even though we completely waited until the very last minute to get our music selections to him. Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly! People were dancing who I did not expect to see on the dance floor and my guests were so impressed with how seamlessly Sal squeezed in requests, even when my maid of honor asked him to squeeze in one song at the very end of the day. After I got Sal my list of music, I did not have to give it another thought and I knew I was in good hands.

After Hours Djs were fantastic. My son and daughter-in-law had them for their wedding reception. These gentlemen became a part of the "family" as they provided their services for the reception. Not only on the day but up to that celebration in all that they did to make sure that all the music the kids wanted they found. One piece was rather difficult to get but they continued to search for the right song until they found it. As it was for the mother/son dance....I really appreciated that!!! A fantastic DJ service....I would recommend wholeheartedly.

I really cannot say enough good things about AfterHours. My husband and I planned our wedding from Delaware and Bert was so super helpful every step of the way. I tended to be a pretty clueless bride about the order of the evening and toasts etc...but I knew I had nothing to worry about...they took care of everything! From start to finish, they were one of our favorite vendors.

As a specialnote, we were looking for a very specific oddball song for my husband's dance with his mother and somehow Bert found it! It meant so much to his mother, and it brought tears to everyone's eyes.

These guys are the best in the area. So much so that they were one of the first phone calls we made after getting engagged more than 2 years ago. I have never had such a good experience with a DJ before. Jim not only would meet us wherever convenient because we were out of town but gave us a cd of songs to choose to. We gave him a list of songs and he stuck to every song and filled in with great songs with the same feel. I would recommend After Hours DJ to anyone who asked. Ask for Jim he rocked!!

Peter was my DJ along with JR. They did a good job making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They made sure they didn't play any of the songs on my do-not-play list (even if someone requested them). I had to go up to Peter and give him the "ok" if I decided to have a song play that someone requested that was on my do-not-play list. Peter made sure that all the guests were up and dancing and having a good time. The only thing I wish we got was props during the conga line. But everything was perfect. All the main songs were played and everyone got introduced nicely. I especially like that they take pictures during the reception! But overall I highly recommend After Hours DJ. The price really isn't bad considering these guys are professionals and they know what they're doing.
Oh and Peter was also our officiant and he did a wonderful job!! I couldn't ask for more! Everything was perfect.

We can't say enough about After House DJ Entertainment. Not only did they provide great music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, but they were also like our own personal wedding coordinator for the night. They made sure everything went as planned and smoothly. Extremely professional and also very nice. We would recommend them to anyone!!

We used After Hours for our October 2, 2010 wedding and they were awesome! Peter was our main DJ and he lived up to everything he promised during our initial meeting. He was very energetic and very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond and really looked out for us. He also really kept the night moving in terms of music and the various events (i.e. cake cutting, garter, etc.). We also recently received a CD of photos they took at the wedding, which are great! Both Peter and Bert (the owner) were very professional to deal with and my new husband and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

The crowd was alwaysss loaded with people; the music selection was perfect; the ceremony music was the reason why I hired a videographer! Bert and Sal were a pleasure to work with! They are fun and outgoing and extremely professional. After Hours DJ are great! I had used them previously , so I knew I wanted them again for my wedding. I called and spoke with Bert who remembered me and was happy to help us plan our special day. Jim Casso was our DJ and he was amazing. Jim met with us before we signed the contract to go over what to expect and how he would handle the day. We felt very comfortable with him and as soon as we left the meeting we knew for sure we wanted him as our DJ. We were sent a planning book to help us plan the day as well as access to an online planning tool through their website. About 2 months before our wedding we were sent a CD full of hundreds of songs to help us choose what we wanted played for different parts of the reception. That was such a big help! Then about 6-4 weeks before the wedding we again met with JIm to go over the day and timeline. He was very reassuring that everything would be perfect and I must say he was right! He had the day run smoothly and effortlessly guided us through one thing to the next! They even take pictures during your reception and send you a copy of all of them on disc for your own memories! I, 110% recommend After Hours for your wedding day! You won't be disappointed!!

Our DJ was Peter Devine. He came highly recommended from a friend of ours who had used him for their wedding as well. Going into our wedding day, I was nervous about a lot of things, like most brides are. I did however feel fully confident that the one thing i did NOT have to worry about was the DJ. In our pre wedding meetings, he displayed a high level of confidence that put me and my husband at ease right away. I knew there would be no worried. He held to his word about everything. He made sure the day was about us, that it was perfect, and he kept things moving very smoothly. We left most of the music choices up to him in regards to the dancing portion, and he did a great job incorperating something for everyone. My husband and I very highly reccommend Afterhours DJ!!!!

Sal was an absolute professional. My wife and I had a very specific, and lengthy, list of must play songs (and must not play songs). In addition to that, we designed a very personalized ceremony and reception. We walked through our plans with Sal once before the wedding and he was able to adhere to our requests and timelines perfectly. We had asked Sal to take on the role of a low-key DJ, and he was perfectly able to carry on this persona for our entire wedding.
In addition to the excellent service that Sal provided to us himself, the After Hours DJ Entertainment website was extremely useful in building a wedding day timeline, making music selections, etc. We were also extremely pleased with the CD of about 250 candid photos that Sal handed to us at the end of the reception.

There were a ton of things that went wrong during my wedding, and almost made it a horrible experience, and complete waste of money. After Hours DJ was probably the only saving grace. I couldn't have asked for more. Everything from the initial contact with them, all the way up to the end of the wedding was flawless, professional, and everything I asked for. They played all the songs I asked for, and filled in the blanks with excellent music, tailored for the crowd. They were in constant contact with myself and the bride during the entire wedding to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I could go on and on but all you need to know is: give them a call, you won't regret it!

Sal and Sabrina were excellent from start to finish. They provided the music for our ceremony and entire reception. There was never a dull moment during the reception and all the songs we requested were played. Above and beyond what is generally expected of a dj- they also took pictures during the ceremony & reception which were posted online the following day. Also, as the night wore on and my feet got sore in heels, they provided me with sandals... who does that?!?! They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone getting married or having any other big event!

I hired After Hours DJ for my wedding on July 31. My DJ was Roberto Velez. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job with the music for my ceremony and reception. Roberto was seamless at selecting music for the cocktail hour, dinner, early night dancing and transitioning into party music. My husband, guests and I all had a wonderful time and the music was exactly what I wanted it to be. As an additional service, I was also provided with a CD of my wedding songs and photos taken by After Hours. It is these above and beyond services that really add to the quality of after hours. I found them to be very reasonably price and easy to work with. They have a very nice office where they went over the details of my wedding. They provided me with a detailed planner to assist in choosing the songs for my wedding, both online and paper. They also coordinated with my photographer and banquet manager to assure that everything would run smoothly throughout the night. I really could not have asked for a better company to take care of the music on my wedding day. Everyone is extremely friendly at After Hours. The best thing was that I was able to relax and enjoy my day because I knew that After Hours would take care of all the entertainment details.

After Hours DJ Entertainment did an amazing job and we recommend them to every one! They were so easy to work with and only heard great things after the wedding. Our wedding photographer highly recommended Roberto Velez from After Hours DJ Entertainment. We were very satisfied with Roberto! He met with us prior to the wedding, and was very professional. Roberto coordinated all the reception events with our wedding facility and photographer, leaving us to enjoy our party with no worries. He was an amazing MC, who played all of our requests enthusiastically and with a smile on his face. The dance floor was packed all night. The following day, Roberto had over 200 photos that he had shot, on line for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend Roberto.

After Hours Entertainment did an amazing job at my wedding reception! Jim Casso and his assistant were extremely professional, well organized, and had great suggestions that helped keep us and our guests happy all night long! They are well worth the cost!!
