After Hours Formalwear (Beverly Hills)

I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful selection After Hours offered. Their customer service was outstanding too. We did not know too much about menswear going into the shop and we felt like experts (almost) by the time we left. My fiance is actually excuted about getting dressed up now and I am excited to see him that way!!

The Beverly Hills After Hours location was great as far as customer service goes, as well as their products. They were the only tux rental company that carried the exact shades of blue that we wanted and they were great to work with. They called us twice to verify all of the sizes and orders with us before the wedding and always made us feel welcome. We also needed to arrange to have our all of our tuxes delivered the Santa Monica location which worked out perfectly as worried as I was.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the other locations in Northern California where our groomsmen were fitted. Two days before the wedding one of our groomsmen arrived at their Concord, CA location to discover his tux was in Sacramento! They assured us they would have the tux shipped to Santa Monica to have it there the next day. My groomsman arrived and was told it was sent to Beverly Hills. After driving to Beverly Hills he was told it hadn't arrived yet. They tracked it down the night before the wedding and had it delivered finally 3 hours before our wedding back to the Santa Monica store. It was very stressful not knowing if one of our groomsmen would have anything to wear for the wedding, but thankfully it worked out after quite the wild goose chase!

I liked the customer service and personal attention here. And the tuxes looked outstanding.
