After Hours Formalwear

We decided to use After Hours Formal Wear for our tuxedo rentals because it was a nationwide store and many of our groomsmen lived in different parts of the Southeast. However, we would not heartily recommend After Hours for any other reason. We were especially displeased with the customer service aspect of our experience. Each time we visited the store, we had an excessive wait because of a lack of customer service personnel working. The employees were not proficient with the store technology, so that created an even longer wait. The entire system was inefficient as well. My husband (the groom) was in a wedding several months earlier in which After Hours was used, but his sizing information was no longer in the database, and he had to go through the time-consuming process of being resized and refitted, even though he knew what size he needed to wear.

After Hours were being bought by Men's Wearhouse at the time of our Wedding, but because my wife bought her dress from David's Bridal, we had a discount on my tux.

The workers had no clue what they were doing. They repeatedly told us that they weren't sure if we could get the suits we requested, because of the buyout. They weren't sure about the sizing, and didn't have a demo for ANY of the sizes my guys or I needed.

When the suits arrived, they ALL had problems. Not a single jacket fit properly, and the stitching had pulled out of my sleeve.

They got them all corrected, but not until the morning OF the wedding. A little too close, if you ask me.

my fiancé was truly an idiot when he went in this place. The staff had jokes and made a very irritable man more irritable. The otherwise the customer service was great! But he just rubbed him the wrong way. The tuxes were sharp though and we had no issues returning them.
