After Hours Formal Wear

WE rented from After Hours but they price match so get a price from Men's Warehouse. I liked that they have some tuxes in the store so you can see them. They had the vest color we needed, but unless you do the price match, its not worth renting from here. They are expensive and rip you off with the add ons. Mens Warehouse does all inclusive rentals, tux, shoes, vest for like 80 bucks. And the grooms tux is always free!!!

Did fine with the groomsmen, especially considering that 2 of them were coming in from out of state.

My nephew's pants didn't initially fit, but they had the problem fixed in a couple of hours (the manager drove to another store to exchange the pants). They promptly admitted to misreading the sizes they wrote down and offered without asking to not charge for his tux to make up for my sister's inconvenience.

We went with After Hours because they were giving a discount on the tuxedos and two free airline tickets. However, there were so many problems with getting things organized and together, I wanted to tear my hair out. They had all the forms on little pieces of paper scattered around their shop, always busy, spoke to three different people on separate occasions, and no one knew what the previous had done..couldn't find the groomsmens' orders and got the tux order wrong for my dad. Then when my husband returned them, they tried to tell him they were incomplete and they had to get someone else to say that she was wrong. Didn't even get to use the free tickets either. You had to book a month in advance, pay at least 300 bucks a night for a hotel room that you don't get to choose, and have to stay so many nights. Oh well.

I was not very happy with this vendor. They didn't have any of the measurements in the computer, so when my husband and I called them several times, they failed to find out records. We had people getting measured in different locations, so we were calling in the measurements. It doesn't help the stress level when the person at the tux place can't find the records. The only reason we went with them was because there was a deal of free plane tickets or BOGO cruise ticket, but we didn't end up using them because of how expensive the hotels were that you had to choose from.

I would not recommend this vendor. I'm not sure if it was a branch issue, but this vendor got ALL, but one, tux rental order wrong. Even after measurements, sizes were grotesquely inaccurate.
