What a MESS!! We ended up going to two locations because we moved. We started here in Lansing then ended at Saginaw. First they lost our order because of the company change. Then, they ordered the wrong tux for the ring bearer, delivered the wrong vest for my father-in-law, ordered pants 10 sizes bigger than my husband needed, sent an ushers outfit to Bay City when we specifically told them SAGINAW for EVERYTHING!!!, and wanted to charge us almost $30 more per tux than what we we were quoted officially on paper. Even though they were willing to fix all of the mistakes, it put a lot of stress on my husband and I the week before our wedding.

My husband and his groomsmen had a nightmare with this place. I ended up having to go to Mt. Pleasant and get the grooms tux from another tux shop the day before our wedding, because they never took it off the truck in Lansing. The groomsmens tuxs were all the wrong sizes, we were missing items. They are affialatedwith David's Bridal, where I got my dress. Do not go to Afterhours. It's a nightmare.

After Hours had a decent selection for our tux rental, however, the prices weren't amazing and the customer service was iffy. We went with them because they are tied to David's Bridal and it was convienient going with a company that has so many locations around the country so that all of my groomsman from all over could get to one pretty easily. We did run into some issues when groomsmen got fitted at any other after hours store other than the one in Lansing where I registered, and paid a deposit there, somehow the companies did not communicate with one another, so they tried to overcharge for the tuxes which became a minor hassle. All in all, I'd look elsewhere first, but they weren't the worst possilbe company to work with.

Overall we got what we wanted from this vendor. It was not the easiest thing to do though. You have to wait in line at the mall for them to talk to you, they never seem to have enough time to really help you. They also messed up on where they sent our best man's tux. They then asked our best man to drive across the state to that location the night before the wedding to pick it up. With some persuading we somehow got them to transport it closer to us though not to the nearest location. I would bet that this doesn't happen very often which is why i will still recommend them but they are not the best.

There were mistakes in the orders on 2 of the 6 tuxes that we rented. We were not very happy about this considering that this was the day before the ceremony that we found out. Thankfully they did fix the mistakes in sizing on time. We still felt that with such important events that they rent out for, there should not be so many mistakes. They were otherwise very friendly and professional.

The suits were a fairly good price and all in good condition. We had a horrible time though because my father's suit didn't come in and therefore tried to make us BUY pieces to a tuxedo 3 hours before the wedding. Everyone seemed to be passing-the-buck, because you can work with all the different stores.. try the suits on in one city, and pick up the suit in the location of the wedding. That is beneficial to be able to do that but also caused problems
