Ahmad was great to work with! He was very accommodating and was very dedicated to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we were attempting to find a DJ for our wedding, we met with several DJs and none could compare with Ahmad. Ahmad was completely down to earth and made us feel like our wedding was his only project. Ahmad met with us twice before the wedding in order to make sure that everything was covered and that the wedding would go as smoothly as possible. Ahmad was very relaxed and not pushy at all. He would make helpful suggestions about the music but was always focused on making sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, Ahmad was early and had everything set up in no time. He checked in on us multiple times throughout the wedding to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He was so attentive and focused that many guest thought he was a family friend. Everyone loved the music selection and we got many compliments on it. Many guests asked us if they could get a CD of the playlist. We would highly recommend Ahmad to all! Jeff & Jess

We love this DJ!!! He was amazing he sang at our ceremony and provided the music for the ceremony too. Our entire wedding was at the Sheraton Hotel. He was amazing at our reception, everyone had fun, all my guest were able to request songs with him (which they loved getting to pick songs to play) Our entire family loved him, everyone at the wedding is still talking about it. He is so friendly and really gets into the party with you and your family and friends. He was very organized and we didn’t even have to worry about figuring out a timeline for the reception he had one already made and we could make changes if we wanted but didn’t. This was a HUGE stress relief for me to not have to worry about anything at the reception. Thanks again Ahmad for making this day amazing for us both!!! Nicole and Joe Kaseman

When my wife and I were engaged we attended a wedding that Ahmad deejayed and we knew right then that when we got married we wanted him to be our D.J.

I know I'm biased, but our reception was the best I've ever been to and its all because of Ahmad. He was absolutely amazing. All of our guests could not stop talking about the amazing D.J. we had and still talk about it to this day. They also say they compare every other wedding they go to to ours and say it doesn't even compare.

If you want an awesome reception that is filled with great music, dancing and an incredible entertainer, Ahmad is your man!

He will definitely be deejaying my next wedding....haha j/k Love you Jordan!

What music genres are in your collection?

Do you have liability insurance?

Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?

There can never be a limit to the amount of music that can be requested. If you or your guests would like to hear it, we would be more than glad to play it. With a sensitive regard not only to lyrical content but song meaning as well. For example: You never really want to play a break-up song at a wedding reception only because it's a "hot song" on the radio.

What is your usual attire?

Although we have suited up for many events, our usual attire is semi-formal. Since we tend to be physical entertainers, joining the crowd and getting everyone involved, we choose to blend in with your guests.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

Absolutely not. If we do not have your pre-requested song, we buy it and add it to our extensive organized digital music library.

How many other DJs do you work with?

As of right now only two DJ's make up A.I. Entertainment. Ahmad Ibrahim and Robert Dawson. The only two DJ's in the Maryland, DC, and Northern VA area that have the amount of energy and professionalism to make your event custom, perfect, and special.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

Four hours. *Not including setup and breakdown.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

We offer two complimentary consultation meeting with the client prior to the event. However, open e-mail communication is also available.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

We've done Latin and Arabic weddings.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

While we have a keen eye for judging crowds, we strongly encourage a "do-not-play list"

Do you bring your own equipment?

Absolutely. The only thing we require is one outlet preferably connect to a 220amp fuse.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

Although we offer lights as an add-on feature, we typically do not use any disco balls,lasers,strobes, or scanners. They tend to get in the way of photographers' lighting and we would rather spend time getting your guests up and dancing than try to sync up the lights to every song we play.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

Depending on the location, set-up time varies from 30 to 60 minutes. Stairs and elevators add to those times as well.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

No. Space for a six foot table and two tripod speaker stands is all we require.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

Absolutely not.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

We emcee all of our events unless you have a speaker. The only talking we do between songs is when crowd participation is required. Other than that, no annoying "Club DJ Hype Man" noise.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

We do that personally by interacting with your guests, professionally of course. Spotting the party starters and getting them to motivate the rest of the guest list. Perfect timing of specific songs is also a key element in how we orchestrate your custom playlist.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

If the party is going strong, we are going strong. We require no long breaks. Bathroom breaks and meal breaks are taken during slow moments during the event.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

Every time.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

The agreement of the DJ to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made A.I. Entertainment to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should A.I. Entertainment be unable to procure a replacement, Purchaser shall receive a full refund.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

To completely remove the chance of every overlapping or cancelations,we never double book the day of an event.

What is your overtime rate?

$75 for the first additional minute and $150 per every hour after that.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

We do not charge travel for any event within a 70 miles (one way) of Sykesville, MD 21784

What is the required deposit to secure your services?

20% down to book the date. The rest due before or the day of the event. 10% off the agreed upon price if paid in full 4 months prior to the day of your event.
