Mike & Aki are consummate professionals. They didn't even blink when our wedding started an hour late - they just kept playing. Mike was particularly proactive and responsive during the planning process, which I greatly appreciated. I never had to worry about getting a call back from him, and he actually took it upon himself to call me several weeks before the wedding to get the ball rolling on our music selections.
