They didn't perform what was promised us on our contract. We paid for swagging for high ceilings, but it was basically a piece of cloth connecting two column just tied together without an actual design. It didn't soften the scene, it just made it look sloppy. We paid extra for Sunday pick up, but they came the day before instead and never reimbursed us. They charged us for things that were not present at the ceremony. They have not returned our phone calls to discuss these issues.
My wedding was wonderfully smooth, except for the tents. They only sent out two guys to set up for a massive ceremony and everything ran late because it took them so long to set up. If the tents aren’t set up properly or on time, think about it- it delays everything else. What a nightmare. It was slightly cheaper than the other major tent company in town, but not worth the stress.
