Aldea Wedding & Event Center

Aldea and staff were wonderful. Everything was picture perfect, just the way we imagined our wedding to be. There was not a single thing that we worried about, because we knew Evelyn and her staff took care of every detail. Thanks so much!!

I went to a wedding here a few years back and fell in love immediately. We know right away that this was the venue for us. We ended booking our wedding on a Thursday night which was a great option for our budget. We had the bronze package, which is the lowest package they offer, but don’t let that fool you a bit! Soooo much was included in our package! And having it on a Thursday it included all the same things as a Saturday, but was half the price. It included, all the chairs, deocrations, and lines for the ceremony and cocktail hour. All the linens, utensils, water glasses, plates, and centerpieces for the reception (I added a few of my own touches to the centerpieces) Also included is a bar tender, all the soft drinks and mixers, cups, napkins etc. You just bring in your own alcohol which saved us a TON of money. They do all the decorating for you which eliminates having to do anything yourself the day of or day before. They set it all up according to what you plan in your decorating meeting and if you bring in any of your own stuff they will take care of it all as well. You get assigned a coordinator that takes care of all your meetings and is there the day of the wedding along with a few other helpers. I was a DIY bride but it was so nice having the day of coordinator to let them take control.Everyone was amazing to work with and I can honestly say I never had any problems with them. The venue is just so beautiful on its own anyway, but they do a great job of adding in extra things you didn’t even talk about to make it extra beautiful.

This is a wonderful venue. The staff was AWESOME and really worked with my ideas. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. I would recommend Aldea to anyone that asked. It was all I had hoped for and more.

We could not happier with Aldea! The staff were always friendly and responsive to calls, emails, etc. Our wedding was beautiful and all of our guests had a wonderful time! More importantly, we were not stressed out the day of the wedding and were able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest!

We were so happy with the service that we received from Aldea. They were all great and they worked with us the whole time we were planning to help make our wedding perfect. They went above and beyond our expectations and they had so many little things that they added that tied in with our decoration and made everything even more amazing. We really felt like the cared about our wedding and they got to know us through the planning process and were excited to be there. The staff was always there when we needed anything and everything was run so smoothly. All of my guests commented on how well run the wedding was and how they always had staff around but they just kinda faded into the background until you needed them so they were not intrusive. I couldn't be happier that we chose them for our wedding venue site. It made the whole process easier and everything was perfect!

We fell in love with Aldea the moment we saw it. Our wedding was truly beautiful. Their decorating package was a dream come true. We were able to pick out items to use and Aldea also added in pieces that went with our romantic feel. The vendors that they work with are amazing as well. And of all the venues we looked at, their prices were the best.

Wow... where do I begin? From the moment we set foot at the venue's open house there was something that told us this was the place for us. It just has a certain uniqeness and warmth that really sticks with you. The price is extremely reasonable for all that they do and the fact that it's an all-inclusive makes it that much more of a gem! Elizabeth and Evelyn were just amazing to work with and I never once regretted our decision to have our wedding there. They are very responsive and seem to make it their priority to know the details of your wedding off hand when you see them or talk to them! These wedding coordinators have indeed found their niche and their level of quality and service can't be matched. Our wedding day was beautiful, stressfree, and amazing and I know there isn't another venue in this valley that could have done a better job (we did our venue shopping)... simply the best...

Aldea is absolutely gorgeous. When you step inside Aldeas Wall's it's like you are transported to another country, Perhaps Italy. It's a very romantic setup. My wedding was absolutely beautiful. I have gotten, and continue to get, so many compliments on how gorgeous the location was. The team at Aldea were so awesome, I cannot express enough how easy my day was because of them. I do suggest to go with thier vendors, it also makes the whole process a million times easier. Planning my wedding was very stressful at times and they were very kind as to give suggestions or answer any questions as I requested. But the day of my wedding was when they really shined. They made my day so stressfree and controlled the whole flow of the whole evening. They are nothing short of exceptionsl!

The people that work at Aldea were awesome. They took care of everything, and the wedding went so smooth. The venue is beautiful for pictures, and you can't beat their prices for what you get. I have zero complaints and would recommend Aldea to anyone that asks.

Aldea was awesome to work with. My original reception center closed its doors without notice to me 10 days before my wedding. Daisy was wonderful to work with and helped to accommodate everything for me. Thanks!!!

I am so happy with our choice in using Aldea for our ceremony and reception site. Evelyn was amazing to work with, and was so sweet; she really seemed like she cared that the decorations were perfect and everything was how I requested. But everyone else who works there was great too! There was a flower issue, and they sorted everything out quickly and put in a lot of effort to make my day perfect. The value was great, I loved that all the vendors were included, and it is a gorgeous place for photos. I loved my wedding at Aldea, I just wish I had more time there!

They were amazing decorators and for just one price i got anything i could ever want them to decorate. They were so nice and worked with what ever i wanted. They all do the set up there selves and also the take down.

Aldea was the only place we looked at for our wedding because the moment we saw it we knew we had to get married there. Evelyn and Elizabeth are AMAZING! They were very patient, extremely detail oriented and so wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a venue that will help reduce the stress of wedding planning - I would recommend Aldea. With their Silver package, everything is included - set up/break down, officiant, caterer, dj, bar, cake and gratuity for all vendors. On the day of, there was so much behind the scene work going on that we were unaware of. They made the decorations and venue overall look stunning. They really surprised us by adding in details to go along with our wedding theme. Looking back, the only changes I would make is to have the coordinators set the programs on the seats for guests. I had our wedding programs in a basket which became overlooked by guests as they arrived because the basket was on the same table that guests were dropping their gifts off at. I would also assign a friend or family member to make sure everyone signs the guest book. I thought the coordinators would remind folks to sign in and we were disappointed to find out that many of our guests didn't see it. These are just minor details that in the end don't really matter but if they matter to you be sure to cover these details with the coordinators. Overall, it was worth every penny!

From the moment we met the Aldea staff they were there for us! From the little details to the huge details, they walked us through every step of the way! I will always remember how we were treated and the excitement we have for this venue. We recommend Aldea to everyone we know that is getting married.Our wedding was amazing!

FANTASTIC! My wedding day was the best day of my life, and Aldea was a part of the reason! From the first time I went there, I knew it was the place for us! They took care of EVERY detail and made it all very easy! They even put in little surprises that went with my theme that I didn't even know about. The decorations, lighting, and the staff are all sooooo amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

This place was not only beautiful but the staff went above and beyond. They really worked with us and helped set our wedding apart from most and gave us ideas to personalize our day. So much was included in our package that I was able to focus on the fun details and really enjoy the wedding planning experiance. I really felt like they coordinated the day beautifly

Aldea was great! My husband and I used the silver package and felt we got very good value for our money. Our wedding flowed very smoothly, the decorations turned out lovely, and I didn't have to worry too much on the bug day about all the little details. They were flexbile and able to accomodate requests for personal touches and details. Staff was professional and friendly. Everything was handled very efficiently.I have only a couple areas that could have been improved. First being better communication about when payments are due. I was told originally when they were due, but email reminders about when to make next payment would have been nice. Only other complaint was that our rehearsal started late because there was no one to meet us on location at the correct time, but I doubt it's a common occurance and it was really only a minor convenience.

Aldea did an AMAZING job for our wedding!!! It was the most stress-free, fun, and beautiful experience! They really listen to your vision, and do what they can to make everything perfect! They also remember who you are and are genuinely excited for you. Aldea does all the set-up and take down; we didn’t have to assign anyone day-of-jobs, such as decorating, because Aldea does it! Everyone was relaxed and just enjoyed the day! Aldea created the most beautiful wedding for us, and have they most amazing vendors to work with. I would pick them again in a heartbeat because they enriched the entire wedding experience, from the first open house to the last goodbye. Because it was my wedding day and I have a pretty laid back personality, when I look back on things I think, "Oh that was perfect!" Yet, I do remember feeling a bit uncomfortable at times during the planning process. We all felt like the contract we signed was ill-explained to us, and then after we signed and sort of untangled all of the hidden factors, for example, receiving only half the cost back when we didn't use a vendor, we were not as happy with the package as we previously were. Because of that, we rated 3.5/5 starts on value of cost. When we signed the contract, we "read back" how we understood the contract, were told "correct", and signed. Months later was when we were told the actual way money was broken down. However, looking back on things, the decor was magnificent, and the staff friendly and welcoming - they seemed to genuinely care about our day being special for us, our friends, and family. The ceremony went off without a hitch (our own pastor was there), and the reception was a blast! A few pieces of constructive critism - the dj missed several pieces of information that we had gone over with him in detail before - examples: skip special shout outs we were looking forward to, used some words we had asked him specifically not to use that cause some family drama behind the scenes. And the photos took way longer than we had talked about previously and because of that, we missed several family members we would have liked pictures with and felt pressured into too many of just us. The cake did not look like our design even though it tasted delicious!While we've written too much already, we'll end with this: we have been recommending Aldea for our friends and acquaintances' weddings' for the past several months! And we hope they book with you :)

The "day of" service was really great. Everything was seamless. My only concern through out the months of working with them is that my particular coordinator was VERY slow at returning any calls or emails. This was a constant frustration but looking back I got a lot for my money and again, the "day of" servie was great and that was all that mattered in the end.

Before I left the Phoenix area I had the privilege of working with On Occasions at the Aldea Wedding and Event Center many times. As a wedding officiant I was able to work personally with many of the couples that used this facility and their amazing staff. Over and over I was told just how pleasant their experience was and how professional they were, and how the planners and staff went above and beyond to help them create the wedding day experience they wanted. I also found that the other wedding professionals they worked with were very professional and service oriented. What a great organization!

Aldea is an absolute must see venue for those couples looking for an all inclusive package. The staff is super flexible and easy to work with in all situations. The venue has amazing hidden spots for terrific pictures. There are separate brides and grooms rooms to get ready in that have multiple rooms full of all the goodies a couple and their attendants would need on their big day.
