This bridal shop had a selection unlike any other I could find in New Haven county. I found the dress I fell in love with here and just had to get it. It was a little more than I wanted to spend (just under $1200 after tax with a 10% discount), but it was worth it in the end.

At first, the customer service was good. However, the woman measured me with all my clothes on (padded bra, jeans, etc.) and did not tell me she was ordering a size 10 dress!! At the time I was normally a size 4-6, and by the wedding I was a 2-4 (I had only lost 5 lbs. She tried to blame it on that but she should have at least ordered an 8 at the very highest). When I found out I couldn't believe it. I went to try on the dress when it came in and it literally was falling off of me. Beware of this as a lot of places do it to try to get you to spend a lot more on alterations. I had my alterations done through someone I know so I didn't have to worry about that. Overall a great selection, but not the best customer service.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable the whole time. I love, love, love my dress and the bride's maid dresses. The prices are very reasonable. They messed up the alterations on my mother’s dress twice and once I had a fitting scheduled and my dress wasn’t there when I got there and they had to reschedule.
