Alex Adams is not only an incredible photographer; she is also a wonderful person. Highly skilled and proficient in her craft, Alex photographed our wedding in Park City this past April. Her portfolio speaks for itself - amazing composition, fantastic lighting, and her ability to make her subjects feel at ease. When we had to move our ceremony indoors, Alex adapted quickly; she investigated interesting corners, angles and spaces within the building, reassuring us that the lighting was lovely. She even braved the elements (snow, hail, rain) to take some outdoor shots of us beneath an umbrella. We will cherish these photographs forever. I can't say enough good things about Alex's talent and wonderful personality. She's a gem!

Choosing your wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during your planning process. They will be with you ALL day. They are there to help you be in the right place at the right time, to help rangle straying family members and groomsmen, to assure you that everything is fine if something goes wrong, and to preserve all of the details and emotion of a day that will go by much too fast. I have been a bride and an event planner, so I know what you are experiencing during your engagement and wedding. I am there to help guide you through the whirlwind as well as organize people and timelines so you have the best imagery possible and all of your dream shots.
When you hire Alex Adams Photography you will have a trained photographer covering your wedding day. I know how to handle bad lighting, broken camera gear and grumpy family members. I will guide you through your engagement photos, bridals, wedding day schedule and shot lists. Getting married is a big deal and you will have a lot on your plate. My goal is to make the photography easy for you.
I always recommend adding a second photographer to your wedding collection. One of us will get all of the primary shots while the other will focus on details and candids. This ensures that your wedding is completely covered and you have all of the shots you wanted.
I love brides and grooms who share my passion for photography. I believe that your wedding photography is art and hope you do as well. I believe in the importance of engagement and bridal sessions,
because it allows me to build a relationship with you before your wedding day and allows you to get beautiful, un-rushed bridal images in the best possible light and environment. I also believe in the value of real photographic prints and albums.
That is why I include a print credit, an engagement session, and a bridal session for free with my shooting fee. Wedding images do not belong on a CD in a drawer. At least one or two beautifully printed pieces deserve attention in your home.
