I was more than happy with my dress. The colors made my dress stand out. For all my formal events I will return to purchase my dresses.

I purchased my wedding dress from the Alfred Angelo in Boynton Beach and luckily had no problems with that store however for bridesmaids dresses I had big issues with both the store in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Not only did they order wrong sizes after they measured my girls and try to rip them off on alterations but my girls didn't get their dresses until a few days before the wedding. If you use Alfred Angelo order dresses VERY early (5 months or more before the wedding) and put up a fight it they order the wrong size so you don't get ripped off.

I bought my dress from Alfred Angelo and while the dress was lovely and I still look at it today, athough I am already married :) , it must be said that I bought my dress after flying in as I was from out of town and would be having a destination wedding but before I purchased the service was superb, they were helpful from start the very start, all smiles however after I was told my dress was in store and I flew back in to pick it up, it was as if they forgot about me, I had to do everything myself after that, fit it myself with my poor mom trying to help, no one to guide us or help us, I had to find a fitting room, take down the dress, fit it, no one to help - awful follow up service. The only redeeming factor was the alterations person Joy, she was a true gem and literally joy to work with.

Found my dress for a very reasonable price---- sales consultants treated you like you were important, no matter how busy they were

I cant believe any of the negative comments that were made of them, because really they have such beautiful dresses and work extremely well with their customers. My experience was one I am very happy of, and really appreciate the effort and dedication they put into making people happy.

I hate the Sunrise store!!!!! The only good thing about them was my sales person Gloria. She was amazing!!! Anything she said she was going to do she did. I had to write their corporate office twice because of how horrible their service is. You know how when you go to Walmart you know you are not going for their service, that's how I felt. Like I was going to Walmart store because their service SUCKED!!! I loved my dress thank God! I would NEVER recomend them if you want a great experience.. You will not be missing out on anything. Believe me...

I got my bridal gown at the Sunrise store and the initial visit was great. The sales women helped me out and was a pleasure to work with. After I purchased the dress it was another story. The seamstress was rude and argued with me & tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my body and not the dress. I gave her the benifit of the doubt when and allowed her to hem and bustle the dress but I did voice my concern to the store manager and told her how rude and innapropriate this woman Joy was.
A month went by and it was time for my 2nd fitting. Again Joy was nasty and not helpful in anyway. We noticed that there was black hair at the bottom of the dress and she told us it was from the floor and when she steamed the dress it would come off. The bustle was awful and the hem uneven. When we asked her to add a button so the corset would close completely and not have a gaping hole she told me she didn't want to take the dress home to add a stupid button. We then noticed that the hair was not only on the bottom of the dress but all up and underneath the top layer. It was disgusting and completely innapropriate.
Not to mention the seamstress didn't even address the issue and decided to leave me standing there while she went in the back of the store.
It was a horrible experience and I would not reccomend the Sunrise location or their seamstress to any bride.

This designer has some of the BEST wedding and bride's maids dresses I have ever seen! I tried on a dress and fell in love with it. Best of all, I didn't have to blow my budget!

The only good thing I can say about Alfred Angelo is that the bridemaid dresses were beautiful other than that nothing else. I started out at the Fort Lauderdale store and the service was horrible. I than changed to the Boynton Beach store and it was just as bad. I was missinformed about when the bridesmaids should order their dress, so all of the girls had to pay a rush fee. Some of the girls did not get the discount that they were supposed to get, my maid of honors dress got shipped to the wrong address. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I love and loved my dress. It was exactly what I dreamed of myself wearing. The store associates were wonderful and very helpful. The only downside I can think of is that I got it altered there and I felt like she rushed my job and it wasn't as good as it could have been. You could see puckers on the outside where the ribbons were located on inside for the bustle. I don't know if that is common, but it bother my mom a little.I would definitely recommend Alfred Angelo, but maybe not the alterations lady there.

I purchased shoes at Alfred Angelo before buying my dress at another salon. The shoes were on sale and very pretty, but there is a good reason that the general rule is to buy your dress first and accessories later. I now need to find out where to go to dye my shoes. But the dress selection at Alfred Angelo was good, though they didn't have the particular Piccione dress to try on, which was the whole purpose of my trip there.

The ladies at Alfred Angelo Sunrise were incredible. They really worked with me to help me find a dress that I felt beautiful in. Not only did I buy my dress there but we also purchased the bridesmaid and flower girls dresses as well. All of our dresses kept with the same style as my dress which everyone commented on. Here is a hint.. The shoes here are so comfortable. I as well as a couple of the bridesmaids all got our shoes from here and wore than the entire day and night. I would highly recommend this particular store. I also went to the Deerfield Beach store but did not find the quality of dress's, shoes or accessories that I found in Sunrise. Not to mention the wonderful ladies in Sunrise who had the unbelievable patience while dealing with me.

They were helpful, except for one of my bridesmaids they ordered the wrong size and one of the sales associates tried to give her the model dress they use, which many people have tried on, and which had a foul odor!

With an August engagement and December wedding, my dress arrived in plenty of time for alterations with no worries. We also ordered a junior bridesmaid dress here. Just make sure when picking up that all items are accounted for (a shawl did not come in with the dress.)

My bridesmaids got their dresses at this store. The customer service was horrible!! It took their seamstress 3 times to hem my Maid of Honor's dress. The first 2 times, the hem was lower in the front and higher in the back. Anytime either myself or my bridal party called, they had no idea who we were, what dresses we ordered, and the date of the wedding.....even after they looked in their computers. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

The gowns were gorgeous, the gowns came in on time, the alterations were reasonable, the price was right! What more can I say? We were very happy with this vendor!

Alfred Angelo has an amazing selection of bridal gowns, however they can be difficult to work with if you give them short notice. They do not have any inclination to work with other Alfred Angelo stores and that makes getting items quickly very difficult. They are very traditional in their ways that a dress should be ordered 3 - 6 months in advance and a veil and shoes 6 - 8 weeks... NO EXCEPTIONS. In the end, after quite a bit of badgering they were able to get it done in 3 days!!

Got a dress on sale for $200 dollars! Loved my gown and the price!

Although their dresses are extremely pretty, they didn't have the ones I saw online that I liked. In fact, it seemed that only a few dresses in the store were in my size. For the kind of money these dresses cost, you'd think there would be more of a choice. The best fit for me was a strapless which is a style I didn't want.
