Alfred Angelo-Mesquite

I bought my dress from the Firewheel store and had an amazing experience. My consultant was wonderful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding of my issues. I fell in love with the first dress I tried, though I tried on many more later. Alfred Angelo was SOOOOOOOOOOO much better than David's Bridal in attitude, cost, and quality. I got so many compliments on my dress. It was the dream dress. I also ordered our BM dresses from there because it was the best selection of value, quality and low cost. The BM's all truly loved them, and the price tag under $150. I'm still debating ordering one myself because they were so flattering and garnered so many compliments.

I purchased my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Alfred Angelo and they all came out beautiful. The store has been very helpful with my questions and concerns throughout this process. The bridesmaids dresses turned out great and they are all excited to wear them. The only downside was the tailor they suggested that works in their store tried to price our alterations way too high. Every other experience has been great!

This Alfred Angelo is now in the Firewheel Town Center in Garland. My experience here started out great. However the sales person that helped me choose my dress didn't work there any longer when I went to get my dress fitted. I ended up working with a couple of other ladies for my Mom's outfit and my flowergirl dress. Sometimes the sales ladies were very unprofessional by being snippy and catty with each other. My Mom's top didn't fit properly and she was treated very rudly when she called the store.My maid of honor and bride's maid dress was purchased at the Alfred Angelo in Hurst. We had a similar sitation there. The sales lady had us pay an expedite fee for the items purchased. The items didn't come in as promised ever after paying extra. However they did give us a refund on the expedite fee.Plus alterations on my dress were more than the cost of the dress, petty coat, veil and comb for my hair.If I were just now starting to plan my wedding, I'm not sure that I would choose Alfred Angelo for my dress and for my bridal party's attire.

My dress was gorgeous, but customer service was always mediocre. (This is now the Fire Wheel location.) You could tell many of the girls were just there to make a sale; they did not pay much attention to you after you made your purchase. My dress was also hemmed incorrectly; we had to wait on a new dress. But, the manager was great about handling the issue. I am still in love with my dress, so the quality is wonderful and the styles are gorgeous. Lots to choose from; just don't expect above and beyond customer service.

My wife handled all of the invitation planning, but the process was a complete pain in the rear end for her. (This is now the Fire Wheel locale.) They lost her proof multiple times, didn't fax off the entire proof to the company once they did find it, and botched part of the order. Once we finally got everything in, the invitations were easy to assemble and looked great. But, part of what we ordered was missing, so we had to wait again for them to rush order something. Bad service on the store's part; but the Carlton invites we ordered were great.

The manager was very rude to customers, but overall I thought I got a good value for my dress.

We had a pretty good time with Alfred Angelo. My dresses were fairly inexpensive and absolutely gorgeous! My bridesmaids were definitely ok with the price of $150 and they had quite a few sizes when we had our fitting. My dress was amazing and the price of it wasn't too bad either!

I used this vendor for my bridesmaid dresses and their selection was amazing. They have almost every style in almost every color. We really wanted each bridesmaid to choose their own style, and they had some many choices at Alfred Angelo. The staff was really helpful, informative, and the prices were very reasonable. If a style or color wasn't available in the store, they were great about ordering the one we needed.
