I actually went to the store in Jacksonville, Fl. The ladies there are wonderful. My only regret is that I did not get order my dress a size bigger. Do not settle!

We drove our two hours to visit the Alfred Angelo flagship store because I had fallen in love with photos of several of their dresses.

My plan was to start at the bottom prized boutiques, like David's Bridal, and start moving up to pricier options in the search for the perfect gown.

Well, right off the bat we started the day well, our sales consultant was very knowledgable and pulled out several of my picks along with some that she thought I would like.

The first 4 dresses looked great, but weren't "it", finally I tried on the fifth and I teared up and knew I had to have it!

It was so much fun and easy, the store wasn't too busy and it was only my husband and I as my entourage, so it was intimate and fun.

The ladies at Alfred Angelo took wonderful care of us and made us feel special and at home.

When I walked down the aisle wearing my beautiful dress I was ever so happy with it, and everybody commented on how amazing I looked in it, I have even received petitions to pass it down already!

I walked in randomly one day without an appointment and Lily was there to help me as if she had been waiting for me and my family.
Lily was EXTREMELY helpful and sweet. She helped me find my wedding dress on a day I was just going to look!

This store was amazing. The shipped my dress to me in Washington (where I moved just weeks after buying my dress) as soon as they received it in the store.

Did not even call when my bridesmaids dresses arrived. One month later (a month before my wedding) I called to find out that they had been in for a month. Several of the girls were very short and too busy to help a bride.

Beautiful wedding dresses. The help was fantastic. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect dress!

Before going to Alfred Angelo, I had visited David's Bridal. Having been in a few weddings prior to my own, I knew that many of my friends had purchased from them so I went to look at their selection. I made an appointment and even doing so, the person helping me was also helping two other brides and a bridal party the same day. I felt as if they were simply trying to get a sale and since I wasn't having a very good experience with the sales team, it made the experience in general less exciting. Since Alfred Angelo was right nearby I figured that I would walk in to look at their selection even though I had not made an appointment. Right away when I walked in I was assisted. I told them I did not know what kind of dress I was truly looking for and that I wanted to try on a variety of dresses and they accommodated me greatly. I found my dress quickly and although I kept trying on others my sales associate could tell that I had found the one that I was meant to purchase. She told me that I should go look at other shops and not rush into it because this was a big decision. I took her advice but even so came back to Alfred Angelo. How many stores do you know of that would send someone to another store, completely non-affiliated with their corporation for business? I love my dress and a year down the road am finally in the process of getting it preserved! I am so glad that I went with Alfred Angelo!

The dresses themselves are beautiful and of high quality, and the eggplant is simply elegant. However, the staff is a little slow and unattentive. Though worlds better than their main competititor (David's Bridal), they were only attentive when you put your money down. We waited 10+ for the lady to help us do measurements for us, while she felt it was more important by putting dresses away. The dress price was reasonable, and if the bride buys her dress there too, each bridesmaid, regardless of how many, got $25 off their dresses. Good bargain!

The staff at Alfred Angelo is very helpful. They pulled many gowns for me until we found my look. The quality of the dresses are great and I was able to get a well priced dress for $799 ($300 of during their 25 year anniversary sale). I was able to get my vail and bra there. I was dissapointed that I had to pay for pressing my dress, another $100, especially since I bought the dress there. Alternations were expensive, $250 and they charged for $20 for each bustle. Things started to add up!
