Alfred Angelo helped me feel like a princess on my big day. The service was excellent every time I visited the store. The ladies not only helped me to find my dream dress but they also helped with the alterations and preservation of my dress after the wedding. I could not be happier with their services!

The Alfred Angelo store in Brea is awesome. They have a great selection of dresses, all the girls that work there are so nice, and Mary the seamstress is so good! However the store in Rancho Cucamonga is TERRIBLE!!!! I will never use them again for anything! They ordered me the same bra (wrong size) 4 times. I finally had to order it on my own just to get it in time. They are so rude and so unhelpful. Do not use them!

Alfred was great for my wedding dress, but I chose Davids' Bridal for my bridesmaids dresses. Alfred's had more to choose from for wedding dresses though. My only compliant is the extra fees on top of buying my dress. I know this is standard, but they all added up!

I had an appointment to shop for my wedding gown. I arrived about 10 minutes early and ended up waiting almost half an hour to view gowns. When my dress arrived I tried it on, mind you it was only lil over a month that I had ordered it. The dress did not fit............I was same size, weight and I was when they measured me. Needless to say after they quoted me price for alterations & just took dress and had it altered somewhere else.

Sheri & Tina were awesome! Not pushy or anything; in fact, they were very helpful and gave me the heads up of when to take advantage of a sale, which saved me $250 off my gown. When I accidently ordered 1 too many shawls for my bridesmaids, they let me exchange it for some garters. What kept me from giving them 5 stars on everything was that originally I was told that the press & cleaning for my dress after the final fitting was free, then come to find out it was like another $100+. Other than that, everything was great.

I have had a wonderful experience with Alfred Angelo Brea. I worked with Elise as my wedding consultant. She let me try on any dress and was so friendly and NON pushy. I found THE DRESS on my 3 try but I told her I wanted to go to other places to try on other dresses to make sure I was making the right decision and she didn't push me or anything. She just just wrote down my choices and left it at that. I tried so many other dresses but nothing even compared to my piccione dress. I went back the next day and bought it with $250 off. My veil, dress, and hair piece all came on time. In addition I needed a swatch of my dress to dye my shoes and Leilani was sooo helpful to get me one even though they weren't normally provided. She went out of her way to get it for me from their alterations lady. I have nothing but great things to say. The alterations were not cheap but they were well worth the money. Mary does a wonderful job! She even threw in some of the fixes for free! My dress fits perfect, everything came on time and the people there remember your name and are wonderful!

I agree w/ tallbride, they rush you on your decision and they overcharge for alterations.

I bought my lovely dress at Alfred Angelo and then went on to recommend them to several friends. We had a short engagement and I wanted a casual dress appropriate for our Vegas wedding and cocktail party reception... the dress I chose came in both a wedding dress and bridesmaid dress style.

The shop informed me that their wedding gowns come in more quickly than bridesmaid dresses, and there was no way I could get order a bridesmaid dress style and have it in time (three months). I ordered a gown, and moved on.

I am in a friend's wedding, and based on my recommendation she went to AA Brea and ordered her gown... and had us order our bridesmaid dresses. This was two weeks after my wedding dress was ordered. One week later I placed my order for her BM dress, and IT CAME IN BEFORE MY WEDDING DRESS DID!

Once my wedding dress did arrive, I needed a few minor alterations... they quoted me $500 plus a rush charge for alterations before I even put the dress on for them to see. The dress only cost $600, and I was never told of a rush charge for alterations (I had 4 weeks until my wedding).

My last concern/complaint is that two days after I purchased my dress they had a sale, and I could've received $50 savings if I'd waited to buy it... and they never mentioned this to me. When I was back shopping for BM dresses with them I was told I could call the following week and get a credit toward my alterations... well, some good that did/does when their alterations were four times what I actually ended up spending elsewhere!
