I went dress shopping 2 times and I found my dress on my second trip. When my littlest sister showed me the dress I told her it wasn’t my style but she persisted. I’m glad she did because it was beautiful. I have no complaints since I received great service.

My bridesmaids got their dresses here. They were very easy to work with and had a great selection of dresses. The dresses came in earlier than they had said. Everything went very smoothly.

I bought my dress here and it was a wonderful experience at first. When my dress came in I tried it on with the bras they sale to see which one would work. I pick one and they told me it would be 3 month since they didn’t have it in stock. This was fine since my wedding was still 8 month a way. The 3 months came and when and I never got a call. At about 3 ½ month I called them and they put me a hold for about 45 min when they came to the phone they told me that they would need to call me back the next day and I never got a call. It went one like this for another few weeks. Finally I called and they said they just got it in. when I went to pick it up I was there for 1hr waiting for them to find it, they never did. So they told me they would mail it to my work and I’ll have it in a week. The week came and still nothing, I called and they told me it was never mailed out. And that they will overnight it to me. About 4 days later I got a bra that was marked 34c (I order 32c) and this was too big. I spent another few days on the phone with the manager trying to get this corrected. Turns out the bra I wanted was discontinued and they didn’t want to give me my money back. After endless arguing I got my money back… all this over a stupid bra, this place is definitely not worth the trouble.

I found my dress online and went to this store to try it on. I was happy with the initial experience, however, my first fitting was a nightmare! I even called prior to driving 2.5 hours south to make sure everything would be there. Finally, after 3 different phone calls (due to confusion on their end saying that they did or did not have my accessories - they literally did not call me back to let me know, I had to keep calling them)I drove all the way from Santa Barbara to find that they had the wrong cathedral veil, only one hair pin, and sold me a blusher that did not match my veil (and still insisted that it was "ok that it didn't match")! The store manager was there and was incredibly condescending in the way she spoke to us and was very abrupt with her employees in front of customers. This is suppossed to be an exciting day, but instead it was very stressful. There was no apology, instead she insisted that we pay a $60 balance before I try on my dress! We had NO balance, it was paid in full! When I asked to speak to the store manager, it turned out to be her!
My sister is getting married next summer, because of my experience, she will not be giving them her business (and I'm happy my bridesmaids did not either)!

I was so overwhelmed by the dress hunt. I had been to David's Bridal and other local shops and finally steped through the doors of Alfred Angelo, Upland.
The entire staff was amazing. They all were kind and truely interested in my needs and hopes for the perfect gown.
I was already tired from trying on all day and warned them i was having a really hard time finding "the dress", they were patient as I selected several gowns and never once made me feel like I was "just a sale"
after trying on about 5 gowns I found it!!! A beautiful a-line with a corset back and just the right amount of sparkle. They helped me through the purchase process, explained the time frame for orders and My dress arrived in perfect time. I am so happy!!! I would recommend this store to anyone. My other friend have purchased at other shops and had the worst experiances. This was so easy and fun!!!
