Jennifer was great leading up to the event, very responsive, etc. The linens looked beautiful, and I would have been happy with my experience. However, she was extremely unprofessional after the event. When sending a deposit you have to send $100. The deposit is on top of the total balance, and you only receive it back after the linens have been collected. I only received $25 back. She accused me and my guest of stealing the linens and then charged me an excessive cleaning charge because of the chocolate fountain. I am sorry, but that is ridiculous. It should be expected to have to clean linens after a chocolate fountain. That is being extremely picky and nickel and diming everything. I, along with my family, was at the reception until her staff began picking up the linens. She claims there were missing linens and charged me for them. I am sorry, but I and my guest have no need for her linens. I was there, and there was nothing missing. She needs to talk to her staff about better collecting everything. When I emailed her about my concerns and the fact that I should not be charged this was her response…“I'm sorry you are upset. However, when people steal my items that upsets me when I have to purchase more to make up what people took. I have been in contact with (I will not mention the venue’s name because they were fantastic) regarding the missing items and nothing has turned up, but that's the story I always get from them. This happens a lot there as I'm not sure if they keep it for their own use or add to their inventory, napkins especially.”My profession is marketing, and believe me this is not how someone should handle their business. If you have problems with the banquet hall and have had problems before, why are you penalizing me and charging me for ‘the missing linens’. I would not recommend this vendor based on their professionalism, and name blaming. That is not how you should conduct business.

This really doesn't surprise me from this bride. She was very demanding and over the top. I was personally there to pick up her linens as she sat and watched us collect them. Napkins were underneath the tables, sashes all over the floors and tables, not sure how should could determine what was missing. This bride left me a very inappropriate email demanding her money back and how every vendor she had was out to "swindle" her. I'm afraid that's not how I run my business, I run it with honesty! If we have missing items, you are responsible for it whether you think it's right or not, this is clearly stated in your contract. Debra threated me with bribes in order to refer us, sorry I do not accept bribes to earn your referral. Her room looked absolutely amazing it's just too bad she reacted in the way she did from the start, I could have worked with her. But when threats are made, it's out of my hands!

Jennifer was flexible with when I could pick up and drop off my rental; however, she was very unprofessional and bad-mannered when handling a crisis. I would reconsider renting from AAE, for they have not been in business for very long and still have much to learn about proper customer service.

I'm unaware of any crisis that this caused. Cathleen Strong rented an item from us on 8/14/2010 as a daily rental. Her scheduled return date was 8/16/2010 in which we received it back on 8/21/2010. We didn’t receive any call whatsoever from her until 8/20/2010 after a receipt was generated for missing items. She then called immediately to inform us that “because we had too much to drink, we clearly weren’t thinking straight, this was the farthest thing from our minds at that time”. Needless to say, it's a week later and still no item returned. Each item rented is for daily rentals not weekly, therefore, charges are applied as stated in the contract. An accrued daily charge for per day rentals were $125.00 at $25.00 per day. When signing a contract and you leave a deposit all charges are authorized by doing so, she failed to see that point. We held some of her deposit for the loss of sale that we encountered because her item was not back on time for another customer. In any business when you don’t return or pay on time it’s subject to a late fee and that goes for renting a car, paying a credit card bill or writing a bad check, there are always fees involved. Why this customer did not think we wouldn’t charge for being 1 week late is beyond me. I did everything to try to solve this with her, but she already had her mind set to make threats and bad mouth the company. Please don’t fault us for your mistake, it’s unfair to us.

Working with Jennifer from All About Elegance was a wonderful experience! She was quick to respond to all of my emails (within just a few hours, usually). She offers great pricing on her products, significantly less expensive than almost any other chair cover vendor I looked into.Jennifer had never been to the hall where my reception took place, so she even took it upon herself to stop down and check out the chairs there the day before the wedding. At the wedding, the chair covers looked wonderful--they really transformed the room. It was perhaps the biggest impact on the way the room looked, for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend All About Elegance to any other brides in the area.

Jennifer with All About Elegance was AMAZING to work with for my February 2010 wedding. She was my very favorite wedding vendor!! She is such a sweet person and is fantastic at what she does. Excellent price too. I just can't thank her enough. I was thrilled with her company and the beautiful elegant wedding chair covers she provided. I'd even work for her if she was looking to hire sales/marketing assistance. A huge fan :-)




I found Jennifer on Craigs List and she is the biggest sweetheart. Her prices are amazing and she only charges 25 to deliver and setup. I am still looking for linens and she has done a ton of research for me and passed along some quotes she received from other vendors.

Jennifer was our Chair Cover expert. She was very professional and great to work with! She and her husband take great pride in their business and will do whatever it takes to do what the client wants. My husband and I were very pleased with how the chair covers looked and their professionalism! We highly recommend them!
